Overplayed songs on the radio...

Ah the radio, it used to be such a simple thing. Until it turned...well....crap.
Here theres basically 5 stations.
92.9 - mainstream pop...i used to be dedicated...i now generally can't stand anything they play.
93.7 (NOVA)- This was good when it first started about a month ago, but now they play like dance and pop and lots of Nelly. Yuk.
94.5 - This is the so-called "oldies" station. I listen to it now coz i like oldies rock lol...and plus all the other stations suk.
96 - like 92.9, just worse.
99.3 - JJJ...plays mainly australian unknown artists, punk, etc. The stuff no one else plays. Not mainstream basically.
The songs they too much are...Lose Yourself by Eminem (someone hand me a bucket), WOrk It by Missy Elliot *shudders* and anything by Avril.
It would be nice if they played Linkin Park...just not In The End...that's the only song of theirs they play.
Sorry for the main irrelevance but I'm bored. lol

On the two hip-hop/r&b stations I listen to, they have something I like to call "The Basic 6." This means that the radio station will play the same 6 songs every hour and at least two of the songs will be played twice within the same hour.

These days, I hear Ja Rule and 50 Cent WAY too much.
