RPG Digimon Masters - Fight for Friendship

Keio tilted her head at Haku. "Are you [i]sure[/i] you're ok?"
Haku felt his face flush and tried a clumsy bow. "Yes, Princess Keio."
This elicited a frustrated sounded sigh. "Don't you start, too."
Kyukimon started sharply. "Your Highness, how many times must I tell you--?"
"Kyu, enough. If I want him to refer to me casually, then I shall have him do so. He seems to know proper etiquette, and won't make me look bad." She knelt and lifted Haku back up by one hand. "I trust you."
Haku still looked funny; Keio was afraid he was going to be sick.
"Majesty, the explosion," Kyukimon reminded her.
"Oh!" Keio raced to an area that looked badly decimated and still smoking; the rest of the group wasn't too far behind her.
"Hello!" Keio cried out, looking around at the area. Kyukimon gently pushed her back, and stood at the edge.
"Allow me, Princess." With that Kyukimon leapt into the decimated area.

The Royal Guard was distrustful of Haku. She didn't know why but he simply did not come across as innocent as he seemed. Kyukimon was going to have to--
"Help!" a small voice cried beneath some rubble. "Please help me!"
The Ultimate paused, and raised her ears. "Where are you? Keep talking!"
Kyukimon followed the voice, and found a small pale foot waggling at her beneath broken lumber. "Hold still!"
The pale foot withdrew and Kyukimon held her scythe arms high above her head. With a swift, slashing motion, the broken lumber was broken even further. Reverting the scythes back to paws, Kyukimon pushed the rubble aside to find a Salamon. It had passed out just before Kyukimon had freed it.
"Princess Keio!" Kyukimon cried as she held the Rookie protectively in one arm. With a graceful leap, she rejoined Keio, Haku, and Haku's Digimon, and held the small bundle out.
"Oh my..." Keio breathed.
Haku watched it all with careful eyes.
And Kyukimon was watching him.

Star: Keep your distance Yami this is the repitle masters area we should just stay neutral since were on a peaceful mission.

Yami: Ok but don't sound so worried it's not like they'll come up and capture us or run into a battle or something.

Star: I'll try Yami.

Furora watched garudamon take out 2 andromon with ease. Furora grinned but frowned as an adromon dicitigrated one of the deramon.

Furora: Not good... Penguinmon... your turn

Penguinmon: yes furora... DIGIVOLUTION!
Akatorimon: Akatorimon!

Furora: Good get out there...

Akatorimon: Yes!

Furora: This does not look pretty...

Star: Almost.
Yami: Couldn't this thing be a phone or radio or something.[i]Points at his digivice.[/i]
Star: Maybe Deputymon can fix it up when we get back. Were almost there but be careful I sence digimon. But don't worry if we stay clear and on this path we'll make it to Thundermon's place.
Yami: Ok got it. [i] With that in mind Star and Yami hurry ahead to Thundermon's cave.[/i]

(Dantu watches the battle, waiting for the other force he expects to appere. As he watches, he thinks)
Dantu: (To himself) This fight is only the start. There will be more. I hope I'm right, because if not, this will be a whole lot harder. (He takes out his communicator) (Out loud) Dantu to base. Dantu to base.
(A Veggiemon responds)
Veggiemon: Yes?
Dantu: Prepare the vehicles we found. When I return, I'll need to search physically.
Veggiemon: What's the object you'll be looking for?
Dantu: I'm going to try the Omega Option.
Veggiemon: You don't know the other three garbled sections!
Dantu I think I've found what's in them. It fits. I'll need three vehicles ready. Dantu out. (He turns the communicator off and puts it away)

Ojji: Catch have you gotten in?
Catch: Yes, but she is out and it sounds like she's having a conference with another master.
Ojji: Haku most likely. This is not good.
Flip: Sir if Haku and....
Ojji: I told you dont call me sir just Ojji please i can't stand it.
Flip: Sorry Ojji.
Ojji: It's ok. Look if we can't get in contact with the fighting and mythical masters Haku will get them too and this war will not be easy. I think Im gonna need a transport. Flip I need you too contact Ryouka and tell him we are on his side. Zip you and I are making a personal trip through the waters to ralley the troops because if they break through the forces in the valley i belive we may be called on for assitance.
Zip: right Ojji.
Ojji: Everyone move out and get working!

