Writing Mobile Suit Gundam: Cause for Concern

TIMELINE:

Year 2030:

Multiple holes in the ozone layer begin to become self-evident. Polar Ice Caps begin to melt at an alarming pace.

Many wheather anomalies result in the death of over one million people, in less than a year.

Year: 2040

Multiple tears appear within the ozone layer, and conditions on Earth worsen, there is more suffering and death, and the end of the world seems almost inevitable.

Year, 2048:

The Earth has long since been depleted of natural resources, and lost its ability to house human life. In a desperate move to save humanity, a group of scientists created Olympia. A massive space colony like object that now serves as home to the remnants of mankind.

Survivors, Approximately: 2,000,000

~ With Earth now nothing more than a vessel of corpses, and the success of Olympia, a new age for mankind has begun, thus marking the start of a new era A.R. 0001.

(A.R. = (After Reconstruction) )

A.R. 0001-0007:

Mass dispute over who should be the new ruler over Olympia, and how the colony should be divided result in the creation of two imperial orders, on one side is ZONE and on the other is GEAR.

A.R. 0008-0009:

A new form of warfare is introduced, giant man-like machines known as mobile suits start to be mass produced by both ZONE and GEAR, casualties in 0009 escalate dramatically.

Olympian Population: 1,674,205

A.R. 0010-0011:

With the advance in mobile suit technology, more suffering and pain has ensued, a death doll of approximately 600,000 was surveyed by both sides. The few but proud neutral colonists can no longer sit by and watch as mankind brings about its own end. The neutral colonists declare war and create an elite group of mobile suit pilots code named R.O.D. (Requiem Of Destiny) . Although few in number, the Colonial Militia have been able to make rapid leaps in mobile suit technology, due to the many engineers in their ranks.

A.R. 0012-0013:

While ZONE and GEAR are at a stalemate, the colonial militia deploys it's mobile suits all over the colony in hopes of quickly ending the war by destroying the two war weakened empires.

A.R. 0014:

The Battle for Olympia rages on...

Yeh here i go with another gundam fic. This one is gonna be done even quicker than my last one, but it's really just gonna jump in to action as soon as the first chapter starts, and I plan on continuing it that way, so there's not gonna be that much character development and crap but oh well atleast there will be more fights =P. Well tell me what you think so far.

BTW i mainly started this one cuz i was bored, so i just typed it up right here in this reply screen :rolleyes:
