It takes a lot of work trying to make a normal site, let alone one where you can trade cards. You have to be careful not to attract phoneys who won't trade cards- who say they're going to, get someone else's card with the promise of a trade and then send nothing in return, or the wrong card. You'll have no way of insuring that people will cooperate fairly. It's a risky thing to try and do- personally I'd use eBay. That way your cards are guaranteed to arrive.
