Mitch
Ah, yes. We just finished watching this movie in my Biology class of all places. It was actually, to my suprise and interests, very interesting and pretty good. I don't really want to get into it, but I was wondering if any of you all else liked it. I'll probably post more on what I thought of it when some others have posted their thoughts.

Kent
I thought the movie was ok, but it was more about the idea behind the movie that drives debate and conversation. I had to write an essay for my eng 101 class last semester and the subject was invertero fertilization and genetic engineering. Made for some good discussion. I personally dont like the idea of engineering unless its to avoid serious stuff. I do think its a good question to ask because engineering like this (genetic) could easily make a gap between the "haves and have nots" even bigger than it already is. Mnemolth
The movie is worth watching but seriously flawed. Still the ideas behind it are relevant and deeply disturbing. It does make for interesting conversations.... :) Though I was a little annoyed there were so many 'beautiful people' in it....but perhaps that's the point? Oh and btw, there is no 'i' in the DNA sequence...;)
