Gaming Super Mario Sunshine: Bizzare Possibilities (Possible spoilers)

in the most recent issue of Nintendo Power magazine (March 2003), the nominations for awards were shown. One of the catagories was the strangest plot or concept. One nomination for that catagory was from Super Mario Sunshine: [spoiler]Discover that your longtime girlfriend may be the mother of your mortal enemy's son.[/spoiler] We all know that Mario's girlfriend is Peach, and that his mortal enemy is Bowser. That means that [spoiler]Peach and Bowser had a child.[/spoiler] Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Well, I don't know how far you got... but...

[spoiler]Shadow Mario turns out to be Baby Bowser in disguise. He is trying to kidnap Peach because Bowser told him that was his mother. Of course, it's not true... It was just something he made up.[/spoiler]

So I'd guess that's what it is referring to.

At the end of the game, [spoiler]Bowser admits that Peach is not Baby Bowser's mom[/spoiler]. It was just something to make Baby Bowser lure in Mario.
