Corey Posted March 30, 2003 Share Posted March 30, 2003 I'd definitly agree with the American T.V. statement. This made me feel physically sick to my stomach. I was at a concert once and somehow got dragged into the moshpit by my friends. I moshed for a good five minutes and then witnessed someone go down. If anyone doesn't know, when a person goes down in a moshpit they can get seriously hurt. One of the moshpit objectives is to stay up. The man curled himself into a ball and just sat there. I attempted to make my way over to him to help him up but I couldn't. No one was helping him up. I contiues to try and get over there for another three minutes or so. Thankfully, the band noticed the downed man getting trampled and momentarily stopped the show. I thank them with all my heart. The man was taken to the hospital with slight internal bleeding and a broken leg. He would have died if they hadn't stopped the show. People that don't help make me sick. English producers are really pushing their luck too, to see what they can do and get away with.. unfortunately the shows they really push their luck with tend to be most popular, despite the fact that "TV is all disgusting" is a gross generalisation. future girl Posted April 1, 2003 Share Posted April 1, 2003 it isn't the most dusgusting thing i ever saw, but it's all i can remember, there was this dog that had been runover and it had been slit open from the top of it's chest to the bottom and i remember that the blood on the organs and stuff was so red, the color was so vibrant. i just couldn't take the image out of my head. also, once in fromt of my house there was a cat giving labor in the middle of the street and this car came zooming by and it hit it. all the kittens went flying in the air like a balloon had been popped, it was horrible. and one more, once at a concert i was watching the moshpit and this girl jumped in. she pushed this guy and he pushed her back, then she got pissed and she told one of her guy buddies and a whole mess of guys jumped him. they kicked him out of the concert and when he was gone the girl was swinging the pony tail the guy had been wearing around in the air.
