Semjaza
Like said, Mario 128 is being referred to as the next true Mario sequel by Miyamoto. A lot of people seem to get this confused with 100 Marios, which from what I can tell was totally different. It started off as a demo, and from various interviews I've read... basically transformed into Pikmin. Other than that... Mario Golf, Mario Tennis and Mario Kart are all announced for GC. I'd expect to see a lot about each of them at E3. The only one with a release date at this point is Mario Golf, which is scheduled for July 28th, 2003. Guest Musahi
Originally posted by silentdeath well when do you think that we might be able to find a plot out for this mario 128?
I don't know about a plot but it isn't going to be a sequel to Mario Sunshine. It is a sequel to Mario 64, let's hope they bring back the long jump and other features missing in MS. But right now there isn't much known about it. But their are tons rumors circulating about it being a mario/luigi co-op game, Mario 128 might not be the final name, and a bunch of other stupid crap. Too bad not much has been confirmed about the game.
James
Cyko, WHAT is the point of that picture? It might be nice not to post erroneous attachments. lol Just a thought. ~_^ There isn't much to say about Mario 128. It's in development and it's been in development for longer than Super Mario Sunshine. So it'll be big, whatever it is. Nintendo insists that the game will debut before the end of 2003, despite the obvious feelings amongst game journalists that this is unlikely. Nintendo recently reconfirmed that the game will release before the end of this year. I expect to see a fully playable version at E3 -- so it'll be something to look forward to.

Semjaza
Okay. What is it lately with people posting things that were said just a few posts up already? This is the fourth time I've noticed it in this forum alone. Just two posts up:
Originally posted by James There isn't much to say about Mario 128. Please at least skim what other people posted in the future.
prestongraff
I thought Mario 128 is a mini game on ssbm where you have to kill 128 tiny marios
Desbreko
Yeah, there's an Event Match in SSBM where you have to defeat 128 little Marios, but that's totally separate from Super Mario 128.
