Laird was gazing around eyeing the damage the training area had taken in his slight absense. He had heard the noise while he was below but he didn't know it was Shin who caused it. He hadn't changed his mind about facing off against one of those androids but his mind was busy eating itself alive.

During Arano and Yulaws fight another thought popped into his head. A simple shot of his needle and it that would have been the end of that monkey. Everyone busy upstairs from Shin's escapades and those two were so busy with their fight neither would have noticed until it was too late. Laird could have dissapeared into one of the android fighting pits and let Yulaw take the blame for the accidental death of his sparring partner.

The thought had vanished as quickly as it appeared but it still bothered him a bit. He had never even so much as attacked someone in a violent rage much less tried to kill anyone. It was an odd feeling and Laird needed something to get his mind off of everything. He entered droid chamber 4 with a burning in the back of his eyes. This poor little machine was about to become an animate punching bag.

She smiled to herself, despite the pain. Tornait chuckled and tossed the Spirit Stone at her head. Just like an extension of her body, her spear shot out and the cord wrapped around the point. Without batting an eyelid, she swung it around and the stone wrapped itself around her neck. She sighed and leaned down, undoing her boots.

Tornait cocked his head. It was only 6: 30....and she was getting ready for bed?

Sabir: Before you ask me if I'm feeling alright...I am.

Tornait: Then why aren't you going to go train like all of the other insane mortals here?

Sabir: Because this insane mortal needs to digeset some very complicated information and sleep is always the best way.

Before he could comment, she had snapped her eyelids shut, and was dead to the world.

Piro made his way out to the Colosseum where all of the doors that lead everywhere else stood around waiting to be opened. With all of his physical training done for the time being, he figured it would be senseless to go back into the training room or one of the arenas. With this thought in mind he began to make his way back towards the main hall. In the middle of his way there, a door opened on one of the upper levels behind him; the sound reverberated throughout the spacious area. Piro turned around to see who it was. At first, he did not see anyone, but the door did shut. He focused more on there area allowing him to see a little green head stick up over a low wall.

Piro: Ah... Tonberry!

His voice bounced on and off any surface it could find as the little green man stopped and turned in Piro's direction. With ease and skill, Tonberry hopped up ontop of the wall he stood behind in order to get a better vintage point.

Tonberry: Piro! Yes, what can I do for you? Done training?

Even for how small Tonberry was, his voice carried far and rang loudly and clearly in Piro's ears. Piro shifted his stance, being bored in the other, and spoke once more.

Piro: My physical training? Most likely. I am going to foucs my mind for a bit now. Listen, in the second Droid-Combat arena there is a droid that needs a bit of repairing.

Tonberry nodded and made a note of that in his head. These fighters were as much of a menace as they were a blessing. Tonberry chuckled at that thought. It seems repairs were definately going to be a high priority if this kept up. Especially with Shin's recent incident.

Tonberry: All right, thank you for letting me know, Piro! I have some other things to take care of, so I shall catch you later!

Piro nodded and waved a fare well as they both carried out about their business. Piro went through the main Colosseum doors and made his way through the luxurious hallway that he had passed through before; the one with the glass roof. It was a bit warm in there because of that, but it was not uncomfortable.

The next room he found himself in was the main hall; where they had all met this morning. He did not feel like going back to the dorm, it was too early to do that. Plus there was not much to do there, and it was smaller. So, he decided to stay here for now and took a seat on a bench against a wall. He leaned forward resting his elbows on each knee and folded his hands together interlocking the fingers. He bowed his head down between his thumbs and closed his eyes, and waited for his body to calm. With how quiet it was, he could hear the sound of his own heartbeat slowing down with each pulse. It was steady, and rhythmic. Once it seemed that his heart was no longer drumming, Piro's body radiated with a calm, red aura as his thoughts sunk deep into himself and he was oblivious to the rest of the world...

Raiha stood still, enduring Mechery's fierce glare. The goddess glared at the newly born star, and kept a rein on her temper.

Mechery: ...you let yourself be called into the astral plane....by your daughter...?

Raiha: Don't you already know the answer?

Mechery: Your repsonsibilities as the girl's birth mother are overridden by your responsibilities as a star.

The younger of the two grimaced and bit her tongue...rather than voice a heated reply. Her resolve quickly crumbed....

Mechery: If you let yourself go to her like that again, you will fall.