Keio gasped in appreciation of Kyukimon's efforts. "Poor thing," she crooned, gently taking the unconscious Salamon into her arms.

Haku was watching Keio.
And Kyukimon was watching Haku.

Keio stroked the Rookie's head until it began to stir. She called to a nearby pair of rabbits, Lopmon and Terriermon. "Please go to that store on the corner and bring me some food."
"Yes, Princess!" they chorused together.
"It'll be ok," Keio whispered to the Salamon.

Haku was watching Keio.
And Kyukimon was watching Haku.

Salamon blinked its blue eyes, and stared into the face of Keio. "My Princess!" it squeaked, out of fear or excitement, Keio couldn't tell.
When the rabbit twins returned, Keio thanked them, and they ran off to share their adventure in helping royalty. Meanwhile, Keio gently urged Salamon to eat.
Salamon blinked at her nervously. "Is this really for me?"
Keio smiled warmly at her. "Yes."
The smile spread to Salamon's face, and the Rookie needed no second bidding. The food was rapidly disappearing.
"Easy there," Keio laughed, "I don't want you to get sick!"
Salamon paused, crumbs clustered on its cheeks. The Rookie paused so long Keio got confused. "What's wrong?"
"You told me to stop, so I stopped."
Keio inwardly groaned. "I didn't say stop. I just said slow down. You would get a tummyache and that wouldn't be fun at all for you!"
Salamon's eyes lit up. "Wow! You sure do care a lot!"
Keio was a little taken back, but answered, "I try."
"You're very good at it!"

Haku was watching Keio.
And Kyukimon was watching Haku.

"Oh! I almost forgot!" Keio laughed. "These are my friends. Kyukimon is my protector..."
The pink and violet Ultimate nodded curtly.
"...and Choromon."
"Chip!" the Chormon chirped.
"And Haku," Keio smiled.
Haku made no motion to recognize the acknowedgement. Salamon snarled.
"What?" Keio asked. "What's wrong?"
Kyukimon's eyes bore into Haku, and he could feel it.
[i]Can you hear me? Please, please help me![/i]
Salamon began to bark piercingly.
"Salamon!"
Salamon would not stop barking.
Haku twitched nervously under Kyukimon's gaze, under Salamon's audio attack.
[i]Tell them I'm here, please!![/i]
Keio decided to use her authority. "Now listen here, Peach--!"
"Peach?" Salamon asked in mid-bark.
"Your new name."
Salamon's ears waggled. "A name? I have a name! I have a Princess given name!!"
Peach bounded to Kyukimon. "I have a naaaaaame, I have a naaaaame!"
"It's better than Kyutie," Kyukimon replied sharply.
Keio laughed, then grew serious. "Peach, I want you to be friends with Haku. Just let him pet you, ok?"
Peach's blue eyes narrowed.
"Please?"
Grudgingly, the Rookie edged toward Haku and offered her head. Haku slowly reached out and placed a shaking hand just about Peach's head.

With a screaming yelp, Peach tottered backwards. Kyukimon had Haku hoisted in the air by his collar almost instantly.
"Kyukimon!" Keio screamed.

Haku was watching Keio.
And Kyukimon was watching Haku.

