I'd give a 9/10 for the top one and an 8/10 for the bottom: I think I would prefer it with only the Japanese written at the bottom, even if the font you've done your name is pretty, it does seem to take up a fair bit of space. Kanji and other Japanese symbols do not corrospond with what you type... ever... plus, there's no spaces in Japanese. It's all one line. I have a pet peeve for useless Japanese in things like that. Th only way Japanese will look good is if it has a meaning, like The Otaku's japanese, which says O-Ta-Ku.... anyway else, especially when you type it like that is just so annoying to me. This one is eye appealing, and the fonts are GORGEOUS! I'd say just make the text as absolutely black and dark as you can, and you're set.
