I got an ok idea for an RPG during Geometry. Hope that doesn't discourage anyone.

[center][b]The Legend[/b][/center]
900 years ago, there was a race of great crafters. Out of the midst of their Kilns, their Furnaces, and their Quarries came great objects of power. Three suits of armour came from the furnaces of the south. The first was adorned with the gift of speed. Magicaly imbued for speed, the armour slowed down time for the wearer. The second was given the power of ultimate protection. It would make the wearers skin hard as rock. The last was gifted with stamina. One who wore this armour could go for weeks without sleep or enery depletion.

From the sculpters of the east came six necklaces imbued with the elements of the world. The first, firey red, gave controll of fire. The second, a depp blue, relinqueshed the control of water, in all forms, to the will of it's master. The third, a combination of brown and vibrant green, controlled the earth and all it's plantlife. The fourth, a pale grey, gave the wearer control of wind. The last two necklaces are actually one necklace, split. They control the light, and all that is holy, and dark, and all that is evil. The owners of these two necklaces are bound by fate to fight side-by-side forever after the necklaces are joined.

An out of the Quarries of the cold, far north came four weapons of stone. The first, a sword engraved with ancient runes, gave the gift of longevity. This weapon would extend a persons lifespan tenfold. The second, a knife encrusted with rubies, was imbued with stealth. The user would be able to sneak up on anyone and avoid being seen if they desired. The third, a mace with a large emerald in the ball, gave the power of destruction to the bearer. The mace can level buildings and decimate armies in seconds. This is the only weapon that has a drawback. Prolonged use can cause horrible strain on the body. The last and final item is a spear that is as white a marble. It was given the gift of accuracy. The spear wil never miss. It always hits it's mark.

In the year of the Sun, a darkess will acend on this world. The seas will be poisoned. The deserts will burn. The forests will shrink. And the animals will die. The Lord of the Dark will emerge from his orb in the sky and rain down destruction upon this world. All will perish, unless the items are used to defeat Him.

The world had grown. People are many. Wars are often. One of the astronomers in the Capital City of Malcolm has spotted a comet that visits this solar system once every 3000 years. It's tail is a deep red and black. No one knows why. Strange things have been happening on the earth too. Earthquakes have been happening more often. Floods, fires, diseases, and many others things have been happening. Forests have been dying. Animals have been appearing less ans less often. Seas have been coughing up their life onto the shores. And one man in the depths of The Great Library of Malcolm has discovered the legend.

Request any item you want. There are limited spots and I may cut someone that has the same item as you.

[b]Bio:[/b] Li-Nung came to earth from another planet far away. Her planet was poisned and the atmosphere was breaking down rapidly. Only a few of her kind made it free. She came to earth to life normaly. After loseing her brother and her love to some earth creatures she travles all over. She never stops. She searches for her true reson for being. She is still un aware of her true destiny. Being a quiet sort shes hardly noticed in her travels. With her shape changeing ability she gets out of different bad situations that come along. Sure she could just turn into some earth creature and rip her attackers to pieces but she believes that violence is the last resort. Shes been alone for 20 years.

[b]Unique Characteristics:[/b] Her Main human for that she uses is... A young Girl with long blueish hair and red tips. Her True form... is a Red Glowing Essence. Kinda Unique right... You dont see floating red balls of air often.

Bio: Jah'leer was raised in a paladin monastery. He was trained in ancient arts. Taught to live life as a religious warrior, and follow his faith to the death. He was also trained on combat, should the need arise if the prime-nemesis of his order was to return.

Of late, in these dark times, Jah'leer's faith has been strained. He has lost any belief he once had in his order, as how could any good survive when everything is dying.
Jah'leer is on a quest. He is searching for something to restore his faith. Exiled from his order, Jah'leer wanders the land, looking for a sign, something to restore meaning to his life.

Unique Characteristics: Jah'leer is an exceptional leader, as was taught to him in his order. He also has tatoos all over his body, the punishment he received for defying the way of his order.

