[I]The current year is 2007. The Third World War has just ended, the Allies winning yet again, yet this time against the joined tyranny of Iran, Irag and other such countries. Despite the Allies winning, the world has been heavily bombarded with shells and large craters from explosions. During the 5 years from 2002-07 of which the War took place every person who possibly could, learned some form of self-defence, whether it was Karate, Boxing, Judo etc. The Government of America is in turmoil and most of the world in fact. With their hands tied up in cleaning up the world and sorting a possible punishment for the defeated, the Government and Law enforcement hasn?t been keeping their eye on crime.

Due to this, A group of ?Pirates? as they were called have been formed, each one with a deadly form of combat. This group of about 10 people and their followers are stealing, killing, raping and doing just about everything bad just because they can. Most people have hidden themselves away, and all those who haven?t have lived, or died rather, to regret it.[/I]

[I]Various people all over America are now banding together to fight these ?Pirates? by any means necessary. All those who can fight have tried fighting against them, but it wasn?t enough. More experienced people are required. This is were you come in (or not)[/I]

[B]Description:[/B] [I]5?11?, weighs about 12 and ½ stone. Andrew is very muscular, each and every muscle clearly defined. His hair is a light brown colour and is usually messily spiked up as well as piercing brown eyes. Andrew usually wears Dark Levi jeans, torn at the bottom and faded through time. Mostly topless when training and fighting but otherwise he wears a tight, black T-shirt. Rather than trainers or shoes Andrew wears black footpads. Also he wears black finger-less gloves which end a few inches past Andrew?s wrist.[/I]

[B]Personality:[/B] [I]Keeps himself to himself as stated above. Usually a loner, and is very introvert. Even though he doesn?t really say a lot and isn?t usually one to show off but when looked at Andrew is clearly seen as a strong person. He does tend to have an explosive temper when it is released. Andrew is one who believes in inner strength and believes that if you harness the power of your Chi or Ki, you can become invincible.[/I]

[B]Bio:[/B] [I]In 2000, when he was 13, Andrew took up traditional Karate. He was quite good at it, having been to Karate for a few months in his childhood. He was highly congratulated by his sensei for being a fast learner and a great student. After a year and a half, Andrew became bored with this traditional Karate and left his Dojo. Despite this Andrew did not give up his training. He continued to practice his style for a month after. He then attended Tae Kwon-Doe classes and quickly excelled at this. After a further half a year, the War began. As Andrew was not old enough to enter the War and it was not needed he continued to practice. After another year things started getting worse. The War began to affect life all over the world. Andrew, now 16, stopped attending Tae Kwon-Doe classes and started working on his own style combining Traditional Karate with Tae Kwon-Doe and his own varied style. After a further two years of training and perfecting his style Andrew was a very formidable fighter. Now being 18 he decided to enter the War and try to help out. Andrew was, after three months, injured and had to be brought home. Andrew?s legs were paralysed and Doctors told him to expect the use of his legs back within 6-7 months. Andrew couldn?t take being bed ridden this entire time and so attempted to walk. He fell flat on his face naturally, but he kept trying. Eventually he could walk several metres by himself but eventually his legs stopped responding. This frustrated him and almost sent him into madness. Andrew?s mother, who had died when he was only 5 appeared to him in a dream and gave him the influence he needed. Soon after he was walking again as normal and even though he hadn?t been able to practice for the last 2-3 months Andrew was better at his technique than ever before. Instead of going back into the War Andrew headed to the mountains to train in solitude. When the year ended in 2007 the entire Government in the UK fell apart. Andrew, attempting to further his training, had heard of a fighting master somewhere in North America. He was determined to meet this man and train with him so stowed aboard a large cruiser heading to North America. He has been travelling for several months and has found nothing a fighting master, but he has now heard the name of ?The Pirates?. New York appeared to be their main base of operations so he headed there, maybe if there were fighters they would know something about a master.[/I]

[B]Description:[/B] 6?0?, weighs about 120 lbs. Is muscular but is not bulky which enables him to be very quick. Every muscle is very defined. Has spiky blonde hair and icy blue eyes. Wears navy blue jeans and a white or black sleeveless top. Has a tattoo of a band which goes around his arm and is black and blue in colour. When fighting, he just takes off his top. He also wears blue fingerless gloves, which stop at his wrist. He wears white trainers with two blue stripes and a red one between them.

