OOC: Players know who they are. School has just finished, and everyone is preparing to go home.

IC: Tohru sighed as he slung the bag over his shoulder, absently running one eye. Another day over. He quietly started talking to himself, soemthing he did without noticing it, you get used to talking to yourself, when you live alone.
"Ramen tonight? Of course ramen, I can't cook anyhing else. Maybe a restaurant? No, can't afford that. Take out? No, not that either. Guess I'll have some beef ramen."
He heard someone call his name, and turned to see a girl from the year below him waving. He politely waved back, not stopping or even slowing his pace.
[I]A girl would be useful, at least i could get a decent meal for once.[/I] he thought
A voice, quiet and familiar, rang through his head.
[I]There's another.[/I]
[I]Are you sure?[/I]
[I]Yes.[/I]
[I]Where is it?[/I]
[I]The park, be careful.[/I]
He sighed once again and quickened his paxe down the hall, yawning again. He felt his body collide with someone as he turned a corner. He took a step back, rubbing the back of his head and smiling nervously.
"Uh...sorry."

[Frankie]

Li had a long day and was in a hurry and slammed right into someone..

Li: OY....

Person: Sorry

Li: Ah its fine but i must be going

she jets past the person not even really acknoledgeing what happned and slows down once out of school

Li: All is fair exept my life

[Talon]

[color=teal][i]Kitsune wrestled with his locker, finally getting it open just as the bell rang for hometime. He looked at his watch, sighed, and walked out of the biulding.[/i]

[b]Kitsune:[/b]Damn! Literature for first period AGAIN?!? That teacher had it in for me, I swear! Lucky I know about mythology or I'd be swamped!

[i]Kitsune walked the long road home as he took in the sights and sounds of Okinawa, the familiar places seeming so foreign to him. He stopped as he heard a young woman yelling, saw her trying to fight two boys, one of them holding a large knife.[/i]

[b]Siren:[/b]Argh! Back off!

[i]Kitsune dropped his books and ran to help her, the bigger of the two moving to block him, leaving his friend with the knife to handle Siren.[/i]

[b]Goon:[/b]We have a little dispute with this girl. Take a hike!

[b]Kitsune:[/b]Get out of my way, or I'll get you out of it for you!

[i]As the goon tried to mull that over, Kitsune jumped up into the air, connecting his foot to the side of the bully's neck, knocking him out. He rushed over to the guy with the knife, who'd left Siren on the ground when the big guy feel. Kitsune dodged a sideways slash, getting a large slash on his right arm all the way to the wrist from the elbow.[/i]

[b]Kitsune:[/b]Whoa, Ugly!

[i]Kitsune backed up, lifted his right leg slightly, and let the limb fly into "Ugly's" chin as Kitsune executed a backflip with the kick, landing in a crouching position and pummeling the attacker's groin, dropping him fast. Kitsune stood and walked over to Siren, who was getting up.[/i]

[b]Siren:[/b]I didn't need your help, but thanks anyway.

[b]Kitsune:[/b]No problem. Ungh! My name's Kitsune Katsuhito, but my friends all call me Fox.

[b]Siren:[/b]Nice name, but bad arm. You need that looked at.

[b]John:[/b]Nah, I've had worse.

[i]As he bent to pick up his books, he indicated his eye, slashed completely through. He fished out a roll of bandages from his bag as he pointed to the red scar.[/i]

[b]Siren:[/b]Oh my God, what happened?

[b]Kitsune:[/b]Well, a couple of guys from my old class decided to pay me a visit a few years ago. THey really hated me, how I was getting all the attention, how I was the strongest kid in class. They brought a gun to my house, shot and killed my father. My mother and I were out, but when we got home, I saw who it had been. I immediately tracked them down nd confronted them. They had a knife with them, the gun having been dropped onto my carpet. Before I'd tracked them down, I'd gotten a warrant to injure them badly. Well, I fought them, the big guy getting the knife to my eye and slashing it like this. I hospitalized them both, and now they have nothing but jail time.