Bio: As far back as Ratu could remember he was born and raised a human by a human mother. He never knew his father but was told that he was a great and powerful man, strong in the ways of magic and sword play. He always looked up to his ghostly image of his super-dad but was always plagued by some unknown darkness that tugged at his soul. He tried to resist it with many years of martial arts training and swordsmanship tutoring but in the end he gave in to the darkness. His body ripped open showing his true dragon nature as he grew hellish black wings and his body became a mass of black scales and spikes. His eyes flared with a red that were matched only by the fires of hell itself. In his anger, rage, and confusion he laid waste to his village killing every person and reducing the landscape to cinders. When he came to he realized what he did and wept for many days. Upon the third day he finally came to realize that he held a necklace upon his neck, this necklace feeding him with it's dark power. He tried to discard the weapon but was unable to for every time he cast it aside it would amphoricate right back onto his neck again, the item was bonded to him. With a heavy heart he set about the world looking for a way to redeem himself. Since then he's learned to master his form and shift into either human or half dragon at anytime he wishes and may hold either on indefinetely.

Unique Characteristics: Only son of a human and an evil black dragon concieved from true love. Has the inherent darkness of the black dragon but also has the spark of true love that was with his parents when he was concieved which helps him hold back his evil nature better.

[b]Bio[/b]: 'Demon Hunter' refers to a clan of Dark Elves who do just that- Hunt the beasts that serve the demons, and even the demons themselves of they are [un]lucky enough. Born into this clan, Ken was trained in these sacred arts of assassainry and stealth- Just graduating, in fact. Immediately after his graduation, a massive earthquake rocked the Demon Hunter's homeland- The very ground iteself splitting open as wide as you could imagine. Whole pieces of the village fell down into the depths of the darkness, killing 234 of his people. The clan immediately realized that the recent goings on dealing with the odd disasters had to have something to do with some sort of 'higher evil'- The Clan itself had been attacked, so retatliation was in order. With most of the Warriors tied up in other missions or rebuilding the town, they were forced to send the new graduates out into the world for a very important first mission. Ken himself was assigned to go to Malcolm to see if he could find anything at all. Accepting the mission, he trekked for several days, through the large forest that hid his clans home so well. Finally, after coming to the forests edge, he is now walking through the gates of Malcolm, fatigue finally ebbing through his body.

[b]Unique Characteristics[/b]: One of the most unique characterisitcs of the bloodline Ken comes from is the fact that all the men born seem to have a rune imbedded into their backs, and no one knows why it is there.

Also, all graduates at the training center are blinded upon graduation, makeing them rely on their spiritual powers to see everything that is around him- Causeing extreme stress on the untrained. [/color]

[b]Bio:[/b] The Langthians are direct decendants of Dark Wizards. The Dark Wizards fell from the eyes of this world three thousand years ago and recently came back into it by way of the Langthians. Very skilled in Dark arts, Ryan goes through the libraries of Malcolm attempting to better his skills. Ryan is very powerful already but nothing compared to some of the Langthinas out there.
Lately, he has begun feeling a tug on his heart. It was as if a loved one was drawing near, but Ryan has been alone for his entire life. His heart, unlike many of his bretheren, is pure. He uses the Dark arts only as a way of meditation and defence. He finds himself jumping at shadows. He lays awake at night waiting for something, only to find that there is nothing to wait for.
The sleepless nights and feelings of anticipation are beginning to take a toll on his body. He has become thin and casting spells has become difficult. And there has been this man in the library with him... He talks to himself and mutters about a man named Lasic (Lah-Sick).

[b]Unique Characteristics:[/b] Down his arms there are tatoos in the anicient tounge. Every once in a while they appear to Ryan in his language, but dissapear before he can read them.

