Talia- How come you all got fancy tricks and I don't.

[i]Shayleigh, Rosetta and Caytin looked at Talia in surprise. Rosetta with a look of confusion While Caytin and Shayleigh with a look of anger. Caytin made a hushing motion with her hands.

Talia rolled her eye's.[/i]

Talia- Fine, fine.

Rosetta- What....?

Caytin- Don't mind Talia. She speaks nothing but nonesence at times.

Talia- Pfft...


OOC- Sorry but I'm slightly confused about whats going on right now. I'll have to re-read all of your posts before I can put up something else that's more decent.

[i]Shayleigh looked at Talia weirdly.
Shayleigh-[/i]"What do you mean you don't have any powers? You're a Fallen aren't you? I thought the goddess left your powers intacted."

[i]Talia blushed.
Talia-[/i]"Uh never mind what I said. Now what are you doing with the other Fallen Caytin."

[i]Shayleigh-[/i]"Apparently they're in a race."
[i]She watched as the last Fallen ran across the field trying to catch up with the others.

Talia-[/i]"But why?"

[i]Shayleigh-[/i]"You'll have to ask Caytin that."[/color]

caytin, looked down on the group from the tree she was sitting in.

caytin: i wanna see how they are physically with out their powers. if they're good with out their powers, then they are even better with them. the first 5 here get to go scouting as the others are pushed harder into getting ready.

Shayleigh: but why?

caytin: can't you sence it, a war's brewing, we need to be ready for everything it tosses at us.

[color=skyblue][i]Shayleigh-[/i]"Yes I felt it. I've felt it for a long time. I just thought it would be against the Fallen but if you're training them..."

[i]Shayleigh eyed Caytin suspiciously. Why was Caytin training them. If there is something that is planning to attack this world then wouldn't the Fallen join in? I thought they wanted to destroy the world to get back at Luthien. This is all so confusing...unless...

Shayleigh-[/i]"It is against some Fallen isn't it? You're rebelling against your own kind!"[/color]

caytin: you're so smart, yes but we're a small bunch. we're going to need all the help we can get. to tell you the truth, i wasn't supposed to be a fallen, she suspected me because i knew them....

shayleigh: and?

caytin: the trainees are coming. we'll talk later.

caytin flew over to meet the first five (nickolas, rain, kyoto, abury, and maru.) she sent them off to scout and then sent the rest to spar against each other.

[color=skyblue][i]Shayleigh frowned after she left. She didn't need to be so sarcastic about it. Who would have thought that this many Fallen would be rebelling aganist their own kind. Yeah maybe one or two but there were a lot more here than one or two.

Shayleigh turned to look at Talia. She looked as surprised as she was.
Shayleigh-[/i]"So you had no idea about this either?

[i]Talia-[/i]"No, I never thought this many Fallen would rebel against other Fallen."

[i]Shayleigh-[/i]"Are you on our side or the other Fallen's side?"

[i]Talia considered Shayleigh's words for a while, thinking about the upcoming danger.
Talia-[/i]"I am on your side."

[i]Shayleigh smiled.
Shayleigh-[/i]"I thank you my friend. You will be of great help to us."[/color]

OOC: Am I still with Shayleigh and Talia, or am I somewhere else? Oh, and by the way, [spoiler]I almost laughed at the fact that Caytin disguised herself as a girl named Kira--Kira is one of the La-La Knights--a character I created!!! Good thing Kira doesn't live in the desert!!![/spoiler]

[u]Rosetta:[/u] (to herself) That's weird... Kira is one of the La-La Knights. She's a fox! Unless, of course, there are two Kiras... Oh now I get it--her real name's Caytin and she's a Fallen! Well, good thing she's gone...

[i]Shayleigh somehow heard what Rosetta was saying. She could hear her whispering something to herself. She didn't hear exactly what it was, but she did hear something about Caytin. She could also tell that Rosetta was not happy with the fact that Caytin was a Fallen.[/i]

[u]Shayleigh:[/u] Um... Rosetta?

[u]Rosetta:[/u] What?

[i]Shayleigh paused for a moment. She did not want Rosetta to think she could read minds, which, of course, she couldn't. There was a long pause. As Rosetta anxiously waited, Shayleigh tried to quickly think of something to say. She finally said...[/i]

[u]Shayleigh:[/u] ...Are you... um... :nervous:

[u]Rosetta:[/u] Am I what?

[u]Shayleigh:[/u] ...

[u]Rosetta:[/u] By the way, why does Caytin want everyone to prepare everyone for the war?

[u]Shayleigh:[/u] I don't know... For some strange reason, I think she actually wants to help us win...

[u]Rosetta:[/u] I think she's helping [i]too[/i] much.

[u]Shayleigh:[/u] Me too.[/color]

[i]Shayleigh watched as five Fallen went to scout the area around the forest. The others were engaging in battles. Caytin walked over to them again.

Caytin-[/i]"We've got our five winners. I have sent them to scout the area. The others are sparring.

[i]Shayleigh-[/i]"I can see that."

[i]Suddenly an elf emerged from the forest and stopped in front of Shayleigh his head bowed, showing the commander proper respect.
Shayleigh-[/i]"What have you to tell me, ranger?"

