Gaming a Question

Well my dad is getting a new truck with a PS2 installed. He said I can get around 1-3 games anybody have ideas of good games. Excluding Kingdom Hearts which I'm already getting Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth which I 'm getting when I get enough money shoveling yards from the snow we got. About 10 houses left to go. And Grand Theft Auto Games my parents hate but I like them.

What games are ya interested in? I would say MGS2:Substance since it just came out I thinks. If you like a fighter get, well I think there is alot, but my fav will be DOA2. You already have an RPG out there and a good wrasslin title. It just all depends on what ya like.

Yes, it all depends what kind of games you are interested in. Really like cars? Go with Gran Turismo 3. Rather go with a high-speed racing game? I'd say Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2. Virtua Fighter 4 is an intense fighting game that I would recommend to anyone who likes fighting games at all; it has awsome gameplay, and is even down to $20 now. Tony Hawk's 4 would be for someone who likes extreme sports, and Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance is for someone who likes stealthy action games.

Like I said, it really depends what kind of genres you're into.

A truck with a PS2 in it, well, it sounds like these will be games you will play for short periods at a time.

For that reason i would suggest some FPS such as Timesplitters 2, or Red faction two.

You could also get some racing games, like GT3 or something similar.

I know if it was me it would probably be me and someone else playing some games in the back seat, so those types of games would be perfect.

In the future please try to make your titles a little more descriptive, something like "Good PS2 games" or "What games to buy" will inform people more about the content of the thread, and get you more responses than something like "A question".

You don't really want RPG's because you wont be in the ruck for too long and won't be able to get anywhere in the game fast. I would recommend a fighting game (if you like them)..Maybe Tekken4, Virtua Fighter or Mortal Kombat 5. However it does depend on what types of games you like.

[color=purple]PS2 in a truck sounds wicked and all, but it also has its very crazy side to it. God I would be sick after five minutes!

I would probably recommend FPS games such as Medal of Honor: Frontline, Timesplitters 2, Red Faction 2 or maybe something like The Getaway. A game like Dynasty Warriors 3 would be good I reckon or maybe Tony Hawks Pro Skater 4? I don't know what your into really but also MGS2: Substance is a mega hit to get!

Actuaaly I like most genres it just depends how good the game is to most people.

Yeah I throw up up to when I played when I had PS1. But because the window's open I get used to playing in there.
You guys can keep posting if you'd like I'm not getting the games until saturday but my main list is:

Grand turismo 3, Kingdom Hearts, Smackdown (finally I'm done but more snow in our forecast oh goody.) and I'm deciding between MGS:2 or Red Faction 2.

Thats it untill I either change my mind and I will or more games come up.

[color=teal]Well let me help you with that decision. I think Red Faction 2 will satisfy you more, because you will get more hours out of the game. By the way are you talking about MGS2: SoL or Substance? I think Substance will be a much better improvement therefore you should get that. The graphics are pretty amazing and although that doesn't really make or break a game I find it good!

Substance has [b]alot[/b] of side missions/VR missions and other extra things which is alot better in my mind. It's still your choice at the end of the day. I don't really know much about Red Faction 2 to be honest. I suppose you won't be looking for a multiplayer game in a truck would you? If you are Timesplitters 2 is your answer! Other than that I think you have made some pretty decent choices, but I absolutely despise boring racing games! ¬.¬

Any of those two games is a safe choice though, because you could always buy the other one another day. :D[/color]

Yeah like more the weather man said a few inches of snow to shovel is enough to get more games but Red Faction II's good. But then again I have about 2 1/2 days.

also to note i have 4 other sisters so multiplayer is why im getting GT3 and Smackdown.

The majority of girls in my area don't really like computer games, :( but I still think GT3 will is boring and Smackdown: SYM is a good choice! :) The other game is really up to you, but I would compare some other games/prices before you jump into buying one! :demon[/color]

I't depending mostly moving but sometimes my dad allows me to stay alone in the truck with it on whil he runs in the store for something.

Amazing to say but my sisters and there friends are video game fanatics. There actuallya challenge in some games. I already bought kingdom hearts and smackdown I can still get 2 other games i'm on amazon looking at the main ones i like. Red faction ,GT3, and timesplitters 2