Raiha: So...the goddess of love and peace can't understand Paternal love...I am sorry. Even though you crowned me queen without my consent, pulled me out of the universe when I was ready to die, and are now telling me to turn my back on my daugther's plea for help...I refuse to obey. And I am sorry.

The goddess tapped her fingernails on the armrest....rather than attack the insolent mortal in front of her.

The door to Dorm B opened swiftly, and Xy stepped in. He looked around, and finally spotted Sabir lying on her bed. Much to his surprise, she was fully clothed. He raised an eyebrow.

Xy: You're wearing clothes? Are you feeling alright?

Sabir tilted her head to glance at Xy and gave a wry smile. Xy grinned back at her, and walked over to his bed. He flopped down on it, hands behind his head. He stared at the ceiling, letting his thoughts wander. Xy rolled his head to the side, and looked at his roommate. There was something about her. Something mysterious, and Xy wanted to know what it was.

Xy: It's a bit early for bed, isn't it?

Sabirsing rolled her eyes at him and sat up. She slowly removed her tunic and threw it into the clothes hamper. He stared for a moment, then looked at her eyes again. They were a calm silver, but obviously disturbed.

Xy: Well?

Sabir: Do you know what the bloodlust is?

Xy: ....no.

Sabir: Allow me to demonstrate. Please draw my blood.

She held out her hand to him and sighed. He shrugged and slashed down with the blade she offered to him. Her blood flowed swiftly, dripping onto the floor....bright blue.

He stared at it again. Her body convulsed slightly....and she groaned with the effort. Her eyes flashed from silver to bright red, then back again.

Sabir: ......

Her eyes filled with tears, and for a moment, her eyes seemed to reflect an unseen ocean. Emotion at a time like this? She burried her face in her arms and clenched her teeth.

"Kuso."

Not only did she have to deal with her own disease, she was starting to blush again.

An uneasy look spread across Xy's face, which soon turned into one of Sympathy. He sat down on Sabir's bed, and placed his hands gently around her shoulders. He had no idea what she was going through, but was trying his best to comfort her.

Xy: Are you okay?

Sabir: Yeah... I'm fine.

Xy: Do you want something to eat, drink? Some tea, or something?

Sabir: Some tea would be nice.

Xy smiled, nodded, and stood up, walking to the kitchen. Thankfully, he'd brought some of his own. It was rare--Very rare. It had been given to him by his fathers. It was one of the last remaining things from the Old Universe. Xy spoke to Sabir as he proceeded to make the Tea.

Xy: You know, this tea is from the old universe. You won't find this anywhere. Ever.

Sabir: Oh? Been saving it for a special someone?

Xy: Hm. Maybe.

Sabir: Trying to get me in bed?

Xy: What?

Sabir: This is chamomile valerian tea. It induces laziness and sleep....but you didn't put in enough to knock me out.

Having spoken her mind, she calmly sipped it and watched his reaction. He grinned at her and sat down on his bed. Sabirsing sighed, feeling the beverage seep through her bloodstream.

Sabir: ....you sly dog.

Xy: I wasn't thinking about the putting you to sleep part.

Sabir: You're a bad liar.

Cactuar emerged from under the G-Chambers main CPU.

Cactuar : Well, i think that's the last of them. Every circuit blow, what an effort that was to clean up
Tonberry: Indeed, it seems Shin over estimated himself. I wouldn't expect him to be able to move in 10x gravity, to think what would have happened to him if the core had fully powered up to 50x before we got to him, the fool shouldn't have set it that high. What did it get to?
Cactuar: From what i see, when you stopped it, it was at 20x. Still rising towards the set point, 50x.
Tonberry: Well i think we should give a little briefing on not how to crush yourself to pulp in the G-Chambers.
Cactuar: Heh. So i think the machine is up and running now, want to give it a little try. Say a 15x G spar?
Tonberry: Always up for a challenge. What's the record up too?
Cactuar: 234 for me, 235 for you, and 30 draws.
Tonberry: Hey, this will be our 500th match.
Cactuar: Better make it a good one then.

Cactuar and Tonberry both remove their formal cloths, and reveal their training cloths.

Cactuar: Shall we..?
Tonberry: After you...