Dantu: What the hell was that?
Woodmon: What the hell was what?
Dantu: I don't know. I felt something. Something incredibly strange. It was like I could feel someone else's emotions. But that's not the weirdest part.
Togemon: What is the weirdest part?
Dantu: I got a sense of where this person was. He's with Haku and Keio.
Woodmon: That doesn't sound [i]too[/i] weird.
Dantu: It gets weirder. I heard this person try to say something, and I recognized the voice. It was Haku speaking, but from a different body.
Woodmon & Togemon: [i]What?![/i]
Dantu: I agree. I didn't expect this. It's never happened before.
Woodmon: You said the program wasn't working.
Dantu: It wasn't, but it did something. Now we just need to figure out why, and what what I heard and saw means.

Furora noticed the bird digimon were doing a good job without her. She shouted out a few more orders and then headed back to the forest. She was in no mood to watch. She had other things on her mind. At times all she wanted was someone... someone to talk to. But not digimon she did her fair share of talking with them. So now being around another human.. was strange for her.

She silently climbed the tree and settled on a branch that overlooked the fight. She kept an eye on the bird digimon. Garudamon was doing a good job. Wing blade after wing blade. Furora smiled and leaned backwards. Her blind eye seemed to tingle now. She closed it and rubbed it with her left hand.

Furora: Dangit.. it keeps doing that.. .whats with this..

Furora runs a hand through her hair and lays back agenst the tree. She sighed calmly and watch. Swanmon flew up to her. Swanmon looked at her a bit concerened.

Swanmon: Umm furora.

Furora: Yes?

Swanmon: Do you think i should go out and.. help?

Furora: Yes as a matter of fact.. *presses button*

suddenly swanmon digivolved in a large sinduramon.

Furora: Sinduramon... i trust you... now get out there and help..

Dantu: Okay, guys. We need to find Furora, Nadoka, and Keio. They're the ones we couldn't decipher.
Woodmon: Why them?
Dantu: Furora is the Master of bird Digimon, Nadoka is the Master of mythical Digimon, and Keio is the Master of Animal Digimon. The types match perfectly. I think I've got it figured out. Ryouka!
Ryouka: What?
Dantu: It's likely that another force of machine Digimon will pass through this area! You'll need to handle them. I've got to go find Furora. Can you handle it?
Ryouka: Sure. Why do you need her?
Dantu: No time to explain. I'll tell you some other time.

offgame: Umm, [u]Takuya[/u]... Keio just arrived to the Digital World, so how can you know who she is already? You aren't almighty! So, please cut that "I know everything"-attitude down a bit, okay? :smirk: (nothing personal, just wanted to avoid any "god-playing". Otherwise I am grateful for your dedication to this game, so keep going! :D )

And this is for [u]Kairi[/u] (whose PM-box is full): Basically, "dark digimons" are the ghost- and devil-types, such as Bakemon, DemiDevimon, Impmon, Beelzemon Soulmon, Devimon, Devidramon, Myotismon, Phelesmon, Mephistomon, Galfmon, Boogeymon, LadyDevimon, Phantomon, Lilithmon, Witchmon, Ghoulmon, Vilemon, PetitMamon, Mummymon, Pharaohmon, Daemon...this isn't all, but you got the idea, right? Just remember that "dark" doesn't necessarily mean "pure evil", just a bit... nasty. :naughty:

Peach the Salamon approached Haku carefully, sensing both good and evil in him. The small digimon's senses were all mixed up. She sniffed the boy's shoe.

A kick, and Peach flew across the floor. At the same instant one of Kyuukimon's blade-arms pushed Haku's thin neck.
Keio: "No! Kyu, don't!"

Then the girl turned her incredulous gaze to the boy. His face was blank, completely emotionless.
Keio: "Why? Why did you do that? She just wanted to be friends... Kyu, let him go. I'm sure this boy will find his own way out of this village."
Kyu: "Yes, princess"

Kyuukimon released the boy, who grabbed Choromon from the floor and then left the small palace.

The sun was setting as the village was left behind the boy.
Haku: "Now we can return to the more important issues, Chip. That weak soul almost came through this time. I must be more careful, or my vendetta will fail. My digivice shows that the Datafountain isn't too far away. We can walk this time. But I swear, if I ever get my eyes on that Gigadramon again..."

