Ah, Incubus, what a band! I've been listeneing to them a lot recently, and I was wondering if any of you guys listen to them. 'Drive' is probably one of my favourite songs, becuase it has a great tune, and the lyrics are really strong, and they relate to me. I don't actually own any of their albums, but I will buy some as soon as I see them! For those of you who haven't heard them, download 'Drive', 'Wish You Were Here' and 'Are You In'. These are there most recent songs, and they might sound familar! I look forward to hearing from my fellow fans!

Two bands I can't ever picturing myself being a fan of are Megadeth and Incubus. Incubus kind of reminds me of a boy band plus instruments. No disrespect to you or to Incubus, but, wow, what an unattractive style of music (for me, at least; don't get pissed at me).

Well, I am a big Incubus fan and my favorite tracks are "Priviledge", "Pardon Me," and "Warning." But I like all of the songs I've heard by them. Brandon has such a beautiful singing voice. And his hair is awesome, too. ^_^ That's always a plus in my book.

God I love Incubus. The songs have that great, off beat rock sound with lyrics you can relate too. I can't wait until they have some more new stuff come out.

Let's see, my faves..."Warning", "Pardon Me", "Drive", "Nice to Know You", and my all time fave, "Wish You Were Here".

Incubus are really cool and I find there music easy to chill out and relax to! I only have the album Morning View and my favourite songs from there would have to be 'Are You In', 'Nice To Know You' and 'Wish You Were Here'. 'Wish You Were Here' makes me think alot and of course want someone to be here ;), but 'Drive' is my favourite track by Incubus! :)

Well, I've listened to all of their albums, and I liked S.C.I.E.N.C.E the most, and I'm trying to pick up a copy from a record store, but I can't find it at the moment! *searches internet* Fungus Amongus is another good album, but my favourite is probably Make Yourself, mainly becuase of Drive.

May I ask, what in the heck is so good about them? I hear people at my school, talk and talk about them all the time. Out of all the songs I have heard from them, that one when they all dissapear at the end is the best. All the others are plain bad, in my opinion at least. I really don't see what is so good about them.

Perhaps you should listen to the full CD before making the judgement I guess. Incubus can grow on you if you let it, just like most other bands.

I like Incubus. I remember when SCIENCE came out, along with Fungus Amongus... But that was years back when I was reserved to only basically one genre of music (metal). I always assumed they were some sort of R&B/Hip Hop group at the time... If anyone has the Spawn Soundtrack, listen to the track with them called Familiar and you'll probably see why (although it is a damn good song).

I bought Make Yourself after seeing part of the video for Pardon Me at Target. The video was simply great, one of the better one's I've seen that mostly focus on the band themselves. I didn't wind up loving everything on the CD, but about half of it had some nearly perfect songs in my opinion. Morning View never really caught my interest for some reason. I've still yet to bother listening to the copy my (now) ex made me.

So yeah... I like them, but they are nowhere near being in my top bands list. I've never understood why many people hate on them though and refer to them as mostly a boy band. Whenever the lead singer looks good, that always seems to be an attack lol.

I have. All my friends like Incubus, and whenever I go to their houses, they always listen to them. And yet, I still find myself not likeing them.

Well, maybe it's just not your thing. You are probably attracted to something special, about the bands that do like, and maybe Incubus just don't have that. I like there excellent blend of sounds, and I think that Brandon Boyd is a superb lead singer. They haven't sold either, like many other bands in their genre have, so I have a lot of respect for them in that aspect aswell.

I only recently started listening to Incubus, but I truly think they are an excellent band.

I love Brandon Boyd's voice, as he has such a wide vocal range and sings brilliantly live.

My favourite songs by Incubus would have to be "Mexico" (which I'm learning to sing/play, with much difficulty), "Idiot Box" and "Echo".

I LOVE Incubus!

They're an amazing band with lots of talent and plenty of good songs. Their albums are the ones that you can actually listen to straight-through and not have to skip any of the tracks.

My personal favorites are:
Just A Phase
Echo
I Miss You
Wish You Were Here
Pardon Me
Drive
I like a lot of their more popular songs, and they're popular for the reason that they're really quite excellent ;)

*Searches for Jenna's inevitable presense in this topic*

Yap, there she is...

Incubus really does rock, though. I would probably appreciate them more, but generally bands like Incubus aren't my cup of coffee. For Incubus, though, I make an exception.