Tonberry's fighting gear consisted of a heavy brown cloak. It looked rough and bulky, but the material felt suprisingly soft, and was hemmed with Tonberric symbols and runes. He tightened his fabric belt, slung on the left was his knife, and at his right, a Lantern. Cactuar's was a pair of baggy, lightweight pants, with tribal green patterns running from the bottoms up. He also wore black gloves and footguards. No shirt. Cactuar clenched his fists together, held them in a defensive position, kicking the air in front of him. Tonberry moved his hands around slowly, keeping his wrists pushed together. He paced around in a circle, constantly pivoting, and thrusting with his palms in all directions. The two were both highly knowledgeable in all forms of Martial arts. All they had to do was choose their favourite.

Outside the Gravity chamber, Shin was the first to notice. His eyes widened, and he grinned. He called out to everyone else in the training area.

Shin: Tonberry's fightin' Cactuar!

Eager to see the two most experienced among them duke it out, everyone gathered around the viewing windows into the chamber. Even Yulaw and Arano, fresh out of their own Spar went to observe. They watched as the two small, green masters stood for what seemed like an eternity watching, and waiting.

Without warning, the two launched. In a second, they were next to each other. Tonberry struck first, his first hitting nothing but air as Cactuar ducked left. Tonberry swung his other first around, Cactuar blocking it with his forearm. The Cactus flipped backwards, bringing his right foot up to kick Tonberry in the jaw. Tonberry quickly caught on though, jumping high into the air, and aiming his fist right at Cactuar's chest. Seconds before impact, Cactuar rolled out of the way, leaving Tonberry to hit nothing but the ground, which cracked under the force of Tonberry's sturdy punch. The green cloaked figure rose to his feet, and Cactuar jumped up, into a ready pose. The two looked at each other briefly, before locking horns once more.

Tonberry clenches his fist and fly?s towards Cactuar, he throws a punch at empty space, occupies by Cactuar a few nano-seconds ago. Cactuar fly?s to the top corner of the G-Chamber, and begins to charge a small Ki-Ball in his hand.

Tonberry: Well you have me on speed, but you should know by now i got you on Ki...

Tonberry cups his hands, and begins to gather energy. A small blue orb begins to form, growing larger and easily out sizing Cactuars red orb. Both Tonberry and Cactuar stare at each other, not blinking, not moving. Then, in a split second, Tonberry fires his beam, and Cactuar counters with his. As soon as Cactuar has released his ball, he darts to Tonberrys side and delivers a devastating kick to Tonberrys mid section. From the force of the blow, Tonberry is thrown into a circular motion, and swings around to deliver an Axe handle smash to Cactuars back.

Shin: That's amazing...
Xy: Incredible...

Both Cactuar and Tonberry hit the floor, lying face to face.

Tonberry: What is that? The 22nd time you have used that move? I knew it was coming.
Cactuar: Yeah? Too bad you?re too slow to stop it?

Cactuar smirks, and then flips off the floor, followed by Tonberry. They face each other once more.

Tonberry: Time to step this up.

Tonberry concentrated intently, slipping into an almost trance-like state. A red Aura grew around him, until it formed a full ball. The transperant sphere of energy then rocketed inwards, shrinking, until it had focused in on Tonberry alone. His cloak now glowed with a crimson hue, and the runes around the edges were bright red. He smiled at Cactuar, who returned the smile, and answered with his own enhancement.

In the blink of an eye, Cactuar was ready to fight. The tribal patterns on his pants shone brightly, and faint ribbons of energy could be seen trailing from his torso. Grinning, the two began to fight once more.

It started with a double kick from Cactuar, one roundhouse following into a high straight kick directed at Tonberry's jaw. Tonberry took the first one, but managed to block the second, catching Cactuar's foot, and spun it around, sending the Cactus spinning to the ground. Just as Tonberry went in for the kill, Cactuar propped himself up on two hands, whirling his legs around in an effort to kick Tonberry--And it worked. Tonberry stumbled backwards, stopping and kneeling to regain his composure. With a graceful flip, Cactuar was ready to fight once more.