Back at the Thunder Plains, a lonely digimon worked on the control center.
Platine: "You-mindless-toaster! What-do-you-mean-they-did-not-obey-you? Steel,-answer-me!"
Steel: It-is-useless,-sister-unit. Andromons-have-gone-berserk--- Mission-is-failed,-the-alliance-will-crush-them! I-am-returning---"
Platine: "You-think-Master-would-like-that? You-are-not-welcome-here-now. You-must-hide-until-I-get-a-chance-to-speak-with-Master,-clear?"
Steel: "Yes,-sister-unit---"
Platine: "Good. Now-get-the-hell-out-of-there!"

[Solo Tremaine]

Ryouka struggled to hold himself upright as he watched the numbers of Andromon start to diminish. They were Ultimates, yes, but sheer numbers of Reptile, bird and munerous other digimon were seeing them off. The Digi-Mage wasn't going to win that easily.

Chase slemmed her tail into an Andromon, who braced himself an took hold, digging in with his metal fingers. Chase roared and tried to shake him off. He ripped from her tail and flew off into the forest.

Tyke watched the digivolved forms enviously. He wanted to digivolve one day. But right now he needed to help Ryouka. He watched Chase as she struggled against another Andromon, with two Greymon running up to help her.

The pain in his sides was almost overwhelming. But he had to see this battle through. He waved to a small Psychemon, who ran over obediently.

"Get Chameleomon into my hut with his medical gear." he grunted. The Psychemon nodded and sprinted back into the base.

"Kyukimon..."
"Princess, NO!"
"But--"
"Forgive my continue insolence, but NO! I cannot allow it if I am to protect you!"
The Ultimate lashed her violet tail, and strode curtly toward the entrance to the palace.
Keio groaned. What good was it to be a Princess if she didn't get to do what she wanted? Kyukimon meant well and good, but...
The Princess' eyebrows furled deeply. "I have to help him!"
"Help who?"
Startled, Keio jumped at the voice and looked for the source. Peach the Salamon looked at her questioningly.
"Help who?" she repeated.
"I...I want to help Haku..."
Peach's eyes narrowed instantly.
"Don't tell Kyu, please!" Keio begged.
Peach glared at her feet, as if blaming them for something. She shook her head, her pale peach ears flapping. "I don't like what he's done," she said, "but if you want to help him..."
"I do!" Keio whispered desperately. "But Kyu won't let me."
"I don't blame her," Peach sniffled sourly, her body still aching from where Haku had kicked her. "But..."
"But what?"
"This might sound weird, but..." Peach climbed into Keio's lap and looked at her. "...I think that there's a Haku to save."
"What?"
"It's weird, I know! But the Haku we need to save...we need to get past Haku to...oooohhh!" Frustrated that she couldn't describe it properly, Peach held her head with her paws.
"It's ok, I think I get it, Peach. Now, follow me. We have to sneak out before Kyukimon gets back."

OOC: 1: Keio has been in the digital world for a while (See GinnyLyn's cahracter profile in Recruitment). 2: At some point, it will be revealed that Dantu and Keio met previously. 3: Dantu doesn't know everything. He knows about the current situation, and about most of the Masters (Remember, he'd never seen Haku before). As the story progresses, he'll have fewer and fewer awnsers. Besides, he doesn't just know this stuff. Later on, the amount of work he's put into knowing what he knows will become clear.