Race: Human (sorry; i'm uncreative. Hmm. Actually, that's a bad thing to say in an RPG sign-up thread. Ah, whatever)

Bio: When Xeshiur was eight, his family was put under suspicion of making deals with Enron (heh,heh), an underground black market which specialized in grand theft. The allegations were true, of course, but that wasn't to be made public. So Xeshiur's family, to avoid persecution, offered to look for this "unknown place" and give its location to the authorities.
Not suprisingly, less than three days later, Enron was discovered and dissolved after a horrible and grotesque bloodshed.
Xeshiur and his family was safe, free of any accusations, and lived crime-free for almost two years. When Xeshiur was ten years old, the former leader of Enron hired several bounty hunters to destroy all traces of Xeshiur's family. One evening, when Xeshiur was fast asleep, the bounty hunters entered their home, slaughtered Xeshiur's mother and father, the only two residents they found, and burned the house to the ground. However, before they died, the two managed to sneak Xeshiur and his younger brother Sethi out the back, into the dark woods...
Thirteen years later, Xeshiur and Sethi have fended for themselves and created a living out of pickpocketing. They stay in the shadows, for they are not sure whether or not the former leader is still looking for them, waiting to quench his thirst for revenge.

Unique Characteristics: Xeshiur looks rather normal, for a human. However, he always wears a dark ring on his left pinkie, and has a very slight, almost unnoticeable hobble to his walk.

[b]Veyans:[/b] [i]A very mysteriouse race. Little is known about them. They are natouriouse for their speed and are not well thought of. They are though to be ill tempered and are not trust worthy. Many Veyans that chose to show themselves were killed. They are a cautiouse race slow to act and slow to speak unless absolutly neccesary. They are made up primarily from dark mist. Their bodies appear to be make of smoke. Although they truly have skin, the molecules that made them up attract the smoke covering them. They are great worriors and are rarely afraid of anything. An average life of a Veyan is 148 human years.

Veyans are normally found in the depths of the worlds darkest jungles or in volcanoes. They can adapt very well to any enviroment, but rarely ever move. Their eyes are normally black. Their skin is a dark black matching the smoke that covers them. Their hair is naturally silver but is also covered in smoke, making it appear black. Almost all animals are afraid or hate the veyans, only the darkest of animals will let them be.

Veyans feed primarily on vegetation, but will feed on small animals. They require little food and will sleep anywhere.

They are often considered the darkest of all races. Some mistake them for demons or evil. They are not evil but when angered they can't control their anger. This often leads to evil deeds such as death.[/i]

[b]Bio:[/b] Diuri was born in the depths of a volcano located in South America. From a young age he was un-naturally curiouse of the outside world. As he grew up he heard the horror stories of all that was out there. His father had the same trait and when Diuri was 21 was killed by what the humans called a tiger. This did nothing to Diuri's love of Earth. If anything it increased his fascination for it. Diuri went out several times on small hikes studying the small sanctuary around him. He slowly grew braver and went farther and farther.

One day on one of these trips he saw a group of Demons trecking past the volcano. He heard them talking about a necklace that controls all the evil. Their mission was to find it. Demons were the only species that knew where the Veyans lived and possible had the greatest hate for the Veyans. Diuri new this. He came from behind them and stabbed all of them in the back with long sticks or bashed their heads in with rocks. He stared down at them in shock. That day changed his life forever.

Despite his good intentions of helping his people, they banished him. His act was careless and could very well lead more and worse things towards them. After throwing the demons corspes in the volcano and covering their blood up with the blood of a small animal Diuri left his home forever. He has wondered the world staying in the shadows studying everything. He has heard of whats going on and has decided to fight. If not for his people, or the world, but for himself.

[b]Unique Characteristics:[/b] He is a normal Veyan except one small yet very big difference. His eyes are silver. He is the only Veyan to ever have Silver eyes. They though of this as evil and was another reason for his banishment.

He croutches everywhere he goes. His chest is still red from the blood of the demons.

He now quests for the armor that will allow him to dispel the wizard's attack and to destroy the man that murdered his father.
Once, many years go, during the birth of his clan, it was foreseen that a young wyrmling of his family would aid in the rescue and final stages of the Creation. It was said that the dragon would require the armor crafted with special care and ability of its forger, the ability to fight and travel almost tirelessly and to take great damage with little consequence.
That dragon is Nereis, a silver dragon with exceptionally weak scales and sensitive skin when in his mortal shell. He vowed to ascend to his destiny, but his vow to avenge his father comes first.