[b]Siren:[/b]Oh my god....

[i]Kitsune hefted his books and began walking home with Siren, stopping at his house and waving good-bye.[/i][/color]

[Frankie]

Li watched and avoided the comotion she saw and kept on walking... it might have been the long rought but... she wanted to avoid the comotion why get anywhere near it... she might get involved which was something she would rather avoid..

Li: This time of day brings so many.... things... ahh so true... Loneliness is me.... i'm like the wind... Flowing from here to there.... invisible to the world... yet i exist.. Ah oh well..

she silently walked along and made it to her place... she was given the right to live alone the moment the last of her family died... she unlocked the door and went inside and pressed the button on her message machine

1: *BEEP* Hi this is Rossane and i would like to remind you about... the monthly inspection

2: *beep* This is mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Li: WHAT THE?

the message turned into a long humming sound but she could hear a light chant in the back ground... she deleted the messages and went on cleaning up the place

LI: that.... was wierd... wonder what that stupid message was about ....

she cleaned the house and quickly got ready.......

Then she sat a nice arangement of flowers on the table and sat down and listned to Wada Kouji for a while...

[Na'dou]

[i][COLOR=darkblue]Jana'dou sat on the steps of the school. School was out, but she didn't want to go home. She wasn't even sure if she could call her house a home. Nothing went right there,everything was all wrong. Worst of all, it wasn't getting any better. This is usually why she never stayed home much, she tried to stay out which wasn't easy for an introvert. She wasn't use to being in others conversations, so she didn't get along with many people anyway.
Na'dou looked at her watch and spoke to herself.[/color][/i]

[color=darkblue]Na'dou: Well, I better be going...I don't want to be late for Karate class again. I'm glad I can always talk to [i]sensei[/i] about my problems. She's the only one that'll listen to me talk.[/color]

[i][color=darkblue]Na'dou picked up her things and headed down the street. She spoke to herself[/color][/i]

[color=darkblue]Na'dou: I'm am who I am I guess, a lonely miserable nobody...If you know what I mean...[/color]

[Domon]

[i]Yukito had just left his math class and was heading for his locker to get his things and leave. "God it feels good to get out of school!" As he got to his locker he entered his combination and pulled the lock off but his locker wouldn't open, he grabbed the handle with both hands and pulled, just as he pulled the door flew open and Yukit was sent flying onto his butt. He stood up and adjusted his glasses and grabbed his things and shut his locker and threw the lock back on and headed out the door, after he walked out he breathed in deeply, just glad to be out of school for the day. He walked towards his car with his bookbag slung over one shoulder and his trenchcoat billowing behind him in the strong breeze. As he gets in his car his cell goes off, he grabs it and answers but all he hears is a continous humming, he quickly hangs up and sits down in his car and drives off towards his house. [/i]

[Frankie]

Li walked the inspector to the door and sighed with reliefe as she hoped into her car and left..

Li: About.... time... whew... im glad she is gone its over... Till next month..

Li grabed her long coat and flung it on and then headed back outside....still wondering about the wierd phone message but it soon slipped her mind

she walked along the past the school again with a silent look an her face... she was very happy but always quiet... she saw a boy talking with a girl on the front steps and grinned and kept slowly walking along

Li: Grocery shopping.. here i come

[Domon]

[i]Yukito continued to drive until he came upon a sprawling mansion in the urban area, he pulled in and drove up to the garage and parked his car and walke into his house and was greeted by his cocker spainel, who was always barking at strange people. After setting his stuff down in the kitchen he headed off for his room and flopped on his bed and turned on his tv and wondered about that weird phone message he got.[/i]

[Frankie]

Li kept walking picking out an apple and nice looking watermelon and then got a few needed items and a few candles

She then walked slowly home when she entered the phone rang... she answered and it was that stupid humming again

she hung up and sat in the kitchen on the floor with an even more confused look on her face

[Talon]

