o_O I've never heard of that happening in the G/S/C games before. But if it gave you all the Pokémon in the game, it can't be that bad. If I were you, I'd put all the Pokémon in a storage space like Pokémon Stadium 2 and restart the game, because it probably messed up the rest of the game as well. If it still acts up, you could take it to the place you got it from and trade it in for a new one. Fortunately, that never happened to me. I'd lose it if it did.

Is the game a brand new game? Because if it is a used game, or if you have used Gameshark on it before, that is one of the possible side effects. But like Lady K said, put the Pokémon in a storage and restart it. If it happens again, it is most likely due to some weird static electricity or something in it...

You can get glitched up pokemon if you trade with someone and the power shuts off while it's trading. Usually both parties keep AND trade the pokemon (ending up with an extra one) - but as a result of that, the whole game is usually glitched up. That's also true of a cheat I read somewhere to get them up to Lv100. *shrugs* But I've not played pokemon since gold and silver first came out... I can't give any advice more than Valen and Lady Katana have done ^_^

...I should really get pokemon back out again O_o!