Shoryu stared at Kerdurnc for a few seconds, then turned away and made his way out of the room, before he opened the door he stopped and turned his head towards Kerdurnc's direction

Shoryu: Think what you want, it matters not to me, I have far more important matters to deal with

Shoryu tighten's his grip around his sword

Shoryu: Such as training, it is after all what we are all here for, I'm headed for the training room, I assume I will see you there

With that said, Shoryu walked out and made his way towards the training room, once there he took a quick glance around, some of the fighters were already there training, but he took no notice of them, he merely put his sword down, took off his black cape and vest, picked up some weights and began to train

Arano was still bloody; it had only been a few moments since they left the Sparring area. Not that he cared, because he carried his wounds as medals, something to show that he was not afraid to get down and dirty. But something about these two green fighters set him off. The way they just joked around in the midst of a fight. It was, needless to say,disgraceful to a Saiya-jin.

Provided, it was only a spar, but still...one should give everything he has even in a training session. Arano had just the mind to say something, if he actually had the energy to move any further...

While Piro never actually went to view the fight with his own eyes, he monitered it from his already existent position in the main lobby in his mind. His concentration ran deep, and the distinct powers of Tonberry and Cactuar could not help but swim in his thoughts. They were so unique, in fact, that every move they made was seen unmistakably in Piro's conscious. If he did not know any better, he could swear that he could hear their words. Either way, their words held no relevance to him. It was just personal chat, no doubt. It was the power and skill that interested him, and it interested him not in the exciting manner a fight usually gets him in. This was serious to him. This is exactly why he had come here. It was this kind of ability that he was here to achieve. Piro's concentration on this spar was so intense that, unknowingly to himself, his previous, thin, red aura had crawled along the walls, ceiling, and floor of the lobby so that the entire room was surrounded by this calm, yet seemingly unstable energy. It was enough to make even the most fearless person feel less than comfortable, and Piro sat at the source of it all. The eye of the hurricane.

Laird stepped out of the chamber rubbing his head. The droid still sat their completely untouched and no fight had happened. He briefly wondered why he was here and what had gotten him so worked up before finally deciding it didn't matter. He left the sub area and went back upstairs. A couple of people were crowded around one of those G-chambers watching something.

He shrugged it off though and left the training area and then went outside. The night sky was a welcome change from the metallic rooms he had left. He had his own training to do and he couldn't do it his way in there. He took an odd little stance and kicked some dirt into the air.

His mind went to work as they flew across the sky and he reached deep into himself. He pointed his hand at the spray as it began to fall and small sparks of energy cracked out from his finger tips and flew outward. The energy was impossibly small but his aim was flawless. The sparks snapped destroyed individual grains of sand. Of the thousands he had kicked into the air only less than a hundred actually landed.

He drew a deep breath and kicked another patch of dirt into the air continuing this pattern for some time.

Tonberry: Speedy little bugger...
Cactuar: Alright then, head to head... power.
Tonberry: Deal...

Cactuar assumes a defensive stance, and begins to focus. Cactuars body begins to give of bits of green Ki, which all rise to his head, and are absorbed by his three spikes, which begin to grow, and merge together, to become one large spike. Tonberry looks on in interest

Tonberry: This is a new one...

Cactuar lets out a yell as his spike is finally formed, and tilts his head down towards Tonberry. Shin, watching the fight from above pulls out his PSM and looks at Cactuars Stats.

Shin: Whoa! Cactuars strength has almost doubled; Tonberry doesn't stand a chance at a head to head battle. Tonberry! His strength has gone way up, don't fight him head to head!

Tonberry looked up at Shin, and back at Cactuar. He smiled.

Tonberry: Bring it...
Cactuar: It's already here...

Before Tonberry could react, Cactuar had shot like a bullet into the mid-section of Tonberry, and sent him hurling across the room, into the wall of the G-Chamber, the whole room shook when he made contact. Cactuar stood up, and looked at Tonberry, he walked over to where he was, and bent down to check him.

Cactuar: You all right Ton?
Tonberry: Fine...

Tonberry stood up strait, and revealed a puncture free stomach, not even a scratch.

Cactuar: What the...
Tonberry: Heh, Ki shield. You didn?t really think i would let you loose with strength and speed, did you?
Cactuar: Heh... Well, shall we conti...

Before Cactuar could finish his sentence, Tonberry struck at him with an lightning fast uppercut, and Cactuar responded with a lightning fast back flip to avoid the blow. To any onlooker it would have seemed Tonberry hit Cactuar.

Cactuar: I guess that's a yes.

