Guest Altron Gundam
Sorry if ya ain't a hip hop fan, but for those of you that do listen, do you guys got the new 50 Cent CD, "Get Rich or Die Tryin'"? I just got it the other day, and its bangin', its better than any other ones out right now. I just got sick of Ja Rule and other soft rappers that do the whole mix rap / r&b chorus bug that's going around right now. Anyway, what ya'll think of it? treton_noir
i hate ja rule. i have listened to a little of 50's stuff and kind of got into it. i was watching a thing about 50 on tv. he spent several min. talking about how much he hated ja rule and what he's done. i was like, "i love this man." 50 cent is friggin awesome. Manic Webb
50 Cent hates Ja Rule? I think 50 just earned himself a new fan :) When I first heard 50 Cent, I thought he mumbled too much when he rapped. His voice isn't as "out-there" like most other rappers, and that really surprised me. I don't have his album, but his current single is pretty good. Catchy, too. Of course, I got a little tired of a local radio station constantly repeating the "Go shorty, it's your birthday" part over and over ect.

BlueGender
50 is refreshing in a time when rap is dominated by songs about mansions and expensive cars. The whole Ja Rule beef is hillaious in my opinion. Ja cant say anything back because he cant rap and if he did respond 50 would destroy Ja in a song losing the little bit of credability Ja has. I think 50 Cents joining Shady Records is bringing Eminem, D-12,and Obie Trice the street cred they deserve.50 is also getting involved with Eminem's beefs with The Saint Lunatics (Nelly's group) and Benzino I think it is going to bring better rap music out in the future and possibly better musicout of Nelly and Benzino.
GhostofSalvtore
well I dont have it but I have heard of it, and most of the songs didnt seem all that great cept the ones w/Eminem in em, cuz he just freestyles the best. Guest Altron Gundam
I'm not sure of this, but I'm hoping Dre comes out with another new albulm. 2001 Chronic was so good, that my friends and most of my classmates are STILL listening to it. Its just a great CD, with many old, but good songs.
Subversive
Ja Rule sounds like he swallowed a chain saw...and if 50 hates him, Go 50! I saw that video, and its a pretty good concept, the Shady/Aftermath artist developement center. Its like a testing facility, pretty good Idea...
