The Shield

The Shield is with out a doubt an awesome show.

It pushes the limits. It pushes the fcc, and it pushes the level that television actors have to got to so they can keep up with the cast of this program.

What do you guys think.

Give this show a try, more than one episode and you will be hooked.

Some of the time I hate the charactors in the show, sometimes I love them.

I cant wait until the next weeks ep comes.

I need it, and if you give it a try, you will too.

Amazingly, the show grows on you.

I am just addicted to the shield. The one last night was just like freaky. I have always loved michael chiklis, when he was the commish in the old days.
But when they got that guy over the border with stickers covering the bullet holes on the trunk, i nearly fainted.
I usually watch both episodes even though i have seen it. I have seen the dvd set of the first season and i just might get it.

It's a good show but the other day's episode had some extremely brutal violence that I thought was pointless. I'm not a fan of police/detective shows but this one seems to perk my interest. Theres a lot more action in it than some of the other ones that are broadcast.

Without watching it, I couln't stand the show or the lead character. I though he was just a bald, frustrated, out of shape cop trying to run the show. This was just the ignorant opinion of a wanna be critic. I saw only one episode of the second season and understood why Chiklis won the emmy. He's the best actor on the show.

It's a sad thing, though, that I will probably continue to not watch the show as it has become a habit to miss it. I will try my best to make a new habit in watching it.

Its time for a new episode.

In fact this is the night of the state of the union address.

This show is amazing. Vic maccie is the man, he is the ultimate crooked cop.

I have never liked the idea of a crooked cop until just about right now when vic is using his crooked status to catch armaniean diamond crooks/ armaniean mob.

Its a great show and is actually well written. I just wish it came on with last seasons episodes as reruns.

Well its about time I let you guys know what your missing.

I figure I've got to considering all the crap on the boards and yet no one will take the time to watch this show for the superior writing it contains.

Its possible that you guys just dont like it, but at that point you could atleast tell my why...

Considering the fact that debate is the heart of some much on the boards, I would think that this sort of contravertial show would get alot more attention.

A struggling gay male, a crooked cop with a good heart, a clean black female doing her best to protect the innocent and a cache of other situation based stories that make this one of the most complex shows on cable.

So what do you guys think?

Holy ****, I cant believe this show, I just finished the last episode and it is amazing. I really am in awe and Im constantly waiting for the next ep.

I guess you just have to watch to know.

they really suprised me when they got rid of armadillo, i always thought he would be a thorn in their side for much longer you know? Kind of shifting under the radar every now and then.
