It will open a menu where you may access data about the RPG, Ninja Outcast. Go ahead and try it. Once you've read all that in it, come back and post your stats. You'll understand everything if you do. That's messed up. if you notice, when you click the link, it says the right file name for the download, but then changes to the OB page. I'll try to figure that out.