[b]Description:[/b]His elven appearance has silver hair, pale, white skin,a scar across the right eye. His physique is strong, though his skin is delicate. He wears white leather armor, leather boots, blacks pants, and a green shirt with long sleeves under his armor. Gauntlets protect his skin. His dragon form is tall, silver, and his face us bright and joyous no matter his mood. His eyes are emeraldin both forms.

[b]Unique Characteristics:[/b]Extremely sensitive skin and weak scales, a blade has been able to slash a scar across his right eye while he was in Dragon form, whereas the eyes of a dragon are known widely to be the strongest material on the world. Another strange characteristic of him is his silver hair and emerald eyes.[/color]

[b]Bio:[/b] Elsyan is of the Star Clan of the Quastrali Village. Quastrali is a race that looks much like humans (only they live slightly longer and resemble Elves alot) and tends to keep to themselves, therefore little is known about them, but they are known for being creatures of Light and Goodness (with the exception of a few who were evil, of course). Not long ago, the Quastrali village was utterly destroyed by a sudden and unexpected fire. With their home destroyed, Elsyan and the rest of her people have been forced out of their home, seeking shelter wherever possible for a while now.

Two days ago however, a disease claimed most of the Quastrali villagers. Many have already died. Elsyan became ill with a high fever, and was delerious for a while. Somehow the sickness left her and Elsyan survived, but when she awoke, she found that no one else did. All of the villagers died. Elsyan is now the last of the Quastrali, but that won't stop her from obtaining answers. Answers about what's going on in the world and why.

[b]Description:[/b] Elsyan has long red hair that goes past her waist, has emerald-green eyes, stands at about 5'4", wears a black shirt, a green skirt, black leather boots, a white hooded cape, and wears a sword at her side.

[b]Unique Characteristics:[/b] Elsyan is the first in her village to have red hair, which is uncommon since everyone has either black or brown hair. She has also become very pale ever since the sickness claimed her.

[b]Bio:[/b] Laitina was once a princess of a small Elvish tribe of the Wood. She was an heir to the throne just as the kingdom fell to shatters instantly. An attack had destroyed all but her of her people. She drifted alone to the deeper reaches of Neilia, now known as the forbidden forests. She lived there for centuries, healing mortals who wondered off far within the reaches of the forest. She is gentle, yet doesn't welcome many strangers carrying weapons. Laitina is watchful of life in the forests, and tends the life of the trees within the reaches of where her old kingdom had been. Outside of her small forest, which is very much like an oasis with spring, is bordered by another forest, known as the 'Dead Forests', because of its dying trees and unknown life. There is a river that seperates the two, an eastern bank and western. Her forest is along the eastern bank, and can bearly see the other side since it is so far away.

[b]Unique Characteristics:[/b] Laitina is believed to be a spirit of the wood, since she drifts along hazy nights along the rock springs. Her ghostly pale skin reflects the moonlight, and she is to care for one gem that stays hidden at the roof of her tree-castle, (smaller one on bracelet), which gives off a white light that guides the lost back home safely.

Yes, these are the unfortunate individuals that will be allowed to participate in this RPG. Those seven, plus me, are in the RPG. Arikel, you implimented the Dark Necklace into your life by saying that you already had it. The point of the "Desired Items" was something that you wanted, not something you had. Carren, you didn't put up your bio in time. I'm sorry I wasn't able to bring your character into consideration. I would have liked to see what you came up with. EFK (for that's who you will always be to me), I felt that your bio was just a bit linear. You stated that you were seeking the Stamina Armour. No one but a chosen character in the storyline knows about them yet.
I did this little justification thing because I highly dislike when someone cuts people for no reason.

I was not stating I already had it, but that it would have come to him over time. I tried to express that there.... he never had it the entire time.