Tonberry tightened the belt securing his robe, and rushed at Cactuar. The Cactus also ran towards his opponent, but was knocked backwards when the two collided. It was in this moment that Tonberry managed to grab one of Cactuar's arms, picking him up and catapulting him over his shoulder, throwing him forcefully into the ground. The result was devastating, due to the added power of the 15x gravity setting. Cactuar lay still, and Tonberry brushed his hands off. He approached the grounded Cactus, but was met with a strong kick as Cactuar jumped up from the floor, and began to pummel Tonberry with punches. While Tonberry tried his best to block, Cactuar's impressive speed was too great, and Tonberry's weaker defensive power was no match. Cactuar delivered blow after blow, finally finishing the match with a well aimed kick to Tonberry's chest, which sent the green creature hurling backwards into a wall. As Tonberry slumped to the ground, Cactuar panted, and wiped the sweat from his brow.

Cactuar: I've got you in speed.

Tonberry: Ugh.. I need to work on my defensive strategies...

Cactuar: Again?

Tonberry: No, I think you've won this one.

Cactuar: Heh heh. Then it looks like we're at a complete draw. Next match'll have to be a big one, eh?

Tonberry: Heh. You know it.

Cactuar turned off the Gravity as Tonberry stood up. The room's colour returned to normal, and everything was clear again. The two warriors felt much more agile and unburdened at regular gravity. Cactuar breathed in, and jumped around a wee bit, whilst Tonberry cracked his knuckles and neck.

Tonberry: Next time.

Cactuar: Heh heh. We'll see.

The two walked out through the doorway of the Gravity chamber, taking notice of all their observers. Tonberry smiled, and walked over to a water cooler, getting a cup of it and splashing himself, before getting another and guzzling it down. He had a look at his PSM, wrapped around his wrist like a watch.

TONBERRY
ATK: 60 >>> 80
DEF: 20 >>> 40
SPD: 20 >>> 40
KI: 100 >>> 110

He was glad to see that the spar had a positive affect on his stats. Cactuar walked up beside him, and also grabbed some water. As he drank it, Tonberry asked him a question.

Tonberry: How are your stats looking?

Cactuar pulled out his own PSM, and looked at it.

CACTUAR
ATK: 40 >>> 60
DEF: 20 >>> 40
SPD: 80 >>> 100
KI: 60 >>> 70

Tonberry nodded. That was pretty intense--They hadn't had a spar in 15x for quite awhile now. He picked up his gear, and headed back to Dorm E to change.

Arano, finally finding a bit of rest after that scuffle between the mentors, decided to check his PSM. As he expected, not much of a change, but it was still progress nonetheless.

Statistics //Subject\\ :: ARANO ::

Strength: 25 -- 38
Defense: 20 -- 29
Speed: 20 -- 32
Ki: 35 -- 45

Arano: "Well, I guess it's a start. At least my lip has stopped bleeding.."

Arano glanced himself over once, giving a careful note that his arms were slightly scraped up, and his left knee was bruised, and the fact that his right pant leg was gone, burnt away by a stray ki blast. He also concluded from the stinging in his cheek that he shouldn't eat too much of anything with salt in it for a while, at least until the gash closed.

He looked at a fairly big digital clock on the side of the water cooler, locked in place on the wall. Eight o'clock already? Cripes. Almost time to start thinking about calling it a day.

With a slight smile on his face, Arano took it upon himself to test the clone system. He watched as the gym-like setting became nearly completely empty. It was time to see if he could withstand his own might...

