Anime dbz songs

I'm asking this weird question to see what songs you you pick to be with a dbz character. Here is mine:

"Iris" from the goo goo dolls ~> Gohan

What songs would you match up with a db/z/gt character?

I never really thought of it, really. I don't see that many songs for certain characters... I'm not too sure why, but...

[b]Pan:[/b] Avril Lavigne: Sk8er Boi: I think It's just that I have so many Avril Lavigne songs stuck in my head right now, but the beat seems pretty active and fitting for Pan's personality from what I've seen/heard.

[b]Mirai Trunks:[/b] Default: Wasting my time/______:Somewhere out there: I forgot who wrote the second song, but an alternative song seems to fit for Mirai trunks, since his personality's kinda cold, silent... fit for an alternative, I guess. ^_^;[/color] [/size]

Man, I have a feelin that this may turn out to be a pretty hot thread. I personally love this question.

But anyway, here is my picks...

Vegeta = "Points of Authority" by Linkin Park. I kinda realized that this theme definetly would work for Vegeta when I downloaded the music video of Vegeta with this theme playin. I when I was listenin to it, I noticed that this song pretty much does fully talk about Vegeta. With lines like "My life, my pride is broken", "the way I hurt myself again to get back at you", and a few other lines made me realize that he's talkin exactly about Vegeta. Plus, I tried to play this track whenever I'm watchin an episode or a movie whenever Vegeta appears, and I must say, this thing works perfect for Vegeta's theme(especially on the scene where he attacks Cell. If you play the final chorus right when he jumps up, when he turns Super Saiya-Jin and when Chester says "You like to think you're never wrong.", right when it gets hard, Vegeta's hair turns gold and then he just throws that assault on Cell.). I dont care what anybody says, but this song works perfectly for Vegeta.

Buu Aku(or as they call him here in the states, Super Buu) = "Bodies(xXx Remix)" by Drowning Pool. Oh yes, this definetly fits Buu, especially when he releases his genocide device. It also works for when he beats Goten down in the Room of Time and Spirit, plus when he launches himself into that fat snipers mouth and makes him explode. Yes, "Bodies" is definetly a great track for Buu.

Frieza and Koola = "King of My World" by Saliva. Eh, the only reason I really picked this theme is because they both say that they're the ruler of the universe. Plus, there is a line in there where it says "I'll never see any side of heaven. I'll walk through a blaze in hell." and that 1 part of that verse fits Frieza and Koola perfectly.

Videl = "Stars" by Lacuna Coil. Eh, the perfect girl fighter them in my eyes. Well, maybe night for the actual fight or what not, but it worked for when Videl first made her appearance.

SSJ2 Gohan = "Capricorn" by 30 Seconds to Mars. This song in my opinion fully fits SSJ2 Gohan, especially during his transformation. The chrous playing also fits pretty good when he's ripping apart the Cell Juniors. But I personally feel that this song fits SSJ2 Gohan to a tee.

The many SSJ forms of Goku = "Bombshell" by Powerman 5000. This theme could work for any of Goku's transformations and his battles. As a matter of fact, this could be an awesome fight song, but I just feel that it works better for when Goku turns SSJ and SSJ3. I played this theme when he was turning SSJ for the first time against Frieza, and right when it said "GET UP, GET UP, GET UP, DROP THE BOMBSHELL", Goku's power erupted and he turned SSJ for the first time. It was just beautiful to see that in my eyes. But this would be an awesome theme for the many SSJ forms of Goku.

Cell - "Black 7" by Soil. I think it fits Cells personality perfect. Thats all I can say. ^_^

Any pissed off character - "Frustration" by Soul At Zero. I tried playin this theme whenever any of the evil characters get pissed off whenever they cant beat one of the Saiya-Jins(mainly Cell)and this track works really good for that aswell.

Well, that pretty much all I can think of. But yeah, thats what I pick. I cant wait to see the rest of your picks.

and "Shelter" from greenwheel ~> vegeta

It started reminding me of vegeta when it said "I don't care ,if I ever change, no i don't care, if I ever change", "I give no thanx to all thats been given to me" and "I see what I want and look past what I need".

The only themes I can place on a DragonBallZ character at the moment are "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" for my mentor Mr. Buu and "Voodoo Child" for Mr. Satan.

I know that the lyrics in "Voodoo Child" include something like "Chop down a mountain with the edge of my hand." What else could more perfectly fit the man who can single handedly chop nineteen tiles [I]at once[/I]? Plus, it's my hero, Hollywood Hogan's theme, and Mr. Satan, as some of you know, reminds me of the Hulkster.

Yea, Sk8er Boi would go nicely with Pan....not Bra though. A corny love song would go perfectly with her and Bulma.
