So, what are you giving and receiving this year?

I already gave my teacher (more of a friend than anything) a silver necklace with a butterfly pendant thing. She gave me this jar that has all the ingreedients to make cookies. It looks really cool, it's in layers and the top has some funky designs in it. ^-^

I'm not getting any gifts from my family, so they will be treated likewise. ^^;

I don't have a lot of cash this Christmas, and I spent the little I had on stuff for my immediate family... I've been drawing pictures of animals with ink pens based on photos I've found. Basically just whatever the particular person's favorite animal might be. I've only finished some kittens (yay) and a panda so far.

Right now, for Christmas all I want are two things... A degausser coil so I can fix my stupid Wega and a David Bowie Heathen shirt.

I am pretty not good with money. So this christmas, I have not much to spend on people. But, I will strive to get my mother the By The Way album by the Chillis, maybe some smelly bath salt things too (she likes them :P). I've already got my dad this Billy Conolly video he wanted, he loves his comedy, so that's good. I'm still deciding on what to give my brothers though, I guess I'll just pick up the coolest thing I can find them (in my price range) when I do some more shopping on Saturday. I've also done 'secret santa' with my friends, but the person I am giving to has dropped no hint of what he wants, so I'm stuck for ideas. v_v;;

As for me.. I want an amp for my bass guitar, some new earphones for my CD player (mine are so busted), some videogames (Agressive Inline, Capcom Vs. SNK 2: EO and GTA: Vice City), the NFG album; Sticks and Stones. :) That's about it, lol.

I wish all of you a very merry christmas! ^_^;;

Yeah, like everyone else I know, money is an issue this holiday season. I'm doing odd jobs for my family members, and that is how I am earning all of my money. >,>"

We are doing a 'secret Santa' among my small group of friends, but I already know who is buying me my gift. He constantly asks me what I want, but there isn't anything that I am very interested in.

I am buying my dad a sweater (I always buy him sweaters), my mom a CD she likes, my brother a DVD, and my sister a DVD. There about tons of DVD-shaped boxes under our tree, so it looks like most of my vacation will be spent in front of the TV.

Happy Holidays :)

Mm.

Well, I'm getting a 'poxing scarf' from my friend Carrie [long story..] That's all I know. Heh.

I wrote most of my school friends silly little poems. I will give them out on Friday, inside little wrapping-paper boxes.

I pretty much know what I'm getting. My parents, grandparents, and other people are going together to get me a good leather jacket. The one I have now is getting too small for me, and I was just going to ask for money, so I figured that'd be a good present. (My mom doesn't really like giving people money, she prefers it if she can actually give a present).

As for what I'm getting people, I got my mom a necklace, and my dad a gel seat cover thing for his bike. For my brothers, I got two of them a movie on DVD, and then I'm going to get my other brother some fingerless gloves, since he lost his old pair. For my grandparents, me and one of my brothers are going to go together to get them a gift certificate to Red Lobster, since they really like going there. Together, we'll be able to get them a $40 gift certificate, so they can really live it up, heh.

I'm actually spending more on presents this year than any other year, come to think of it. I held off on buying Zelda: A Link to the Past / Four Swords, so I had about $10 to spend on each person. If I have any money left, I'm going to try and get my friends something.

Well. I grow carnivorous plants so I pretty much want a new terrarium( just an empty aquarium) and a light fixture with flourescent bulbs and humidifier, CO2 injector etc... Pretty complex set-up. Other than that just some clothes and the Sims Online. THat's about it.

Well, I guess I just asked for a few video games. Not much after my new computer! ::hugs early Christmas present::

Phew, in any case, I actually bought some stuff for my family this year. No, I'm greedy, I just don't have my learners permit yet, much less my liscnese, so it's not like I could sneak out of the house with me being in the middle of no where. Anywho, I got my brother the first season of Malcom in the Middle, my dad a pump for cars and bikes and whatnot, and I got my mom some pajamas and a pen. Merry Christmas, indeed. o_O

I'm not buying anyone anything, I just don't have any cash--I'll make some cards, instead. At least they're more personal.

As for me, well, I can't really ask for anything seeing as I can't give anything, heh. Just a bit of Christmas cheer is the best gift of all, right?

Heh, I bought my friends some Star Wars toys and Disney books. I was tempted to keep the toys, but I've got my Zoids to think about. Geno Breaker= Yay! Happy me! *coughs* Anyway, I actually ordered most of everyone's Christmas presents (seeing as I'm more or less the only relatively computer literate in the family), which has saved my mum a lot of hassle, which is sort of my present to her. I'll also be cooking for everyone in the evening. So, if nothing else they'll be able to spend the next few days resting in bed... while my Zoids run rampant around the house and fall apart and stuff...

I have been also short for cash this year, but luckily as my birthday is a week before Christmas i have managed to get sum :devil: I'm getting my mum some compilation hits album I'm sure she will like it lol. My dad the new blue album as he likes them. CRAZY! For Secret Santa I got Nirvana's best hits album for my mate and for my girlfriend i got her some jewellery and other little things ;). Others, well Christmas cards if there lucky lol.

For me, well I've just had my birthday so I've got most things i want! I wouldn't mind a digital camera, I'm not fond of the X-box really (my opinion), some more games definetely and money will do me fine :). For secret santa and girlfriends pressy either a CD, DVD or the GBA cable which links to the GCN *hopes to get everything*

Have a jolly good Christmas everyone and a happy new year! :demon:

Am I the ONLY ONE who doesn't want something? O_o;; I have nothing on my list, so I just tell people clothes, or money. However, I enjoy buying stuff for other people . . . dollar stores are so much fun! ^_~ However, my sister and I went a little evil, and bought ourselves a X-Box for an early Christmas present, and bought the Buffy game. Hey, it was either that or a PS2.

Too bad that no one does Secret Santa where I live. O_o;; That sucks, ya know? And neither Mum or Da have told me even vaguely what they want, so hey, they must not be getting anything! (Ok, dad told me he wanted a gift card, or a saw, but I'm not going to buy him either of those.)

And alas, I have nothing I want. 'Cause if I want something, I can just go across the street and buy it myself. It sucks living on the main street of Tulsa. All the stores are within walking distance. V.V;;

And, in the spirit of Christmas (ONLY SIX DAYS), I shall recite the poem that I was forced to write for English.

May Merry Christmas's abound,
From every heart, every sound.
Resounding everywhere,
Sung without care.
A laconic wish I bring,
Assuring everything.
Merry Christmas to you,
To all and good night!