[B]Personality:[/B] Jack never knew his mother as she left when he was still a baby. Jack?s father, was a karate master and held many titles. He had his own dojo and he trained in a style of his own. Ever since a young age Jack has been training with his father in a style, which is varied in many forms of martial arts. When Jack was 15, his father died when he was away fighting in a tournament, and a bomb went off where he was. Ever since then Jack has trained himself and has varied his father?s style into one of his own. He also took a liking to mechanics and has opened his own garage. He bought a motorbike when he was 16 and has tuned it up finely ever since he had it and now it is extremely fast. He has grown up with Andrew and they have always been in competition. Jack trusts Andrew but Andrew has preferred to stay alone. Jack heard of the Pirates being situated in New York. A mysterious letter came through the door for Jack one day explaining the situation, and pleading for him to go to New York and help. There was also a first class plane ticket to New York enclosed in the letter. To the airport and it was agreed, after much persuasion that his bike could be taken with him. At the airport there was someone waiting for him and gave him the keys to a large penthouse above the streets of New York City. He set up home and is now ready to take start looking for the Pirates, but first he is going to need help from other people, looking to do the same.

He wears worn blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and wears a denim jacket with a leather jacket on top of it. He also has large black, American army boots.

[B]Personality:[/B] Angry, volatile, doesn't take kindly to confrontation of any kind. Quiet, seems to like being left alone to his own thoughts. Leave him alone and you won't get hurt is the basic message here.

[B]Bio:[/B] Craig can only remember the past 15 years of his life... all of which he has spent wandering over Canada, fighting in "cage brawls" for money. A cage brawl is a small hexagonal cage, two men enter and fight until one is knocked unconsious. The sport is illegal, but it often happens publically in bars or even on the street. Craig wins every time, not only because of his fighting talents, but because his skeleton is made of metal. 15 years ago, he was taken in by a group of scientists and experimented on. To his skeleton, they grafted a strong metal, and implanted two sets of three metal claws which he can extend and contract into the spaces between his knuckles. What he doesn't know is that he was born on a nuclear testing station in Russia... and there was a leak in the station during his development in the womb. He was explosed to a high degree of radiation, and it mutated him, but not in a bad way. His skin has remarkable regenerative capabilities, which makes his age impossible to determine. Also, his skin cannot scar, and he is immune to all forms of disease. His fighting styles, he learnt some time before he was experimented on, but he cannot remember how he learned them, he only knows that he can do them very well. He is about to make his way down to New York, because he has learnt of a group of "Pirates", that have set up the highest paying cage fighting arenas in the world. Craig plans to make a lot of money.

Personality: Really shy. She likes to think things out carefully before she does anything drastic. Most people just ignore her because she doesn't speak unless she's spoken to.
Bio: During the war, she lived underground so she would be less likely to get hurt (hence the lack of height). She still doesn't like bright sunlight, because of her five years in almost pure dark. She was sometimes allowed up in the daytime though, but not very often. She was kept underground with her three brothers. When their mother died, they all got split up through adoption, and the other kids made vampire jokes about her, because of the light thing and her light skin.

[B]Personality:[/B] Very quiet to strangers, but when he is with his friends he is fairly friendly. He hardly ever trusts anyone at first until they prove themselves. When he has made a friend he remains loyal for the rest of his life.

[B]Bio:[/B]He was born in 1981 in the former USSSR. His parents moved to America where he was raised like an American kid. He speaks with a faint Russian accent and can speak English, Russian, German, French, and Arabic fluently. At age fourteen he began taking Akido lessons and learned quickly. Soon after he also enrolled in a Kung-Fu academy ad also progreesed there. He evantually developed his own style of fighting and graduated from both academies at age 18. He graduated from high school with a 3.0 GPA. He enrolled in the military and did well. He transferred to the SEALS and worked well. He made it through Hell Week and began operating with his unit. At age 22 when the war started he and his unti were deployed to Iraq, where he saw much action. In 2006 when he and his unti were ordered to kill civilians he refused and went AWOL. He made his way back to the US and joined NALA. Despite some distrust he soon earned his cell's respect. He is an expert in small unit tactics and most firearms. He can be very deadly when he needs to be. He is lso profecieent in explosives. Recently he and his cell have recieved instructions to take down these "Pirates" because they threaten inocennt citizens. They are currently combing their operating area.