OOC: In this next post, Piro will be communicating with his Creator; the original Pyro from the first DragonBall:Battlefield. Just for those that did not know of him. Pyro will be the bold text, Piro will be the "quoted" text
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now that the fight between Tonberry and Cactaur was at its end, Piro's power had calmed. His body was once again only radiating ki rather than filling the room with it. He been like this for quite some time. A couple hours maybe. If any outsider could break him from his concentration now, it would be quite a feat. It seemed to him that he no longer existed in the real world, that he was within an inner sanctuary. He could see inside of himself...
Suddenly, a static hush murmured in Piro's ears - well, not really in his ears. He knew what was happening, and what he was hearing was in his mind. The hush carried on for a moment or two, and then came to a fading stop as a voice broke through...
Piro...
He needed not to respond with vocal words, his thoughts were this means of communication.
"Creator."
A flash of red light filled Piro's mind, both conscious and subconscious. Piro now found himself standing in the middle of it. He was existing in phsyical form within his own thoughts and surrounded by this light. A giant, firey portal opened from above. It blazed violently, but brought no fear to he who witnessed it.
The voice boomed again...
You are training well. You have made good progress already. Nothing too significant, but you are coming along. Much faster than I was when I first started...
Piro responded, his voice seemed faint under the blazing inferno.
"Thank you..."
In time, you power will grow, and I shall be able to bestow upon special techniques that I once used myself; as well as create your own. Then, when you have reached a power of some maginificence, you will be able to harness specific powers. Seven to be exact, but do not hold your breath on these. You still have a long ways to go.
Piro nodded.
"I understand."
There stood some null time. Piro lowered his head from the flaming sky, and allowed his thought to become a bit distracted... only to be interrupted.
Yet, I sense there are things of which you do not understand.
Again, Piro nodded.
"Yes, there are. Simple things really... When I was training, I found myself doing things I never knew I could do."
Even though his Creator knew the answer, he still questioned.
Like what?
"When I was battling the droid, I amazingly dodged one of its attacks. I was sure it was going to make a direct hit, but it is as if I jus-"
Disappeared?...
Piro looked up again astounded. Really, he should not have been considering who he was talking to, but you just do not see it coming sometimes... Piro nodded.
You have discovered Zanzoken. You were uncommonly in a panic, which is what brought this technique to you. It is a rather general technique. Pretty much anyone with significant power can do it if they want to.
Piro looked a bit confused. He was glad that he had learned a new technique and all... but he did not really learn it, because he did not recall how he did it.
"... How?"
The person moves so fast that they seem to just disappear. Most times, they leave an after image of themselves that can act as a decoy to the simple-minded, or unexpecting, foe. All one is really doing is relocating themselves at a greater speed than the eye can follow. You appeared in the same position because you actually jumped rather than ran.
This explained what happens when the technique is performed, but it still did not give Piro any real answers... or, at least the ones he was looking for...
"How do I do it?"
You already know how... You just did it.
Then, within the a split second, Piro's eyes snapped open as he found himself conscious in the real world again. His red aura had faded, and there was something rather peculiar about the room... it seemed... different. Then, Piro noticed that he was seated on a bench next to the left wing. He had been sitting next to the right wing before... Piro chuckled to himself. His Creator never ceased to astonish him. He stood up and pulled his PSM from somewhere in his cloak and looked at where he was...
PIRO
Strength: [strike]25[/strike] » 40
Defense: [strike]25[/strike] » 30
Speed: [strike]25[/strike] » 45
Ki: [strike]25[/strike] » 30
It was a good start, he supposed. He pocketed the PSM and decided to call it a day on training... He still had the whole night ahead of him.
The Clone Sim was a desolate room, painted white. The walls, seemingly sheetrock, were some metal. Soft to the touch, yet firm to the punch. Getting flunk into one of these would definately hurt...
After absorbing the huge, deserted room, Arano casually walked over to what seemed to be a command panel. But as soon as Arano hit the single, solitary button labelled 'Initiate', the circuit board slipped away under the floor in a mechanical whoosh. An animatronic female voice gentle echoed through the hollow room, a soothing yet slightly eluding all the while.
Computer Voice: "Please state name and Species."
Arano: "Arano; Saiya-jin."
Computer Voice: "Confirmed. Welcome Arano. Sleep well?"
Arano: "Hah. Just get on with it."
Computer Voice: "Confirmed. Please state level of power for opponent."
Arano: "Guh. Hell...Brutal?"
Computer Voice: "Confirmed. Please wait while Clone is initiated."
