If you were famous...

Well if I were famouse in the way you all are saying, I would either be a singer or a writer. The reason why, is I love doing those two things all the time.

I am already as famouse as I want to be with the children and people I work with so I can't ask for anything more than that. Yes all of the fame would be much fun, but it won't bring you the happiness you could get by just doing it at home or with a child.

I'd want to be one of those people that everybody looked at in future generations shamefully. You know, like kill myself, and leave this big long note about everything. Then people would always tell the story of that idiot who killed himself, and it would be me.

Uh yea, I think I would just fade back into normal life with the money of a famous person.

I could then do anything I dreamt of and give anything I knew I should.

All the idealistic crap I've been reading is just, well... crap.

You better damn well be the biggest, strongest, fastest, meanest, smartest person on the block... because everything I am would be pushed to the side just so I could take advantage of you in every way possible.

Then we would see if your anarchy was worth the gang-rape of your wife, the murder of your family and the forced slavery of yourself.

I think as a famous person, I would just be a normal person with lots of money and the chance to make good on all my promises.

Fame? heh.. give me happiness any day.

There are people with less money, food, job oppurtunities, and a shorter life expectancy than the lower end of the UK, in places in Africa, but they also have less worries. They don't care about money, and they're the happiest, most faithful people I've ever heard of. One of them came over here for a few months and came to our church, and he is the most faithful man I've ever known.

That's what I'd wish for.. keep your fame and money.. if all it's going to bring is the worries, troubles, and the feeling of lacking something, that generally comes with it, I really don't care.. happiness isn't bought that easily.

In my opinion, money is the new golden calf. People depend on it as if without a lot of it they'd just die. But I've met a very few people who go by with so little money, and give the rest away, and they are happier than anyone else I know. One guy I met doesn't even earn money, or claim any unemployment benefits. He gets by on faith alone, and yet he still manages to afford evertything he really needs. How?.. because God provides, through people who have way too much money that they are (seriously) just acheing to give away because it doesn't bring them anything good. So they act on faith and give it away. Just because God works in mysterious ways doesn't mean people aren't involved. Money doesn't just fall from the sky when God provides.

Sorry if I trailed off from the subject.. that's just my view on fame and money, and why I don't care whether I get it or not.

Hmmm If i wanted to be famous i would want it to be for perhaps something heroic like saving peoples lifes in a major incident and then being publicly congratulated which i think would be cool.
If i wanted to be famous by something else it would probably be by drawing cartoons or maybe acting in a big movie which would be pretty fun and then like doing a tour or something.
