I remember I use to watch this show a lot when I was younger and I loved the show!:D Just resently I watched on YTV a marathon of ReBoot (the last shows) then on Saturday and Sunday I watched the two moives, Daemon Rising and My Two Bobs. At the end of My two Bobs Megabyte takes over mainframe but the movie never finished!! I really want to know what happens but they've never had another ReBoot show after that...

I used to watch this show right before Dragonball Z came on on Toonami back in '98 and '99. I gave it a chance (like I do to almost every show I watch to see if I like it) and I just plain hated it. No real point. Quite boring and the story sucked too.
Not trying to sound all negative here, but I just didn't like it.
Kind of corny...even the voices. I guess the animation was alright, but I still though it was cheesy.

I love Reboot lots. In fact, ADV releasing Season three on DVD was the reason for me getting a DVD player. I've not seen any of the TV movies, though :bawl: I want to! Silly Cartoon Network UK!

What do you mean the movie never finished!? That can't be right! Are you sure you didn't just miss the end? *is worried about Reboot ending on a cliffhanger*

The things I loved most about the series were the parodies on other things (like Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, Mars Attacks, Star Trek), all carried off very well, and the characters were all well-developed thoughought the end of Season 2 and all of Season 3. It was really well done, I thought. Although Bob's VA change in Season three made him sound not quite so good. But it's a minor thing, that.

I don't watch it. The reason why, I HAVE NO CLUE TO WHERE THE HECK I CAN SEE IT!

Anyway, when I did watch it, I liked it alot. Though, I only saw 2 episodes. I have no clue how when I watched it that I only saw 2 eps and still liked it. BARG!

Yeah its really bad though the way it ended. I though when I was watching it that it was going to continue but it just ended and it didn't say to be continued or anything and I've looked at websites but they don't say anything about another movie. I don't know why they would end it that that though:(

ReBoot was one of my favorite shows. It was the first CG animated kid's series and it was made by the people who created Beast Wars: Transformers, Beast Machines, Action Man, and few other projects I can't think of right now.

Yes, it was supposed to be a little cheesy and that was supposed to be a good thing. The show wasn't supposed to be all that serious. It was about three sprites trying to save their system from two viruses named Megabyte and Hexadecimal, while at the same time trying to beat the User at videogames that made fun of today's pop culture. I thought the show was pretty funny and that the plot (as odd was it was) was handled very well.

Reboot was one of my all-time favorite shows. Like Beast Wars, Reboots was meant to be a silly show, as Endymion said. That's what makes it all the more enjoyable, it isn't above being a living parody. The only thing I don't like about Reboot's sillyness is when it appears in serious moments, such as the finale where Mainframe was supposed to shut down for good, or when the gang rescue Fong.

I had watched Reboot during its run on CBS in the mid 90's. The darker storylines that came about afterwards, such as Gigabyte and Enzo growing up, were what led me to watch the show even more so than ever. I missed the finale to the Daemon storyline, even though I had been waiting for it for a while, and was sort of lost during the two Bobs storyline, which I also missed the finale to.

How did Daemon die? What happened to Hexadecimal after that storyline anyways?

I liked reboot, I didn't watch enough so I had only a vague idea of what was happening half the time. But it had parodies within parodies while still bringing out a piece of the morals attached to the it was parodying while somehow attaching it to an engaging storyline with engaging villains and engaging characters. Can you really ask for more (besides me being so repetitive?)

ReBoot really isn't anime though I thought about putting it there before I started this.

As for you shadowdramon Daemon didn't really die. What happened was that when the clock when to zero (the one on her neck, I forget the real name fer it) she kinda disappears into green sparks and infects everyone that has already been infected. They all start counting which means that the whole system will be deleted if they don't do something. Dot or Phong says that the only way to stop it is to have another virus take the antidote through the web. Hexadecimal says that she'll do it and they tell her its a one way trip so she basically dies. So again the system was saved.

Eh, I was just thinking it might be, since it was previewed as an anime DVD in my Eva collection. Oh well, I could be wrong.

I LOVE this show! When I was a kid, I used to watch it everyday. I LOVE Bob...Bob was so great...man I love Bob...Bob Bob Bob...Did I mention how cool I thought Bob was? A kid could definately idolize him.

And I also loved ALL the robots. Especially the one that was supposed to be Sailor Moon and then it got flattened like a pancake. Man, that was great.. :D

One of my favorite episodes was on Enzo's Birthday where Bo and Megabyte square off in a guitar showdown. That was pretty funny. Bob was always cool but got much cooler when he merged with Glitch. I never really liked Enzo and Andrea until they grew up, and man did Adrea grow up^^

Hexadecimal was the funniest character on the show; hands down! This is the virus who froze the entire system just for kicks. Bob (the only person not frozen) sneaks up behind her and kicks her across the room and all she had to say was "Funny. I sense a presence."

Then there was the time she got ahold of Paint and started cropping and pasting and copying and recoloring the entire "city." Every few steps Bob took in Hex's lair, a cardboard cut-out was copied and pasted behind him.

Let's not forget how she loved to play with her mask/face. Everytime she felt a different emotion, she'd wave her hand over her face and a new mask with a different expression would appear. One second it's a sad face with a tear painted under the eyes, and (literally) the next second, it would be an evil face with fangs.

And when she lost controll of her army of nulls... Nullzilla!

Gotta love Hex. She was pathetic when she turned good, though. Too busy trying to prove to everyone that she was a harmless virus.
