G.D. Ryoko
I think that if you really like her than ask her out.You are young so it won`t be the end of the world if she says no. My male friends say that when they like a girl, they go and ask them out. They also say that girls are weird when it comes to relationships.I disagree with them being that I am 14 yr old girl. Anyway just see what happens if you ask her out.If her friends are right then she might say yes.
Lady Macaiodh
let me get this straight. he asked the girl you like to dance, but then danced w/ somebody else? i'm not quite sure what happened. so he acted like a jerk. this isn't exactly bad for you. now's your chance to comfort her & show her how a real guy is supposed to act.;)

The One
Yup, go get her dude. But don't act like a total Jackass and put him down 24/7 it gets annoying. I still think that young'uns can be in love. Even if we don't see it. Feelings are feelings no matter what the age. Oh well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

tursi
Ok, i haven't ever been on a date before, but consider this "women insinct." I agree with transic, that young ones may not know love, and it's all infatuations. but girls do like the comfort of knowing someone cares for them. Even if some look like they want to be independet, it's not always true. That doesn't mean you shouldn't ask her out, because dating is how we find out what kind of a person we want to be with for life. So if it doesn't work out find the characteristocs that you liked in her and find someone with thoses characteristics in the next person you "fall head over heals" for, and maybe something good will happen. so be her knight in shinig armor for a few days and see what happens. Rhys Mayiessen
Yeah that kind of happened to me before. Some girl ask the guy I like to dance and well he didn't exactly say yes but he still danced with her. Though it didn't look like he really enjoyed it and I have danced with him like what 4 or 5 times...anyways back to the point I think you should maybe at the next dance ask her to dance. Then maybe you'll know if she likes you or not...anyways its just an idea.
Talon
Hmm.....interesting.....first of all.....Transtic, love isn't based upon age, it's based upon maturity. I am fifteen now, but when I was only ELEVEN, I was in love, yes it was love, with a girl named Ami. She died, and now I have moved on (after many a bottle of beer and whiskey, I assure you). The key was that I was mature. More mature than even my parents. Second of all, the key to a girl's heart is NOT always poetry, impressive strength, or such. Like Medra says, find some common ground, have a chat, and be a friend first. After friendship occurs, you spend more time with her, building things up and getting to know her better while giving more of yourself to her as well. When you feel that things need a boost, ask her how she feels about love, you, or something like that. Or, if you're feeling REALLY bold and you've become REALLY close to this girl, flat out tell her you like her. If you aren't really bold, just ask her to the movies. Usually one that she'd like to see. In that movie, when you feel it's right (near the middle, not too early, not too late), take her hand. When that happens, ask her if she'll be your girlfriend.

First time, she asked me (It was City Hawkins). Of course I had to agree. Second time it was the same dance and I asked her, she said yes. Them at another dance I asked her and she said yes. This dance though, I was alone.:nervous: lol, I didn't dance with anyone cuz she danced with the guy that like another guy. :therock: As you can see, we have danced. ^_^