A soft hum came from whince the control panel had disappeared to, and a gentle blue hue cast over the area. An expulsion of smoke came from a crack, and the tiles shifted, in the manner in which the command desk has vanished in, and a large glass tank immerged. Inside, was a completel duplicate of Arano, with the exception that everything about him was a Robin's Egg blue.
Arano crept silently closer, and put his face close to the glass. He peered inwards, staring hard at his copy. It seemed as if it was in a coma, or just in a very deep slee--
The clone lunged forth, shattered the tube and knocked Arano flat on his back, leaving the Saiya-jin to skid along some ten feet. The copy smiled arrogantly, and immedietly dashed forward, skimming the floor just barely.
Arano reacted with lightning speed, and rolled to the left just as a thundering left fist slammed the floor where his chest was, a spilt second before. The clone spun to the left, and hurled himself forward once more with an angered grunt.
By this time, Arano was up, and ready. He assumed a defensive position, his left hand crossing over his chest and his right arm slung to the side, with both legs under their respective shoulders. By the time the clone had arrived, Arano was going into a storm of rage; his power flurished as he ducked a deadly left hook and kneed his counterpart in the chin.
A sickening pop was heard as the clone's head snapped backwards and his feet buckled underneath him. A swift kick pierced his recovery, his gut feeling as if it were on fire. He rolled backwards onto his hands, and shot his legs out like arrows, and clobbered Arano in the face with the tips of his boots.
Arano's lip split once more, yet again, and this drove him insane. He substained a pale blue aura, and the ground in a half a foot radius of his two feet shattered, but the cracks filled up instantly with a foam-like substance, and the floor all but healed itself.
The clone swung hard at it's originator, only to have his right fist twisted about, and his ribs jabbed several times. The clone finally wrenched his hand free, and backhanded Arano across the temple with a broad left hook. It hurt like Hell, and it showed it; Arano fell almost instantly clutching his face.
The clone jumped up into the air gentle, hovering a few feet from Arano, waiting, poised to attack. It wasn't long before he let himself freefall, and both of his feet, tips first, then lowering to the heel, met Arano's sternium. An audible crunch was heard, and anyone within earshot would have though every bone in the Saiya-jin's body must have cracked simotaniously.
The copy jumped back forcefully off of Arano's chest, sending a new wave of pain through the warrior. Landing not so gracefully some twenty meters away, the clone crossed his muscular arms, and sighed lightly.
Arano's Clone: "Oh, come on. That move was so obvious."
Arano: "You can kiss my ***... ...as soon as I can feel my legs."
Arano's Clone: "PLEASE! If you were a true warrior, you'd have had your guard --"
The clone stopped dead in midspeech, and feel to his knees, where his torso then wavered. His top half fell down, hard, onto the steel-strong floor. Behind him, stood Arano, holding his tail.
Arano: "Stupid mother****er. You fell for the oldest trick. Big mouth idiot. You couldn't even follow my movements. Let that be your lesson."
Arano went for the final blow, but his wounds had taken their toll on him. He wavered, and missed. In the process, also, his grip on his copy slipped, just enough, that the clone grabbed Arano's own tail. Both squeezed hard at the same exact moment, and both were on the ground once more. Stalemate...
Shin was astounded at the two small figures' ability. He watched with glee as they ran along playing with...KI BLASTS! Shin was loving this place more by the minute. Although he was not satisfied with his raised ability, he hasn't actually did much atoll. He grinned as he thought of an idea. He quickly pulled out his PSM from his back pocket to see what his needs are.
Stats
Strength: 30 >> 35
Defense: 20 >> 27
Speed: 25
Ki: 25
His Strength and Defense had raised by a very small amount because of the G-chamber feasco. He really wanted to build up his Ki, although his Speed is his weakest point. He decieded to go out into open space outside. Shin left through the main lobby from were he saw Piro venture back to his room, mabey he has had enough for today. He pushed open the two large glass doors and walked along the path out into the open. He took deep breaths and journied to the highest cliff from were a large ice blue waterfall plummeted down. He sat on a huge rock and picked the biggest tree, that was the farthest away (from in his range) and outsretched his palm. He consentrated his energy, with both eyes staring dead at the tree. With a quick jolt of electrical charge a small blue sphere emeredged from his palm. It grew then strunk then grew then shrunk. It was finally perfect size, with that Shin fired it, a small streak of blue followed the ki ball, stronger as it got closer to the ki. Finally it hit its target, the leaf at the highest point of the tree. As the ki's size increased then decreased in his hand while aiming, it felt like minutes apon minutes for Shin, but in reality, it was only a few mear seconds before it flew and knocked off the next leaf. Shin started to sweat, for now he has shot off half of all the leaves on the tree. This was intense training although it looke fairly easy. Drops of sweat ran down his forewhead then down the bridge of his nose before dangling at the tip, then falling and splatting off his chest. After 5 hours of this, he had finally knocked off every leaf on the tree. He was more pleased with himself and pranced back to The Sanctum were he would push himself to even more physical strengths, "Mabey i should work on my Speed?" he wondered to himself...
Yulaw stared at the weights.. he hated weights. It was probably because of his speedy fighting style. Or maybe because he always thought that speed was more stylish than brute strength. Either way, he hated weights.
'Damn weights..'
As he was about to lie down on the bench, his PSM started to ring:
Yulaw Stats:
Strength = 20 >> 20
Defense = 10 >> 25
Ki = 30 >> 40
Speed = 40 >> 55
The spar with Arano flashed in his head. He lost because of his weak strength and defense. And he had to work on them..
'Damn weights..'
------------------
I put my stats up altogether by 40, because that seemed around about what Piro and Arano went up by. I'll edit if it's too much..
Piro passed through the door to his dorm and flipped on the lights. There was no sign of Satari, so obviously he was still training. Piro just wanted to calm down a bit. Even his meditation proved to be rather intense. Though, there was still one thing he did want to work on - Zanzoken. It was not a violent or disruptive technique, so practice and developement would be simple. He also assumed that it did not require much activity, so he would not waste a whole lot of his energy. Piro had thought about the process of using Zanzoken and the actual process of doing it on his walk to the dorm. His Creator was right; he did know how to do it. He just did not know he knew. When he was fighting the droid, his conscious thought told him that there was no way to evade the oncoming attack, but his subconscious knew better and forced its way into Piro's movement forcing him to move the way he did without him knowing it. Now he know, though. The idea was in his conscious thought. All he needed was focus, which was why he unknowingly did it within his meditation. With how deep his focus was, just thinking about it caused him to perform the maneuver. It was eminent that he would not be allowed to go into such focus in the middle of a battle, so he would need to sharpen this skill until it was mere reflex.
Since he was going to remain in the dorm for the rest of the night, the plan of action was to put his cloak away. His premier chance to begin his practice. Piro relaxed himself, and closed his eyes gently. He let everything just sink into him. Everything was quiet. So quiet. The kind of quiet that could nearly drive a person insane if kept in it long enough. Silence is golden, but even gold has its flaws.
His concentration grew deeper; a facial expression made this apparent as his eyebrows scrunched in... His left eye flinched. A few moments passed, and Piro's being faded away.
A door slammed shut as Piro had finished putting his cloak in the closet. Zanzoken was a lot easier than he had made it out to be. First, it took him panic. Then, unfathomably deep focus. Now, just a few moments of focus. At this rate, he could very easily have this close to perfection by the next sunrise. With this in mind, he kept at it.
Within an hour or two, he was tossing objects across the room and getting to them before they hit anything...
An odd silence came over the pair as they faced each other. Both had just enough strength in reserve for keeping the other at bay, but once one gave up, he would get clobbered. Something had to be done, otherwise this fight would remain at a standstill.
Arano, being the proud Saiya-jin that he was, took it upon himself, however, to end this here and now. From seemingly nowhere, his power swelled, and gave the air a nice, heated red tint, much like of fire. His hair kicked about, along with his clothes, and gave him a near-demonic look.
Energy overtaking his body, Arano took all of his might and shoved it into his grip. His clone fell limp immedietly, and his grasp upon his originator's tail all but vanished. This was it; the clone was as good as dead.
Arano stood up after a second, his aura roaring away. He began delievering kick after kick to his copy's face time after time after time again. The air was set ablaze by this fiery new energy source, as were the nerves in the clone's face.
Eventually, Arano grew tired of beating his counterpart's nose in, and gave it a final kick, one which sent his copy skidding across the floor.
Energy gathered smoothly by form of tiny spheres into Arano's right fist, which slowly opened and turned to point directly at his copy. A yellow ki orb the size of, no more and no less, Arano's fist, came into shape, with the edges carrying a red hue.
A short yell came from Arano, as the ball shot forth, and closed the distance to his cowering clone in no time. The ki bomb clashed with the torso of it's target, and ripped open in a highly explosive display of energy. The entire training area shook slightly with the blow, as fire and smoke blinded the impact zone.
'Ground Zero' was eventually calmed, and not a scrap of evidence of the clone was found.
Arano turned and left the room, his aura dying out and his hair shuffled back to it's previous position. The computer's voice came online, just as the door closed.
Computer Voice: "Thank you for training, Arano. You are victorious. Your record is one win, zero loses, zero draws."
