Zaeon
OOC: LETS GET IT ON! ~~~~ Shawan stretched ashe stood on the boat, he had recieved his first assignment. It was to observe some weird movements a former observer had seen in the U.I.S. He had heard things had been stiring up as late and felt this could prove to be a good test of his skills. 2 weeks later. Shawan's Report: Fellow Officers of the Eon Protectorate . After spending 2 weeks observing the movements and actions of the target Ive come to the following conclusion. The moving troops are in fact planning a revolution. They are largly disorganized at the moment, and many seem to be little more then Brigands. Their leader left me with little impression and as very Inapet except as a proagandist. Baffled as to how he made the position. I recomend that the Protectorate strike while the rebels are still weak and disorganized. Leader is Inapet and if they succeeded in the Coup they would cause more harm to humanity then good from my observations. No ready or more adept men amongest them, so I repeat and strongly recomend, strike while the rebels are still disorganized with a small force and destroy the banner. If you wait larger force will be required. Will continue observations. Shawan stretched after sending the typed report then stared at the troops moving outside, The Eon Protectors would be recieving his recondmendation any moment now. He would have to move in the morning. Shawan put away his laptop and curled up faling asleep
DeathKnight
Ken sneezed loudly, walking in the rain a mile outside the apartment he jointly owned with Shawan. The rain pattered against his raincoat loudly, as he shoved his hands into his pockets and glanced up, catching a glimpse of lightning as it cascaded downward. Ken: Damn it. When is my next assignment going to come.. I know they said it would be through Shawan. He went off a couple of weeks ago to who knows what fool place.. And i'm stuck on an island that gets rain all the time.. with nothing to do. He stopped and leaned against the wall of a nearby building, stareing silently back twards the Apartment, tapping his foot impatiently, wishing that would help speed up his new assignment. Murmering a low retort to the lack of anything happening, he reassumed walking, heading back twards the apartment, thunder rolling overhead as he did. Several wet strands of hair fell down into his vision finally, as he opened the door, locking it behind him silently. Removing his hood, he solemnly removed his steel-toed boots, tossing them to the side non-chalantly. Walking further into the flat, he removed his coat as well, tossing it into the closet as he headed silently for the study. He sat down silently at the computer station, selecting items on the screen.. Computer: Welcome, Ken. May I remind you that you're midterm on Advanced Repairing of Frigate-Class Starships will be due in one week. Ken: Alright.. I've got that all done. The professor will be pleased this time I think. Computer: You hope. Ken: Just check my mail. Anything new? Computer: No new messages that warrant attention. Ken: Hmm. Any bulletins from the higher ups? Computer: One. Shawan sent in his reccomendation, and they will contact you within 2 hours as to what your mission is. Ken: Alright. I can handle 2 more hours.. He got up, pushing the keyboard tray in as he did. Casually walking twards the couch, he layed down ontop of it and closed his eyes..
Corey
The bell attached to my door rang out. My hand gave a slight tremor and slipped the electric current to another ground. BANG! Ryan- "FUçK!" The weapon exploded, sending me across the room and into the far wall. I hit and fell with a sickening thud. I attempted to get to my feet and failed. Boris- "Why on't you just turn off that damn thing, man? It does more harm than good." I lifted my arm, weakly, and pointed toward the medical cabinet. Boris nodded and grabbed the needle out. "This is the last time I will save your ***..." He walked over and jammed it into my arm. He pushed the millions of nanomachines into my bloodstream and threw the needle away. I felt them start to work immediately. My broken ribs sealed back up. My punctured lung re-inflated. The many cuts on my body magically healed. I stood up and looked at Boris. Ryan- "No more freebies." I pushed him back to the right side of the counter and stepped behind my side. Slowly, I put my salesman smile on and started my sales routine, even though Boris has heard it many times before. "What can I get you sir? We do have two specials today. The first is-" Boris- "Cut the cråp. I need a modified laser weapon. It will fire pellets at a supersonic velocity which will explode on impact releasing millions of you 'special' nanomachines into the air. Can you do it." The last sentence wasn't a question, but a statement. I put on the headset and quickly did a little research on how much this little project would cost. I frowned as each item was added to the list. Ryan- "Boris... This is going to cost a lot. I... I don't think you can afford it. The nanomachines are the most expensive... Are you sure you want me to tell you?" I looked at him and he nodded. I sighed. "Sevenhundred sixty-eight thousand, fivehundred and three. And that's for the parts. With labor it might be more like ninehundred thousand. It could take me a good sixty hours to do this..." He dropped a stack of bills onto the counter and smiled. I looked at him. He smiled wider. I grabbed the bills and counted them. "Onemillion? Boris, where did you get this?" Boris- "Let's just say my social security chck finnaly came in. When can you have it by?" He ripped someone off... Ryan- "Tuesday." He smiled and walked out. I sighed and dropped the money inside of my safe. That would buy a lot of supplies. I would be making at least twohundred thousand dollars. I sighed again as I realized he would probably killing someone with it. My computer flipped on. Computer- "You have mail sir." Ryan- "Open." A message from the Society appeared on the screen. They probably wanted to know why I had cut out right after graduation. They didn't understand that this store was my dads... Whatever... "Save. I'll read it later..."