[color=teal][i]Kitsune exchanged numbers with Siren, smiling and walking into his house, nursing his arm. As he bandaged the severly injured limb, he thought about her. He sat on his sofa, ecpecting his mother to come home in an hour. He sat down at his table, letting the thin cushion flatten under his weight. He began to sketch freerange, coming up with a cove landscape, a two-story house on the cliff overlooking the cove, and a forest nearby. He smiled inwardly, turning to a fresh page and sketching Siren in what he thought would be a nice dress, the straps sliding slightly down her shoulders, her hair bundled in a ponytail. He sighed and began to put the pad away when he felt a firm grip clasp his shoulder.[/i]

[b]Ami Katsuhito:[/b]Good work, my son. You'll become an artist yet. But about your music, why don't you practice flute anymore?

[b]Kitsune:[/b]I do, just at night. I like the haunting melody drifting under the moonlight.

[i]He smiled as he got up to go to work, realizing it was Friday and plopping back down on his mat.[/i]

[b]Kitsune:[/b]Dangit, it's Friday. No work today.....I'm gonna be so bored! Might as well sketch more or go for a walk.

[i]Kitsune shook his head, grabbing his pad and calling Siren before he walked out.[/i]

[b]Kitsune:[/b]Hey, Siren? I was wondering if maybe I could come over for an hour or two to talk a while. I have something I'd like to show you, too.

[b]Siren:[/b]Okay, Kit, just hang on. I gotta clean my room first. You can't miss my house, it's right outside the park.

[b]Kitsune:[/b]Alright, see you in an hour or so.

[i]Kitsune grabbed his jacket, made sure the bandage was on tight, and tucked the pad under his arm as he walked towards the park, humming slightly as he weaved through the trees and brush.[/i][/color]

[Frankie]

An immage appares next to Li and she looks at it funny... it kinda looked like a human but for some reson... li knew humans dont glow like that

Li: What the

the image opened its mout to speek but that humming noise broke out again but the chanting in the back ground got louder..

li looked at the image and gave it a good kick...she shook her head as she was kicking thin air..

Li: Thats waht i get for drifting off thinking about that stupid message....

Li shook of the sleepyness and goes into her room... and opens the windo.. andwnet to her tiny mirror to fix her hair.... but siddenly she saw that glowing image again the the reflection... the image was floating outside her windo... she spun around and the image was still there.. but only for a few seconds... then it vanished..

Li: Whoa... no more tea before i sleep either.... im seeing things..

[ColourDeaf]

Tohru landed in a crouch as the creature threw him across a good 10 feet. He cursed and fell back slightly, eyeing the creature. It was about the size of a car, with a squat, tusked head and hoofed feet. the barriers he had placed around the perimeter of the park should hold it, as it didn;t seem the most powerful. He reached into his bag, drawing out a long line a beads, held together on a single strand of thread. He held it in both hands as the beast charged, wrapping it around his right hand. He snapped his right hand out, and the line of beads went rigid as a rod, glowing wuth faint aura of blue light, and he jumped into the air, straight at it ((OOC: Anime style leap.)). He held the rod straight in front of him, spining it with inhumanly fast movement until it appeard as a blur, and the beast's nose connected to it as it charged up. The momentum of his jump kept him going, and he carried on going, the blade acting like a buzzsaw. He landed lightly on one foot as finished, two neat halves of the beast falling to the ground.
[I]You said it would be difficult.[/I]
[I]"A miscalculation."[/I]
[I]Can I go now?[/I]
[I]"As soon as you clear up."[/I]
Just as the silent exchanged finished, a screeching noise that threatened to split his head in half. He turned sharply, and the to halves of the creature were...changing. a leg, little more than the bare bone and muscles necessary for movement, were bursting the the severed side of each beast, and the new tripods slowly stood up, and darted in different directions.
[I]Damn! Why didn;t you tell me this could happen?[/I]
[I]"I didn't know"[/I]
The beads fell loose again, and he brought them around, whipping them around the neck of the beast. He jumped, dragging himself along the line until he reached the creature's back. The creature bulled out of the park, through the defenses he had set up, small bands of ricepaper with incantaions written on them. tohru cursed silently as he held on for dear life. The beast smashed through a car, sending it flying over his head. It cannoned straight into the residential area, the three legs pumping like three pistons. Tohru lifted one arm, gathering the moisture from the very arm itself, and forming it into a blade. He concentrated, freezing the water, and brought it down, the blade cleanly severing it's neck. YThe creature stumbled, falling midstride, and throwing Tohru over ti's head. He fell with a large thud, and lay as his vision swam.