(Furora is watching the battle and doesn't see Dantu come up beside her)
Dantu: It's going well, isn't it?
Furora: Dantu! I didn't see you come up.
Dantu: Sorry.
Furora: You never talk to someone without a reason. What do you want?
Dantu: A few months ago, a RedVeggiemon discovered several stone tablets in what appeared to be some sort of ruins. He brought them to me. They were covered in some sort of ancient writing, and I couldn't make any sense of them. Fortunately, one of the Zaasomon at my base is an expert on ancient writing, and he was able to translate them. They tell of an apocalypse that will befall the digital world, and the method to prevent it from occuring. Unfortunately, the most important part of the procedure, the identities of those who can do it, was incomplete. What we translated is: "The energies of the strongest of Digimon will be used by those who can control them. The energies of the four were sealed in chambers, waiting to be unlocked. The first is unlocked by the one of the sky, ______________. The second is unlocked by the ruler of beasts, ______________. The third is unlocked by the one of the trees, Master of plants. The fourth is unlocked by the one who talks with legends, ______________." I think I've managed to fill in the blanks, and it's so obvious that I hate myself for not seeing it sooner. The first blank is probably "Master of birds," the second, "Master of animals," and the third, "Master of mythical creatures." The Master of mythical creatures is Nadoka, the Master of animals is Keio, I am the Master of plants, and you are the Master of birds. The four of us need to locate four chambers and release the energies of the Four. When this battle is over, I plan to begin the search, but I'll need you, Keio, and Nadoka.

Furora: Hmmm sounds fun.... mostly.. *her sarcastic attitude echoed through the tretops*

Dantu: Well?

Furora: Fine fine but you know what dantu . . . if it consists of being in a group.. .forget it... no way on earth am i to do that. I dont do good in groups.

Furora seemed to be glareing at him with both eyes.. the dull blind eye seemed more evily as she narrowed her eyes. Dantu was slightly uncomfortable with this but said nothing.

Furora rilled her eyes and stared at the battle

Furora: i doubt this will die down anytime soon i mean look... this group is going away but theres no telling who is coming next...

Dantu: I know. The sooner we do this, the better. If you don't like groups, that's fine. I'm kind of a solitary person myself. Anyways, you're the person who unlocks the first chamber. When we're done there, you can leave.
Furora: Fair enough.
Dantu: Meet at my base. You've been there, so you know where it is. I need to locate Keio and Nadoka.
Furora: Don't expect me to socialize with them.
Dantu: I won't.

Star: This is the master of Warrior digimon.
Thundermon: Yeah right [i] A that second Thundermon shocked Yami into the ground.[/i]
Star: Hey stop that
Thundermon what you gonna do.
star: Meteor Shower
[i] A rain of stars came falling on thundermon[/i]
Thundermon: Humph Thunder blast
[i] With one blast starmon's on the ground with a tired boy Yami gets up[/i]

Yami: thats it stop now Thundermon!!!!!!!!
[i] His digivice glows really bright from his pocket he takes it out and shines it at Star and the light explodes big enough for it to be seen far from here[/i]
Yami: Star time to digivolve
Star: Starmon digivolve to.........

[i] Starmon slowly changes in the glow of light into his Ultimate form.[/i]

Star: SuperStarmon!!!!
Thundermon: he really is the master
Yami: Now it's our turn to fight.
Star: Oh yeah!!!

Piedmon stopped pacing as soon as the sliding door hissed open. A girl who looked like a purple obsession stepped out, looking half asleep. A pixie fluttered before her and stopped.
?Well, I guess you could say we succeeded.? Grinned Pixiemon. ?This would be Mina.?
Mina?s sleepy eyes opened fully. ?You did have to drag me out of my body and down here, didn?t you??
Pixiemon opened his mouth to answer.
?It was the only way.? Protested Piedmon. ?Being in a perpetual dream won?t be so bad, you?ll see.?
?Will I?? asked Mina skeptically.
?Besides,? said Pixiemon. ?you have a lot of welcome gifts.?
Mina glanced over to the piles of keychains strewn about the room. She shook her head and began to say something before the main door hissed open.
?Wizardmon!? greeted the room in a chorus.
The wizard digimon went straight to Piedmon and Mina. He bowed low and from the folds of his cape, produced a scroll tied with red ribbon.
?From Sorcerimon.? He said as he opened the message. ?My brother has discovered something in the northern mountains, what is it, he wouldn?t tell.?
?Must be important.? Piedmon scanned the scroll. ?Looks like you?ll be going on the road, Mina. Pixiemon, you shall accompany.?
Pixiemon groaned and shivered. ?To the northern mountains? Why don?t you go for once??
?I have other matters.? Explained Piedmon. ?You know Spiral Mountain?s under maintainance.

