He also pulls the communicators out. He hooks the communicators to the computer termina he's been using, then sends a signal to five different locations. She hands everybody their Pokemon back, retrieves Picky, Whirlpool, and Twilight, catches Psyche in a flying leap away from Wolf -- she *is* a boy-hater, and Wolf *is* a boy -- and pries Glitter off of Venna. Glitter: :bawl: Smooch smoochi smoochum! *tries to kiss Venna again* Bremma: Awww... she says, "But mommy I don't want to go home now I want to play with the nice Venna lady" Rei: :therock: Bremma: I guess she's too little to have proper grammar. When they get here, the rockets will likely occupy themselves with trying to capture them. While this is happening, we will attack them, hitting them as hard as possible while they are busy, and hopefully breaking the barrier. If the blockade holds, we fight until we break through. We need to do this very quickly. Venna: Why? We have plenty of time. David: Think about it. If you had been attacked as soon as you got here, would you have stayed? Rei: That happened to me. David: when you got here, there was an obvious battle. The rest of us got here before the Rockets. If you had been suddenly attacked when there was no obvious battle, you would have left. We need to make an appearance before they leave, and do what damage we can. Bremma, while we're doing this, you need to make sure they stay. I contacted them and told them to gather there and wait for further instructions, but I didn't know if they went or not. Fortunatly, they did. They should be here and second now. (An explosion is heard outside) Make that now. Let's do it. (They all run outside, here they see Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, Lugia, and Ho-oh fighting the rockets) Rei: Wow Venna: Yeah. Wow. Bremma Posted January 15, 2003 Share Posted January 15, 2003 Bremma flies high in the air, steading herself on Windplume. "Stay steady for me.. I need to call loud." Windplume chirped in affrmation, spreading his wings wide. Bremma cupped her hands over her mouth and started calling to the Legendary Birds. "Kyooo kuytit! Ktuuyit kesit!" She spoke the tounge of the Legends, understandable to all Pokemon. 'Please stay! Fight with us!' They all cried loudly in agreement and Bremma bent down, giving a thumbs up to David. "Alright Buddy!" she said to Windplume, holding on with her hands again. "Give those Rockets your best shot, Razor Wind!" She held on tighter as Windplume reared back, flapping his wings hard, charging then firng a stong, sharp wind down at some Rockets, knocking them over. "Yeah! Take that, you weaklings! Think Hyper Fang here). It should be mentioned that Rei is really not much of a fighter, but when the Legendary Pokemon are at risk, to :devil: with that part of her personality. Rei: Everybody out! *her mismatched Pokemon come out of their :ball:s* The Legendary Pokemon are in trouble. Get out there and kick some Rocket :butthead:!! Sunny wastes no time, but sails up into the air and starts taking them out one after another with her Rock Throw and Fly attacks. Picky burrows into the ground and starts hitting Rockets and their Pokemon alike with Dig and Magnitude. Whirlpool simply Strengths all his opponents out of his way, then starts using Hyper Beam, Ice Beam, and the other Rockets for target practice. Psyche's Psychic, Psywave, and Psybeam attacks seem to be everywhere, and only a few Rockets with Bug Pokemon can defend themselves at all against Twilight's Faint Attacks and Bites. Various Rockets: :faint: Glitter sits there, just watching the other Pokemon go at it. Rei: Glitter, these are Legendary Pokemon at stake here. Won't you please help? Glitter: -_- Smooch smoochi. Rei doesn't need Bremma's interpretation. Glitter doesn't want to fight, unless she gets some sort of a reward... Rei: Huh. :genius: Glitter, remember that candy machine with all the pretty plastic jewelry in it? If you help us blast these Rockets... Glitter then proceeds to nearly hit Picky with an enthusiastic Ice Beam of her own, followed by a few Psychic attacks and the occasional Powder Snow. Glitter: Smooch smoochi smoo-- *realizes she just nearly hit Picky* Chum. Smoochi chum! Smooch smoochi smoochum smoochum! More Rockets: :faint: But there are still too many Rockets, even with Glitter now helping to take them out. Rei: How the :devil: could a crime kingdom have grown this big without my knowledge? This isn't enough. My Pokemon are good, and it's good that the other people have their Pokemon working with them, but there are still too many Rockets... (The attack hits, rapidly cooling the metal) Go, Meganium! (The pokemon emerges) Venna: What are you doing, David? David: This. Meganium, use Razor Leaf! (The attack breaks through the transport) When Feraligatr used Water Gun, the metal rapidly cooled, weakining it enough for Meganium to break it. Giovanni: Capture them! Cassedy: We tried that. Things were going well until the trainers began attacking us. One transport is down, and most of the others are heavily damaged. Giovanni: What? Cassedy: The trainers attacked us while we were distracted. It is likely that they caused the distraction. Giovanni: How did those trainers get the legendary birds to do that? And why? As the Rockets slowly accept their Boss's decision to withdraw from the Island and comply, he accesses his computer over the Internet and pulls out a few Potions and Elixirs, as well as a candy treat for all his Pokemon. Rei: The Rockets are leaving! Venna: Looks like they took more damage than they could handle-- Aargh! Rei! Get your psycho Smoochum off of me! Glitter: Smooch smoochi smooch :love:! *Rei hastily pries her off of Venna* :bawl: Smooch! Rei: Gonna hafta watch out for Glitter there, Venna. She