[i]Ranger-[/i]"We have spotted a large band of the Fallen off to the east. At first we thought a storm was coming but when they got closer we recognized them for what they are. We await your command."

[i]Shayleigh looked at Caytin in surprise. She returned the look with the same expression.
Shayleigh-[/i]"It seems that the other Fallen have arrived much earlier than expected."[/color]

caytin sighed, she wasn't expecting this, now she did know what to do. she was confused, she was so focused on them coming later and training that she didn't even have a back up plan. she slid down the trunk of the tree till she was siting down.

shayleigh: caytin?

caytin: i didn't expect this.....what am i going to do...i don't even have a back up plan.....help me.....

rosetta: well you should've thought of that alittle earlier.

caytin nodded and sighed.

caytin: your right, i'm going to leave the group to you and shayleigh.

shayleigh: WHAT!

caytin: i'm going to gather my scouts and fly to distract them, it's the only thing i can think of to do, if they act up kris and talia will help.

she got up and spred her wings, she nodded and leaped into the air and started to look for the 5 other fallen.

[color=red][u]Shayleigh:[/u] Hmmm... why would she leave the group to us? We're seriously outnumbered!

[u]Rosetta:[/u] Good question. I agree with you.

[u]Caytin:[/u] Everyone! The Fallen are coming! The Fallen are coming! Prepare for battle!

[u]Talia:[/u] Already? They came earlier than I expected!

[i]A few of the other fallen land near where Shayleigh and the others are. They seem to be looking for Caytin.[/i]

[u]Fallen:[/u] Hey, I remember you! *points to Rosetta*

[u]Rosetta:[/u] So do I! *whispers to Shayleigh* This guy is our enemy! He's one of the other Fallen!

[u]Shayleigh:[/u] Yes, I know.

[u]Fallen:[/u] I see you brought a friend with you this time, huh? Well, let's find out if she really is your friend! *he fires a small dark orb at Rosetta*

[u]Rosetta:[/u] Heh. You can't beat me. *dodges the orb and shoots a fireball at the Fallen, who is hit by it*

[u]Fallen:[/u] Next time... *he flies away*

[u]Rosetta:[/u] Why did he just fly away like that?

[u]Shayleigh:[/u] Something doesn't sound right...[/color]

caytin glided across the tree tops scanning the forest.she stopped in a clearing

caytin: Abury. Maru. what have yuo found out about the oncomeing fallen.

two fallen came out of the shadows.

Abury: well their not our friends, you can ask maru about that.

Maru snorted at abury and walked closer to caytin.

Maru: caytin, they outnumber us by three times! how will we defeat them?

caytin: i'm not worried about that, whos leading them?

abury: the same person who led them last time against the goddess, spike.

caytin: that's not his name....

abury: he changed it as his power grew. we are not ready caytin, we need to retreat.

caytin: i don't know. but first we find the others. maru come with me, abury meet us back at camp in one hour with the other fallen that you find.

abury: right.

and with that they flew off.

[color=skyblue][i]Shayleigh looked nervously at the Fallen that had been left under her command. She was use to commanding, that was for sure just not angels like her.

She stepped up to the group who had watched Caytin fly away with the five chosen Fallen. Shayleigh cleared her throat.
Shayleigh-[/i]"Alright you guys...it seems that Caytin has left you in my command. Are any of you skilled at the bow?"

[i]One of the Fallen snorted rudely.
Fallen-[/i]"Ha we're going to need a lot more than that lady. I say we start praticing our powers."

[i]Others cheered in agreement. Shayleigh sighed.
Shayleigh-[/i]"If that is what you want then I leave Kris incharge of that. I do not have that many powers to speak of so I couldn't train you. If any would like to learn better swordsplay and how to use a bow come with me and Talia."

[i]Not a lot came to Shayleigh but the ones that did doubted that she could be better at swordsplay then them. Shayleigh shook her head. This was going to be a long day.[/i][/color]

caytin and maru stoped at the lake that was by her "home". she threw maru a cloak.

caytin: put it on to cover you wings.

maru: what about you.

caytin: i have illusions.

she made herdelf look like a yong woman. she grabbed marus hand and walked into the apartment area.

keeper: welcome back tina.

caytin: thanks, but i'm going to be moving out tonight, i'll bring down the key when i'm done.

keeper: ok

she and maru walked up the stairs to the second floor where she walked into her room.

caytin: look in the chest to see what weapons we'll be needing. The other fallen will rely on their powers alone, but we'll beat them with strength and power.

maru: are you sure we can beat them caytin.

caytin: no, not really, but i've seen so many things that tell me anything's possible.

[color=skyblue][i]Shayleigh gathered up the Fallen that had chosen to follow her and Talia. She looked to the sky and could destintively a black cloud that had to be the Fallen.

Shayleigh-[/i]"Okay if you don't want to learn to be better swordsman I will teach you how to use a bow."

[i]Some of the Fallen grumbled.
Fallen-[/i]"Why do we have to listen to her? She's just an elf. We could blast her off this planet in no time at all."

[i]Shayleigh started to feel the heat rise in her face. She felt the rage build inside her.
Shayleigh-[/i]"You think I'm just an elf do you? Even if I was I could do as good a job as any one of you! I am a commander and you will respect me!

[i]The Fallen looked at her sceptically. Shayleigh sighed.[/i][/color]
