First of all, if they did make more episodes, it would just be an extension to Outlaw Star; they probably wouldn't change the title. Second, if the producers have wanted to create an extension, I would have though that they would have done it already when their minds were still fresh on the series. Obviously, those are just my opinions. There very well may be more episodes in the making. I don't know, I thought that the ending was pretty solid, and I'd really have to see more evidence to this supposed series sequal. I think that they should add a little more about Jim's past, and note how him and Gene teamed up in the first place. I thought it was kind of weird how they were just...there. Otherwise, although I cannot believe it, I still have not finished watching the last few episodes, even though I've owned the DVD since early October. o_O I'll get back to you on who I think may be killed off. But I think they should continue on with the series, add new faces, new challenges, new ships, etc... Ah I think I should go back and watch OLS again. Memories.... In fact I'm amazed he didn't in the original series, most 12-year-old geniuses end up being kidnapped sometime in their careers. And I doubt we'd see character death, but near-death certainly.