OOC: Ok, I would ask the you witnessed the creature's rampage on TV or in real life, and have come to investigate. All will be explained

[Talon]

[color=teal][i]As Kitsune walked out of the park, he noticed something on the televisions in an electronics store. He saw some odd creature rampaging through the park he'd just left, and he hurried over to Siren's house. Siren invited him in, and he hurried in only to drop his pad on her table.[/i]

[b]Siren:[/b]Did you see the news? I was about to go to the park to check it out...

[b]Kitsune:[/b]So was I, but anyhow, we might want to hurry.

[i]With Siren, Kitsune rushed to the park, taking the point so as to prevent Siren from getting into trouble or getting hurt. He drew out his kukri, a medium-sized carving knife, and walked defensively, keeping an eye on Siren as they entered the site where the creature had been.[/i][/color]

[Deedlit]

[color=009966][i]Eseian and her brother Kaharu were walking back from the store. Their mom was very busy at work, so Eseian had to do all the chores and shopping while she was gone. She held two paper bags of food held in one arm, while she held her little brother's hand in the other. They were just passing the park when her little brother stopped and tugged on her sleeve.[/i]

Kaharu: "Eseian, what's that?"

[i]Eseian looked where Kaharu indicated and gasped. There was someone there who looked to be about 14 or 15 fighting some....well, monster! She had never seen anything like this in her life! The creature charged through the park and rammed a car, sending it flying towards them. Kaharu smiled like a child who would smile when he saw a magic trick performed for the first time.[/i]

Kaharu: "I didn't know cars could fly!"

[i]Eseian stared in horror at the car, then grabbed Kaharu's arm and ran. Kaharu just stared at the car in amazement, not even knowing the danger of the situation. Suddenly, he broke free of her grasp and ran back to where he had been standing previously. Eseian dropped her bags and screamed.[/i]

Eseian: "Kaharu! No!!"

Kaharu: "I want to see the Flying Car, Eseian!"

[i]Eseian paled and ran towards her brother, but it was too late. Kaharu, who had been staring at the car in excitement, now went rigid, his eyes wide in terror. The car hit him, killing him instantly from the impact. Eseian suddenly felt weak, like she would faint. She fell to her knees as time seemed to slow down, then freeze.[/i]

[Na'dou]

[color=darkblue][i]Na'dou continued down the sidewalked and looked to her left. She was right across the street in the residential area. She saw two people walking. One of the looked behind them when the smaller one pointed it out, and the older one looked back and eyed in horror. She started to run with the little boy, but he slipped away from her and ran back. She screamed, but the little boy just smiled. Then horror suddenly came upon his face. In an instant a car flew through the air a hit the little boy as he started to run.
The shock caused Na'dou to drop her books and fall back.[/i][/color]

[color=darkblue]Na'dou: Oh my gosh! Oh no!Hey![/color]

[i][color=darkblue]Na'dou called out to the girl who looked her way, but more horror came over her face. Na'dou, confused, looked to her right to find a car coming at her. She instantly stood up and started to glow[/color][/i]
[color=darkblue]Na'dou: Well old girl let's see what you've got. Kara Kick![/color]

[i][color=darkblue]Na'dou kicks the car away from her, but because of her inexperience she is knocked back and instantly passes out[/color][/i]

[Frankie]

Li was watching tv and gasped at the rampageing beasts... but she got a great smile on her face and grinned

Li: ALRIGHT... TIME TO GO

just then she was the ghosty like image again but this time she ignored it she took off her shirt and flung on her long sleeve black shirt.... and black vest and black leather pants and she grabed a small jeweled necklace and put it around her neck...