Furora easily leaped from the tree branch 15 feet from the ground and landed on her feet like a cat. She looked around and shruged. She glanced up at dantu. Her right eye looking at him over her nose. She had her left side to him so she hand to turn her head a little. She smiled and walked back towards where her kiwimon were.

Furora: Hows it going...

One of the kiwimon collapsed out of exaustion and furora sighed. She walked over to the heavily breathing mon and picked it up. Even though it was large she was able to hoist it up and get it out of the line of fire. She placed it in the shade and fanned it a while. it smiled with its eyes at furoras kindness.

Furora: Rest... THE REST OF YOU dont over work yourselves fall back if you cant take much more. let the others take your place

the few kiwimon nodded and kept fireing long range shots.

Star: meteor Crush [i] This time he realese a more powerful one that hits Thundermon who gets up and gets hit by the remain meteors and is KO'ed[/i]

Yami: You ok.
Thundermon: Sorry I thought you were an imposter with this war I couldn't trust anyone.
Yami: Star you took him out quick.
Star: I think your digivice did it.
Yami: Oh I came to ask you to help our communication we need to communicate with one of the Masters to help me understand this war and such more and we need more allies.
Thundermon: Sure
[i] SuperStarmon returns to his main Starmon form and they continue walking[/i]

Yami: I sure hope we see somebody heading back
Thundermon: you mean the reptiles.
Yami: Oh you mean were still in that area.
Thundermon: Yeah I hid here thinking nobody could find me but since the reptiles are living here I stayed on high alert.
Star: Whoah that must be scary.
Yami: Well when we head back maybeJoey err deputymon can have first aid for you. Actully Joey sounds like a good name for deputymon.
Star: Sure.

Dantu: All right. Time for some hunting. (Woodmon and Togemon return to their rookie forns. Dantu opens a portal, and the three of them enter it. They emerge in a room in Dantu's base. Most of the room is filled with computer terminals. Dantu sits down at one and brings up a map of the digital world. He then runs a program to locate Digivice signatures) Let's see... that cluster would be the battle site, that one in the animal domain must be Keio, and this one here wold have to be Nadoka. We'll go for Keio first. (Pause) What the heck? Where is she going? (He runs another scanning program) Kyukimon isn't anywhere near her. She [i]never[/i] lets Keio out of her sight. After that monolouge she gave me it was obvious. But that doesn't matter. Kyukimon must not know that Keio's going somewhere, which probably means that Keio didn't tell her. That implies that Keio didn't want her to come. But why?

I think the main points in the story so far were: Furora-master of bird digimo and Ryouka-master of reptilian digimon joined forces, Haku-master of the mashine digimon (aka Digi Mage has a good, but hiden side that was acidentily heard by Dantu-vegetation, Peach the Salamon and Princess Keio-animals, two last ones leave Keios royal guard Kyukimon and set of to help the good Haku traped in Digi Mages body.

Digi Mage has also unleashed 30 andromon on bird-reptilian alliance. ultimates are fighting and failing as we speak. Dantu, who has portal sistem that lets him move quite freely around the digi world, has just discovered the meaning of ancient propecy that enables four masters Furora-birds, Keio-animals, Dantu-vegetation and Nadoka-mithical to use the "energy of the strongest of digimon". Yami-wariors has only Starmon and Deputymon in his forces, but he's looking for technology(from thundermon) and more troops.

Oh yeah... I think that Renamon's in Ginnys domain and Sage encourages to use rarer digis, but you can newer be certain with this things. Megas are tabu, from some pages ago and I'm not sure you can use Piedmon this early.