seems to have a thing for you. Venna: (acidly) I noticed. Bremma: The Legendary Pokemon might think we only needed their help to fight the Rockets. Rei, my Windplume's pretty tired. Can I borrow your Aerodactyl? Rei: ..... Bremma: Thanks! *hops up on Sunny's back, flies her up to the Legendary Pokemon, and calls to them to stay, that wasn't all we needed help for* Wolf: The Rockets appear to be retreating. Lemme take a few more out before they're all gone... Rei: (quickly) No, I don't want to see any more Pokemon hurt. *cuddles Glitter worriedly* David: Looks like we scared them into retreat for a while. I think we just bought ourselves about an hour's worth of peace before Giovanni thinks up another plan. That raises our odds of success considerably. Rei: Cloning a clone? I think the odds are still against us unless we get a machinery expert to come, and fast. It was just something to look into while we were here. Rei: What do we do now? David: Giovanni will probably put Mewtwo back in the tank for modifications, and use a different method to make it stronger. Venna: What method is that? David: Anger. Pokemon's power levels grow when they are angry. If the rage can be harnessed, it can be used to give a pokemon a permenant power boost. Nobody knows how to do that, but I bet Profesor Nanba-Team Rocket's top scientist-can find a way. They say that a Pokemon of a certain element can detect a Legendary Pokemon of the same element. Also, my cousin Dee told me of a trick that can be used to keep track of Pokemon that always run. The Legendary Canine Trio are known for their ability to detect flying Pokemon that are being ridden by trainers... Anyway, to find the three- --------------------------------------------------- Technical difficulties. Please stand by. --------------------------------------------------- Rei: -and I think you find them one at a time that way. Bremma, could I ask you to come with me? The Three are afraid of most humans, so maybe you could talk to them in that language of yours and tell them we're okay. Bremma: (slowly) Um, okay, but I'd like to know what Pokemon to bring, if we can't Fly. Rei: I mentioned how Pokemon detect Legendaries of their own element. My books say that Suicune is believed to be a Water elemental, Raikou an Electric elemental, and Entei a Fire elemental. So we'd need- Venna: A water-type, an electric-type, and a fire-type! Rei: Uh-huh! Whirlpool will suffice for a water-type Pokemon, and Bremma, don't you have a Ninetails and a Jolteon? That should about do it, I hope. So we don't have to carry anything extra. Which one each character pairs up with will be determined by the legendary pokemon you chose while signing up. Fell free to pair people up with the pokemonthey chose, but make sure that each person has a translator calibrated for that pokemon. Bremma gets one, too. The transators are also communicators. (whispers):butthead:hole. Bremma: *slaps Rei upside the face. The two girls start fighting* Sunny: AEROOO! DACTYL AEROOOO! Bremma: She says "Shut up and stop fighting I can't balance..." Man, Rei, can any of your Pokemon use proper grammar? Rei: Think I can translate any of them? Well, Psyche uses proper gramar when she's thinking to me... Sunny lands. Rei sends her to look for the Trio from flying above riderless, so they don't run away. She also sends Whirlpool to navigate rivers, streams, and oceans. Rei and Bremma get out their bikes. Rei: Wow. We're here to save the world, and everybody else here's going about their business. Bremma: They don't know about the recreated Mewtwo. Sunny returns and screeches something at the both of them. Bremma: She says that she's sighted Suicune at the pond in the National Park. Rei: I live near there. Let's go, I know a shortcut! A while later... The girls enter the National Park. Bremma is panting. Because of her white skin, Rei is badly sunburned. They bike straight to the pond in the center of the Park. Suicune is still there, lying in the shallow water at the edge of the pond to cool off from the sun. Whirlpool has somehow gotten into the pond and is sprawled not far from Suicune. Rei: Looks like I'm not the only one who doesn't like the heat. At the sound of Rei's voice, Suicune starts, and gets ready to bolt. Bremma calls quickly to Suicune using the Legendary Tongue, telling it of the threat and that it must help the young people stop Team Rocket. Suicune cocks its head at the girl (Bremma), considers what she has said, and nods to her. It then takes off in the general direction of New Island. Rei: It's gonna get there sooner than you think. They're all done. Now we need to wait for the others to find Riakou, Entei, and Suicune. (One of the computer terminals beeps) Incoming! (He looks at the screen) It's Suicune! "Alright, Ineed you to find annother eletric Pokemon kinda like you." she speaks to Jolteon inits own language, giving a bit of a descrption to it. "Jo jolt!" it yips, dashing off. Bremma releases Windplume and lets him track Jolteon form the air. "Why didn'y have me use Sunny?" Rei asked. "Fearow are alot more common to be seen flying about inthe wild and your Aerodactyl." she noted. "It'd be much less conspicous. I dont think many people would want to try to follow a Fearow to see where it was going." Rei pouted slightly, feeling insulted, but Bremma didn't notice, being she was only doing what she thuoght was best. "Come on." Bremma said. "Lets follow Fearow for now so we dont have to rush like we did last time." "Are you saying that's my fault?" Rei snapped. "No, not at all." Bremma stated. "Look, lets stop fighting. We're not going to get anything done this way." Bremma looked in the sky, seieng Windplume inthe distance and followed the path beihnd it into the forest.
