Sign Up Lord of the Rings: Flames Rebirth

[color=deeppink] [size=1]The fires are lit once again. The flames of Mount Doom are once again thriving with hate, anger, and malice. Thunder roars above the mountain as clouds surround the towers of Isenguard. Saruman has returned, and within his spirit, Sauron has come back once more, more powerful than before. Saruman wears Sauron's eye around his neck, seeing all. He has created another ring, again with the flames of Mount Doom. This one, consisting of both Sauron and Saruman's greed for power.
Sauron has created another army, and therefore is stirring more evil within the reaches of Isenguard and Mordor. The last ring Sauron had created has returned as the spirit of his master had been waken. except this time, he has a new master. [i]Frodo.[/i]
Frodo is now bound to the ring, as its new master. He decided to use the ring to defeat Saruman for the last time, but has it taken over him? The ring is already poisoning his mind. He was captured by the Nasgul, and placed in a chamber in the tower of Isenguard.
It has been twenty years since Sauron had been destroyed, the fellowship has been scattered throughout the corners of the world, again ready to meet in Rivendale for another journey. You must rescue Frodo before the ring takes control of him once more, and before Saurman claims the other ring as his own. This time, with a little more help.

[b]Description:[/b] Long chestnut colored hair, with a fishtail-braid at the back of her head. (think Legolas). She has jade green eyes that turn ice blue when nearby water. Laitina wears a long, white gown that travels down to her feet.

[b]Bio:[/b] Laitina is the daughter of Isilieir, King of a small part of Rivendale. She was trained by her eldest cousin, using sai and creating healing medicines to treat wounds and cuts. Laitina is kind, yet has a stong, and eager personality when it comes to the safety of her people. She learned a few spells from Galadriel, even though she prefers not to use them often. She decided to go to nothern Rivendale, and help defeat Saruman, under a different identity so she wouldn't risk her real identity to be known. (I'll add onto this later. I have to go ><)

And it wasn't the ring that destroyed Saruman, it was [spoiler]his assistant Grima Wormtongue[/spoiler].

But in case this IS a "what if"-story, you can do whatever you want. :D Just wanted to get things clear...

PS. How could you break up Legolas's and Gimli's happiness? :therock: They were so much in love...

Bio: Elsyan has lived in Rivendale for as long as she could remember. She is good friends with Laitina and her family, and once Legolas even introduced her to Frodo. They became friends, and Elsyan was grieved to hear that he was taken hostage at Isenguard. She is determined to help him.

Bio: - She lived with the elves after an assult on her town, that left none alive. She learned how to listen to the trees, how to use a bow and arrow, and how to use her small use of magic that had been in her family. Elrond had watched over her till she was 15, then elrond had told her that she needed to learn to live by herself. She still lives inside riverdale, and watches the elves do their thing from afar.

Other: - Her past time is riding her horse katiya. She usually rides to lothlorien(sp) and back.

Personality: Happy-go-lucky! um....but can get down to business when needed. She's good with little children, and children like her.

Weapons: A sword that was once used by an Uruk-hai that his uncle slew, now inticrately etched with images of oak leaves, and a horse lying under an oak tree at it's centre on both sides, three hachets, both balanced for throwing and strengthened for combat, and largish shield of heavy oak-wood. He is known to carry a knife for eating.

Description:
Tall and well-built, with a dark somber face and piercing grey eyes like twin jewels. He hair is red and cut into short bvangs, which are normally tucked into a woolen hat. He normally wears a green-grey greatcoat over brown woolen trousers and a white canvas shirt, along with heavy leather boots with wolf-skin trimming. He wears a single iron shoulderpad and a light chainmail vest under his shirt.

Bio: He came into a world in chaos, born deep within the caves of Helmsdeep, while his kin of Rohan fought for it's protection above him. His father died as an unknown during the battle, and his mother died during childborth. His mother left him in the hands of his aunt, who took him north along with his uncle, a grizzled Rider of Rohan and hunter. He trained hard to become a Rider of Rohan, learning the inticracies of all types of warfare, and excelling at hunting in his new, moutainous home. As he grew into a man, they returned to Rohan and Gyiam was iniciated as a Rider-Scout. He has travelled many times to the borders of Mordor as a lookout, and has alll but memorised all of the area of Rohan and Gondor.

Other: He riders a Gondorian great horse, a rare breed that grown about 3 or 4 hands taller than most warhorses, and are much stockier and all but tireless. He has a great sense of direction and is an excellent navigator.

Bio: Aratmacil is the daughter of Legolas Greenleaf and Laitina Kittana. She is the princess of Northern Rivendale, as her father, Legolas is prince. She is a skilled warrior, and she has the power of minor healing, taught to her by her mother. She is friendly, but dangerous during battle. She is deadly accurate with her bow, and the same with her sword. She had met Frodo many times in her 20 short years of life, and became deep friends with him and the hobbits. Her anger overpowered her when she heard the news of the problem and agreed to help. Against her parents own will, for they thought that Aratmacil was far to young for a quest this dangerous. Aratmacil ignored Legolas and Laitina and when the time came, set out to rescue Frodo.

Bio: Kagome is one of the few Preistess Elves that exist now. She was born and raised in Rivendale by her parents who are highly respected by the Elves. She is the younger cousin of Laitina whom she loves very much and looks up to. Kagome has been traning her whole life to become a fully trained Preistess by her mother and Laitina. She is highly looked upon by elves everywhere and has many powers even unknown to herself. She has decided to go on the journey to save the young Hobbit Frodo Baggins from Sarumon and the dreaded trip to Mount Doom.

Description: Long, dark, thick black hair which passes over her back which she usually ties up. She wears a large baggy white kimono robe with baggy red pants. (Imagine Kikyo From Inuyasha). She carries her bow and arrow with her everywhere on her back and she hides her katana in her clothing. She is quite tall, about 5'9. weighing about 120 pounds. She has light pale skin and beautiful brown eyes. She has a very serious attitude when it comes to her job or fighting or saving people with her healing powers. She can be very emotional at times too. When she makes up her mind about something, no one can change it.

Extra info: Her Powers: Healing, prayer, unknown powers that she doesn't even know she has, FIGHTING (a biggie), determination. She is a very skilled swordsman and archer, and also in the art of fighting without weapons.

He later assumed leadership of the great Iron Hills after they became more populated and his father could not govern both hills. After Saurons downfall, four of the seven dwarven rings where found. But the three other where devoured by dragons. Griolon bears one of the four, as does his father Gloin. The other have been given to Dain III and the last was again, devoured by a cold drake. Bio: Born in exile, Haven was left to be brought up by his grandfather Denethor II. He only saw his father twice before his death, and both times were for short stays. The last time was before his father left for Rivendale, he was supposed to return shortly.

After learning of his father's death from his grandfather, Haven trained fierosously until his twentyith birthday, when he left Gondor to live on his own. He later meet up with Faramir, Boromir's brother and fought by his side in the War of the Ring, but left his soon after...
