Well, my dad was talking about getting GTA: Vice City. I think it looks pretty good. It's his sort of thing anyway....it's got that "Miami Vice" 80's thing going on.....the only problem is that my friend told me there is a lot of nudity with naked women and all and since I'm a girl I would personally not like to have a video game with naked women...is this even true? But still, should I or should I not get the game? Is it good?

Naked People? There's no nudity in this game just some girls in skimpy bikinis about the worst is the strip club. If you do go in there you'll just laugh anyways it's a fairly awful fmv sequence. A little glitchy but overall very playable and fun. All glitches can be overlooked when you look at all you're getting. So much replay value it's not even funny.

*gasp* My first real post in this forum! :toothy:

I don't think they can actually have nudity in Mature rated games, though, can they? I thought those were the ones that got the Adults Only rating. Dunno, though, I've never actually seen an A rated game.

Okay, well...to actually answer the original question, GTA:VC doesn't have full frontal nudity. Nothing like that at all. The worst you'll see is women in bikinis.

However, the game does have quite a lot more swearing than in GTAIII. So if that offends you (or your parents don't want you to buy a game with lots of swearing), that could be an issue.

But otherwise, I can't see why you wouldn't be able to enjoy the game. The nudity is not even an issue really.

I have BMX XXX and have unlocked all the videos ;) and yes you do see boobs in some of the vids, but unfortunately nothing else lol. I find it funny how they advertise BMX's with naked chicks dancing around them lol.

Sometimes the girls like at the film studios just have little stars covering their tits but that is the worse I have seen on the game.

Good. Ok. So just bikinis. I can deal with that. And swearing....I could care less. That doesn't bother me a bit.

Thank you for telling me! Now I'll proably get it and see what all the fuss is about on this game!!

Oh the worst of the fuss is probably about how this game is degrading to children who play it, and how it is readily available to buy in shops

You know it's like the line Mrs Lovejoy from the Simpsons is always spouting "Think of the children". Most people are just upset because of all the bad language and graphic violence

There is no nudity persay only a very very disturbing FMV of when you buy the Pole Position Strip club, Oh my God was that sickening

It actually has real nudity, where you can actually tell what things are? Damn...what the hell is wrong with the people that do the ESRB ratings? That should definitely get an A rating.
Ok...so brutally murdering hundreds of innocent people deserves a lower rating than nudity? I don't think so.

I have to agree to some extent I mean if you can legally have sex at 16, I think they should make like a 16 rating for nudity! Killing and murders would probably be a higher rating it depends how much gore really. Swearing ... well doesn't everyone nowadays, so like 11+. Probably totally wrong but what the heck.

Yes, I think it should. Most people can shrug off violence because they know it's not real, but I think nudity tends to stick in peoples' minds a bit more. That's the difference.

That, and you have to be 18 to buy porn, not 17. Why should it be different for games?