Description: Tall (around 5'11") and wiry, with spikes of dyed white hair which terminate into a short ponytail. what people find most startling about him is his eyes, which are a deep grey and hold a soul-weary sadness, but project an aura of trust and kindness. Normally wears functional clothes (a pair of black trousers with a white t-shirt underneath a faded yellow shirt. He carries a tall staff which doubles up as a walking stick

Personality: People just seem to like him, and they should, since he's a REALLY nice guy. He alwasy seems to be overly polite, saying excuse me and pardon even in a fight. He has a soft spot for pretty girls, and has been known to help them on regular occasions, then go.

Bio: He was born in Okinawa, Japan, but was raised in America, as his father worked there during the war. during this period his father taught him the family martial art of Liu-Sheng Su. He doesn;t like to speak of the time during the war, but it is known that his famly was killed during a bombing run by a foreign country. During that period he managed to disappear, surviving on his wits and becoming a wanderer. Since the war has ended, he was become a full-yime hitch hiker, drifting from one place to another and training his fighting skills, follwing the Taoist philosphy "The Traveller has no set destination, and is in not intent on arriving".

[b]Bio:[/b]Born in Kyoto, Japan, he was raised by Japanese parents even though he was not himself of fully Japanese blood. His mother, an American woman, had been raped by a Japanese man and thus had been made pregnant, giving birth and dying in her best friend's home. The friend took the child, for she was unable to have children, and raised him with her husband and gave the child their last name. The child grew to be exceedingly smart and strong, and eventually was drafted to create war machines to help the Japanese government against Iran at age sixteen. He did so, and as a cost, he took Jeet Kune Do lessons, a style of fighting involving improvisation. Think of Jackie Chan with a knowledge of robotics.[/color]

Personality: He hates everyone, very rarely does he come across someone who he likes, But most of all he hates the Pirates.

Bio: While he was a child, Outlaws raided his village. They killed most of the people living there, burned down the houses and stole the cattle. Since Seifer was a baby, they decided to kidnap him and raise him as one of their own. At a young age of 4, the Outlaws trained Seifer in various styles of fighting such as Boxing and Kick boxing. For their amusement, they made all of the kids fight each other nearly to death. Seifer was a born winner in fighting, he never lost a match until.......one day when he was 20 they were invading a town, they made Seifer fight one of the villagers for the villager and his family's freedom. After a long battle, Seifer decided it was best to take a loss, after he so the two daughters crying for their fathers victory. Seifer did not think the punishment for losing would be hard, but he was wrong. The Outlaws Beat him up and threw him out in the plains to dies. Luckily for Seifer, someone was passing by and rescued and fully healed him, this person was one of the only people Seifer had trusted throughout his life. After a year of traveling with the guy, Seifer decided it would be best if they go their separate ways. Now he as no where to go, no way to get money so he has no other alternative to kill for money, fight for money and steal from others, in other words become an Outlaw. One Day, Seifer came across the man on his travels and he decided to help the guy back to his home. When they had arrived there, they were blinded by the light of the fire that had consumed the house. Pirates had burned all of his family. The man was heart broken and ran down to challange all of the pirates by himself. By the time Seifer went to stop him, it was too late, they had slaughtered him. Seifer knew best than to go and face the Pirates head on, so he decided to travel around teh world looking for people to help him in his battle to get revenge on the Pirates for killing the only person he had trusted.

He has short brown hair and a goatee, with deep blue eyes. Alex wears a pair of black pants and a black hoodie under which he wears a dark grey t-shirt. He keeps his weapons locked away in a bag with him.

[b]Bio[/b]: Born on the rough streets of Dublin, Alex had to fighter to survive, at 6 years old in 1993 Alex began Karate lessons from a local dojo, Alex learned quickly and became very skilled at his Art and at 12 received a black belt, in 1999 Alex began learning Judo as a hobby and applied the same determination as before, it was during this time he was taken in by the Irish Government and trained as an assassin, he had a little sway in his job being able to chose his missions of his own accord, he finished his training in both Judo and as an assassin at 17 and began work. Over the last 3 years he has executed 15 traitors and terrorists. He has been sent to America to take out a lead Pirate terrorist, by any means necessary[/color]
