Sara
The elements are all okay individually...they just look a little...off...when taken together. Heh. [I block out CC, because some people don't seem to like it. If you're interested in pointers, highlight the stuff below. If you just want praise, then skim down to the bottom.]
It's sort of a boring pose--interesting ones can be heck to draw, but they do look better. If you've got a lot of patience, try drawing your characters in action positions. It's okay to exaggerate motion. Your pose is kind of awkard--her one hand/arms should be slightly behind her body, not fully visible. Standing like that would be painful, I think. The clothes look too big for the body. It helps to sketch the body lightly and draw the clothes onto it, instead of just drawing head and hands at openings in the shirt. Have some fun with the hair. It looks very stiff--hair can be one of the most fun [and frustrating] things to draw. Experiment with styles and stuff. It almost looks like the wind is supposed to be blowing into her face, but not quite--kind of awkward. Finally, I think it would look really cool if you paid a lot of attention to the sword and really put some detail into it. Swords can be so much fun to draw, and look at.
Good job, anyway! Keep drawing. ^_^