Li: Lets have a litttle fun

she leaped out her bedroom window and landed on the ground and headed off to where she saw the comotion..

Li: this will...be fun

jsut then a fugger guys surrounded her she rolled her eyes

Li: oh give me a break boys i have better things to do..

one reached for her and she stuck out her hand her palm was about... 3 inches from the guys face yert he was flung back about 5 feet... the others looked at her as she glared they pciekd up their friend and ran off.

Li: that was easy..

she trecked off to the park and saw a single beast and she ran off after it it stoped by a tree and Li stuck out a hand then punched the monster 5 feet the other direction

then she placed her palm on its head and lifted her hand about 3 inches away then did the same hting to the monster as she did to the mugger... the monster stoped breathing and disintegrated into thin air kinda like it blew up into a million pieces

Li: THATS WHAT YOU GET YOU LOSER for killing that boy... now once i find the other 2 they will suffer the same fate as well

Li grinned darkly and trudged off to find another one

ooc: Sorry for not posting but you'll have to get used to it.

IC: Nan walked out of school and sighed, at least that was over for another day. No more of Melissa and her friends going on at her about not having the latest fashions and other expensive things.

She decided to go to the park and spend some well earned time reading. Little did she know of what was going to happen.

**some time later**

Nan watched in horror as Tohru managed to knock the creature out of the picture. He landed rather roughly and she immeadatly ran over to him.

Nan: You alright?

Tonru: Yeah, I think

Nan: What the hell was that creature of darkness???

[Frankie]

Li walked around carefully... jsut then the stupid humming and chanting noise came back into her head... it echoed through the treees..

Li looked around and spun around to see the image again... but this time it was mroe easy to see... It was a young man... with long long red hair.. a long sword was attached to his back and he was wearing a long black robe like thing. his eyes were glowing brightly in a blue color and he smiled at her.. then vanished.... to show..... one of the beasts that was folling her... ready to attack

Li: Thank you ... strange image. i would have enver seen it there if it werent for you... well i would..once it was to late...

she spoke to the wind as she got ready to kick its butt

[Domon]

[i]Yukito had been sitting in his room for about an hour after he was done in school. After watching tv he decided to drive into town and eat at a resturant, on his way there he heard on the radio about some creature going on a rampage and already killing one person, Yukito drove his car directly into town past the park and parked like a block away and followed the path of damage, he had made sure to grab his camera so he could get some pictures of this thing. As he ran down the street he saw a girl sitting on her knees, Yukito walked over to her and sat next to her.[/i]

Yukito: Hey, whats wrong?

????: Huh? Oh hello, i'm sorry i didn't see you there.

Yukito: Whats your name??

Eseain: Eseain, and yours?

Yukito: Yukito, pleasure to meet you. Hey you didn't happen to see that monster by chance did you?

Eseain: Actually i did, it killed my little brother.

Yukito: Oh my god! I'm sorry. Where did it go?

Eseain: On down the road. If you're going to see it i sugguest you be careful.

Yukito: Okay, thanks.

[i]Yukito took off running down the street so as to see this monster.[/i]

[Frankie]

ooc: not friend i think it killed her LITTLE BROTHER

Li approched the snorting creature and grined as it rared back and then.... charged..

Li: i dont... think so

she leaped out of the way but it fliped around and leped up and ramed her in the back

she yowled in pain as she was sent flying yet she smiled landed on one hand and did a flip back onto her feet

Li: DO NOT DO THAT A GAIN YOU RECHED CREATURE

she set up the palm of her hand.... ready to attack

[Raquel]

Siren and Kitsune Reaches the clearing in time to see Li (who, in Siren's opinion is much too powerful) spring to her feet... Siren glanced at Kitsune... On a whim she kissed his cheek...

Siren: Thanks...

... Then dashed off towards Nan and Tonru... She brought her forearms together, knocking the peg out of the hallowed out bamboo tubes and freeing the spring, sending two slim blades shooting neatly, handle first, into her hands... She flipped them around and slid to a halt next to the two...

Siren: Are you alright? Where did the other ones get too?

[Frankie]

ooc: Heh.. sorry about that....

Li glared at the monster and dodged it yet again... she... felt weaker then ever before so allshe could do was dodge now... sure she had lots of energy to begin with... but she wasted it all on the first monster she encountered...

li leaped up and grabed a tree branch and did a gymnastics thing and flipped around and landed on the other side of the monster... she then took off.... sure one monster she THOUGHT she got rid of... but the second one she wasent ready or strong enough at the moment

IC:

Siren whirled, hearing Kitsune yell... Li had left, and Kitsune rushed to take her place... Siren's eyes widened and she cursed under her breath...

Siren: This isn't good...

Sparing a glance for Nan and Tonru before running to the back of the monster... She threw herself at it, stabbing it in the back... It screamed in rage and pain, and Siren gritted her teeth before wrapping her arm around its neck and drawing her knees up...

Siren: Be careful Fox! I'm not sure what this thing will do...

She whipped a rope around its neck and stood bracing herself... She was nearly was thrown off as it attempted to dislodge her... She repelled from his shoulders to return with a force to drive the blades completely through the things chest... It arched its back and convulsed, throwing Siren through the trunk of a young, thin tree and into another, older one... Her vision blurred and went dark...

[Frankie]

Li staggered out of the park keeping an eye out... she hadent noticed the deep wound in her side that was inflicted during some part of the brawl

She sudddenly felt a sharp pain in her side and placed a hand there where the pain was. It was damp.. she looked at her hand... she was bleeding pretty badly.... she rolled her eyes at her hands and staggered off home...

Once in her house she ripped her top shirt off which now had a hole in it. And kept her little black spagettiii strap shirt on as she carefully washed away the blood and she then taped gauze on her side and then trudged to her small fridge and grabed something to eat.

She suddenly saw the image again... The young man grinned at her before dissapereing again.

Li: Oy... im seeing things again... might be from the loss of blood... but im guessing it doesent matter....

Li finished her little meal and then drifted off to sleep... ignoreing the wound it was mere pebbles in the sea of bouldres in her mind full of worrys

[Na'dou]

[I][COLOR=darkblue]When Na'dou finally woke up, Eseian was standing over her. She looked releaved when Na'dou saw her, that's when Na'dou remembered.[/COLOR] [/I]

[COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou: Hey! Are you all right?[/COLOR] [COLOR=darkblue]Eseian: I should be asking you that question. Are you all right?[/COLOR]
[COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou: Oh sure, just a little bruse here and there, happens all of the time. Are you going to be all right? I saw what happened to your...um...Anyway, I'm sorry you had to go through that...[/COLOR]
[COLOR=darkblue]Eseian: Yeah, well, at least you didn't end up the same way as well....I have to go now....Bye...[/COLOR]
[COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou: Hey wait! Here, take this. It's a gift. Take it.[/COLOR]
[I][COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou hands a small item to Eseian and let's her go on her way. As she leaves, Na'dou hears something behind her. She turns and sees all of the dust over the park.[/COLOR] [/I]
[COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou: Whoa! What's going on over there? I guess Karate class will have to wait today.[/COLOR]
[I][COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou grabs her scattered things and dumps them into her yard as she ran past it and right for the park. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a necklace. It had a pink and blue star on it.[/COLOR] [/I]
[COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou: Well old buddy, let's see what you and I can do again huh?[/COLOR]
[I][COLOR=darkblue]Na'dou puts the necklace on and it glows. She smiles and continues on her way to the park.[/COLOR] [/I]
