It is about a demon naned Tsunami Tsijo(Soonami Shiho).Tsunami has the power to minipulate fire. His arch rivals are the long twins. They are wind minupulators. If you have never seen this anime you REALLY need to. It is about 50min long but it has some really good graphics.
