devilmen
as off April 28,2003 Dragonballz no longer by toonami and in there put Classic Zoids. :mrt: :blowingup :evil3:
Transtic Nerve
Well yeah, They'll be done with the series, no need to keep it on. They did it with all the others.
Syk3
Woah, I'm kind of surprised they won't repeat the season, heh. Anyway, I don't remember a time when DBZ wasn't on Toonami on a regular basis. While it's good to give it a break, to an extent, I do think that they could have chosen a better show, but that's just opinion.
Jinzouningen17
They'll probably move it to Saturdays or find out some way to put it into the Toonami schedule for atleast 1 more year(or a few more months. Besides, it is the "Greatest Fighting Show of All Time". [/Tom]). I mean hell, look at G Gundam. They went through that series 3(or 2, cant remember)and they're still runnin it. So I think they'll run the end of DBZ about 2 or 3 more times before they fully cancel it(or atleast run a few more reruns before they bring DBGT on the air.). Eh, we'll see what happens. You can never tell wit Toonami.
Angelus
personally I would like to see them finish the Dragon ball series before they put GT on toonami. I also think it is a good idea to give DBZ a break for awhile. But they should at least show the last episodes more than once, because some people might miss them (people like me). L.A. Rod.
I don't think we have to worry about missing the last few episodes. Knowing toonami, they may very well rerun the entire Dragonball Z series.
JCBaggee
I give it a few weeks before they move it to their Super Saturday line-up and put Dragon Ball back on Toonami. Not that I'm complaining, means it'll be on at a time I can finally watch it ^_^ --Chris
Kent
This is quite a shock to me. Hopefully they will show these kid buu eps a couple more times before they scrap them... And maybe if they are smart they will do a best of series.
spike speigel
It's about time. Seriously, they had it running for like 5 or 6 years, they least they could do is give it a break. This means that I don't have to suffer through the crap when there's nothing on. Don't get me wrong, I like DBZ, but the Buu Saga episodes are horrible. Not to mention, I've had enough of the show. It's about time that they took it off..
Guest Fiasco
...Thank god, maybe now they could put other anime series like Cowboy Bebop moved from Adult Swim to the Toonami line-up or put the much anticipated Trigun on the Toonami line-up. I've seen both, but hey, I want to see if they will dub it.

I doubt they will show Cowboy Bebop on the regular Toonami line-up. They usually like a series that will run for a while so they won't have to keep changing Toonami shows, and Cowboy Bebop is kind of short (26 episodes) and has already been shown to death on Adult Swim. I can see Trigun becoming a regular Toonami show...but aparently it's already committed to Adult Swim. Well, I would rather see it shown less edited, personally, so that may be a good thing. Kevin
My guess is that they will turn the focus more to Dragonball by moving it to the DBZ time slot. Then when they get to where Goku fights Piccolo, they will start to release DBGT. But this all just speculation on my part. I am sad to see DBZ get taken off the air agian. Guest Ramen123
As much as I like Chaotic Century, it certainly has no right to replace Dragonball Z. (Long live Majin Buu!!!) However, as it was mentioned before, Toonami will probably show this saga ten bazillion times before they do away with it.
Vegitto4
Meh. Ther series will be over, and until they get GT dubbed, and ready to air, they will have an open slot. I'm sure they have finally realized that keeping reruns going just irritates those that can't get the tapes and whatnot.
Guest The Bouncer
it;ll be good to see dbz take a break for a while. and you should have seen most of the episodes beacause theyve reran the whole series about 5 times( not including buu) they re run it until they get new episode. and DBGT comes out in fall of this year. \/AnimeFreak\/
I agree, they have viewed DBZ over and over for a few years now. It was ok the first time they viewed it when it was brand new, but now it is just annoying when you know what is going to happen next.
Guest Trunks
I think after DBZ is done Toonami they will be showing GT.
Guest Watinabe
Yhea they well probably but I wont be watching, its all the same...... *The big bad enemy comes* good guys "O no what to do" vegeta "we must train harder" then they win with some losses and while all the time they stall from episode to episode trying to build the unnececary drama which annoys the hell out of me. Guest The Bouncer
they should show the whole Drabonball sereis after DBZ goes off. I hope they doo because they have never show that a million times like they have DBZ
Juu
*twitches* Zoids? I really wish they replaced it with a better show. I absolutely loathe Zoids. Well, I remember watching an episode of DBZ a few weeks ago, and I was totally lost. I haven't seen most of the Kid Buu saga, soo... ^_^; Hmm... I guess it's about time DBZ was cleared off the list. That way it makes room for a few other anime. However, I really wish they brought back Tenchi, or something that wasn't already on the list, instead of just filling up two spaces with the same thing. Nate
Ok, i think it's stupid to take DBZ off. DBZ has been on Toonami since the begining. DBZ is the king of Toonami. Without DBZ, there is no Toonami. Honestly.....Zoids? FUNi's wastenig their time dubbing the Kid Buu saga then. They spent all that money, and pay for the voice actors. To do what? Show it two times, then scrap it. It's stupid.
SaiyanPrincessX
I'm going to really miss DBZ once its off the air. DBZ is what got me into Anime to begin with those many years ago... Most people seem to be getting tired of it but I just love it even more. :bawl:
