You can do so by clicking the "Rules" link at the top of the page. It's really important that you read them, so you can understand how things work around here at OtakuBoards. As far as being a Moderator...we have very strict standards when it comes to hiring new Moderators. Post quality is important and a strong knowledge of the rules is also important. Plus, as a general rule of thumb, we don't hire people to ask for the job. Usually we offer the job to members who behave very well and contribute to the community.
