Guest Crimson Spider
This is my guide to taking down those stubborn legendaries, and how to use them. Lets get to business shall we? Articuno: Flying/Ice Base stats: RBY 485 GSC 580 Hit Points: 90 Attack: 85 Defense: 100 Speed: 85 Special: 125 Special A: 95 Special D: 125 Max stats: RBY 1068 GSC 1258 Hit Points: 383 Attack: 268 Defense: 298 Speed: 268 Special: 348 Special A: 288 Special D: 348 Information: Articuno was a favorite of the spanish birds (uno dos tres! I can count!) for its looks alone. In RBY, it was tied with the other birds for second highest special. GSC made it more of a defensive pokemon, but it still packs a punch. Strengths: All around good stats and the rare ice type makes it a powerful foe. It learns techniques such as icebeam and sky attack for STAB, along with several others which I?m not going to mention. Weaknesses: If the Rock type your facing survives the first icebeam/blizzard, it will be flattened by the counterattack. That and the popularly used fire and electric can pretty much chew him to pieces. A more uncommonly used weakness is that Ice is not resistant to water, making any water pokemon trouble for it. Sharkers for Ru/Sa: Many of you may remember that in GSC they made this bird learn mind reader at level 49. In Ru/Sa, they made it learn the 1-hit K.O. trick ?Sheer Cold.? Along with mind reader, this has to be the cheapest pokemon in the game now! To defeat it, I would suggest using water, electric, fire, and rock if your brave. (some of the rock types characteristics are immune to one-hit KO moves) My movesetts: RBY Double team rest icebeam/blizzard skyattack GSC @ leftovers /mintberry/ Miracle berry. Ice beam Reflect/ doubleteam rest/substitute Hyper beam (If used right, it can be powerful) Ru/Sa@ Shell Bell/ Chesto Berry/ Lum berry/leftovers Mind reader Sheer cold Icebeam Safeguard/rest Zapdos Base stats: RBY 490 GSC 580 Hit Points: 90 Attack: 90 Defense: 85 Speed: 100 Special: 125 Special A: 125 Special D: 90 Max stats RBY 1078 GSC 1258 Hit Points: 383 Attack: 278 Defense: 268 Speed: 298 Special: 348 Special A: 348 Special D: 278 Information: Zapdos was the most commonly used and is said to be the strongest of the spanish birds. RBY It was nearly invincible. GSC made him have an unimaginably bad weakness to Steelix. Still very powerful. Ru/Sa only added the almost useless charge to his set. Strengths: Fast and Powerful attack and special attack. Has a pretty large move pool and has the ability to play almost any role in your team from special sweeper to poison/paralysis shuffler. Very few weaknesses. Weaknesses: Ground/Rock mixes rule this guy. In GSC, however, he can learn steel wing that fixes both his problems. So steelix is the way to go on this guy. Or some other pure ground pokemon with a rock attack. Sharkers for Ru/Sa Nothing much to tell. You can naturally learn thunderwave, but that is really all since charge is rarely ever good. My movesets: RBY t-bolt t-wave drill peck substitute/lightscreen or the evasion set that has doubleteam and rest instead of t-wave and sub. GSC @ kings rock/mintberry/miracleberry. t-bolt/thunder (if raindance) t-wave/raindance/ steel wing drill peck lightscreen/substitute/ minty rest Ru/Sa Same set, except have lax incense, Shell bell, Chesto and Lum berry added on. Moltres Base stats: RBY 495 GSC 580 Hit Points: 90 Attack: 100 Defense: 90 Speed: 90 Special: 125 Special A: 125 Special D: 85 Max stats: RBY 1088 GSC 1258 Hit Points: 383 Attack: 298 Defense: 278 Speed: 278 Special: 348 Special A: 348 Special D: 268 Information: Least favorite amongst the spanish birds, but still recommended over ho-oh. RBY was one of the most powerful fire. GSC taught it safeguard, and overshadowed ho-oh. Ru/Sa has the slightly more powerful Heat wave for people who want a change from flamethrower Strengths: Good stats. His high attack lets his naturally learned sky attack to be really powerful. For a while, his sunnyday charcoal (which I recommend against) fireblast was THE most powerful attack in the game! Until Kyroge cane around. Weaknesses: Where to start? Poor mix of elements hurts him more than it helps him. Rock types have breakfast while water trains for the next fight on him. Electrics also do pretty well. Sharkers for Ru/Sa: Overheat may be a valuable asset if you can use it right. Or go with the unlearn able Blast Burn My movesets RBY Flamethrower Hyperbeam Substitute/toxic agility/firespin GSC @ focus band/ you know the berries/leftovers flamethrower return/steel wing safeguard rest/agility Ru/Sa @ focus band/ you know the berries/leftovers/shell bell flamethrower/heat wave return/steelwing safeguard/rest Agility/overheat/blastburn Mewtwo Base stats: RBY 590 GSC 680 Hit Points: 106 Attack: 110 Defense: 90 Speed: 130 Special: 154 Special A: 154 Special D: 90 Max stats: RBY 1278 GSC 1458 Hit Points: 415 Attack: 318 Defense: 278 Speed: 358 Special: 406 Special A: 406 Special D: 278 Information: The evergchanging background of this commonly feared genetic monster. The background in RBY said that they experimented with Mews embryo, while the anime says that it was cloned from a hair. GSC gave us a shimmer of hope with the creation of dark, steel, and megahorn. Strengths: Where to start? Best stats in the game. Pure psychic only gives him a few weaknesses. This guy is pretty much invincible. His large move pool lets him counteract all of his weaknesses, so he has nothing to worry about. Weaknesses: Dark types. Just Dark types. Or if you can, raise up a heracross with a high special defense to KO him in one hit. Otherwise Darks can take down a poorly raised to mid raised mewtwo. But if a person like me gets him, your dead. I have come up with this moveset that will give mewtwo enough hell to take him down, no matter how good the moveset. Houndoom @Quick claw Flamethrower Crunch Spite Toxic This houndoom can take out mewtwo no matter what set you give him. Flamethrower for other pokemon. Crunch to lower special defense and to inflict serious damage. Toxic to poison him (which helps more than you think) and spite to reduce his pp of a valuable move like recover to nothing in a few turns. Sharkers for Ru/Sa: Teach it calm mind and Brick Break. If you happen to face one in Ru/Sa. Shedninja can usually rip him to shreds. My movesets RBY Psychic Amnesia Flamethrower/icebeam/thunderbolt recover/rest GSC @ Kings rock/Focus band/Bright powder Psychic Submission Safeguard/Shadowball/amnesia/barrier recover Ru/Sa @Lax incense/focus band/kings rock/shell bell Psychic Brick Break/thunderbolt/icebeam Add calm mind to the list of GSC recover. Here's another set for Ru/Sa @same Mist overheat calm mind rest mist prevents overheat from taking away special attack. 4/4/2003 Sorry. I was a little anxious to make this. Here the GSC Legends. Raikou Base Stats:580 Hit Points: 90 Attack: 85 Defense: 75 Speed: 115 Special A: 115 Special D: 100 Max Stats:1258 Hit Points: 383 Attack: 268 Defense: 248 Speed: 328 Special A: 328 Special D: 298 Information: Possibly one of the hardest dogs/cats to catch due to his impressive speed always letting him get away first. The technique Calm mind was added the dog/cat trio at level 81. Strengths: Unlike his his RBY counterpart, he?s faster at the sacrifice of his offensives. His pure electric makes him weak to only ground. He learns powerful elemental attacks, but didn?t get the ability to learn the accurate thunderbolt until crystal came out. Weaknesses: Ground types usually have little trouble taking it down due to crunch. Grass can also handle him pretty well. 2 to 4 earthquakes depending if it used reflect or not. Sharkers for Ru/Sa: Calm mind is the only real move of note because the shark-only-so-far volt tackle has a recoil. My movesets: GS @ kings rock/Mint berry/Miracle berry Thunder Crunch Reflect/Doubleteam Roar/Rest For crystal, put thunderbolt over thunder. Ru/Sa @ Chesto berry/lum berry/kings rock Add calm mind to reflect and doubleteam. For both games, @Same as above Thunderbolt roar toxic reflect/rest For a shuffler. Entei Base stats:580 Hit Points: 115 Attack: 115 Defense: 85 Speed: 100 Special A: 90 Special D: 75 Max stats:1258 Hit Points: 433 Attack: 328 Defense: 268 Speed: 298 Special A: 278 Special D: 248 Information: Second in line, Entei was not overlooked like his RBY counterpart. Strengths: Entei is one of the few pokemon where the sunny-beam combo has no drawbacks. He has a really high attack power, but has little to no use for it. Weaknesses: Pokemon that know rain dance. All his weaknesses have trouble with him because of his moveset. I would suggest using another fire type, especially one that knows Earthquake is the best hope. Sharkers for Ru/Sa: With calm mind, overheat, and blast burn, he can become even more powerful than before. My movesets GSC@ leftovers/Mintberry/Miracleberry Flamethrower Sunny day Solar beam return/rest Ru/Sa Shell Bell/Chesto Berry/ Lum Berry/leftovers Same set, except add calm mind, overheat, and blast burn to return and rest. Suicune Base stats:580 Hit Points: 100 Attack: 75 Defense: 115 Speed: 85 Special A: 90 Special D: 115 Max stats:1258 Hit Points: 403 Attack: 248 Defense: 328 Speed: 268 Special A: 278 Special D: 328 Information: Obviously the programmers thought that the public liked Suicune so much that he deserved his own game! His learned moves in Crystal are completely different than in GC. Ru/Sa follows the crystal learned moves. Strengths: MIRROR COAT! Unlike his counterpart, Suicune is pure water instead of being Ice. This leaves him with two weaknesses, both being special attacks. Mirror coat solves all his weakness problems and leaves him 3 open slots to do as you please! Weaknesses: Very few. Beware! If you are fighting a really talented trainer, he will be able to predict your moves so much that he might know exactly when to us his devastating counter move. Use Physical attacks until you are SURE his hit points are low enough. Sharkers for Ru/Sa: Unless you don?t go with mirror coat (for some reason, probably not good) I wouldn?t go with calm mind. Hydro cannon is for a last resort move. My movesets GSC (they are the same for me) @leftovers, mint/miracle berry Surf Icebeam Mirror coat Return/rest/mist Ru/Sa @ Shell bell, chesto/lum berry Surf Icebeam Mirror coat/Calm mind Hydrocannon/Return/rest/mist Lugia Base stats:680 Hit Points: 106 Attack: 90 Defense: 130 Speed: 110 Special A: 90 Special D: 154 Max stats: 1458 Hit Points: 415 Attack: 278 Defense: 358 Speed: 318 Special A: 278 Special D: 406 Information: Moderator of the Spanish Birds. Lugia?s trademark move, aeroblast, is only accessible to those that have silver or can beat PKMN STDM Gym Leader Castle without using rentals. Strengths: Highest stats in the game. Special defense and defense are so high that you barely have to worry about Ghost/Dark/Rock. Electrics can be a problem. His elements don?t offer to many advantages. His extremely large move pool does, however. Weaknesses: Electrics are the main thing. If it knows earthquake, then they might not win. I would suggest using a water type because almost no one teaches it an electric attack. Otherwise this guy is about as tough as Mewtwo! Sharkers for Ru/Sa: It doesn?t learn Aeroblast until level 88. Calm mind is still suggested. My movesets: GSCRuSa (no room or need for new moves) @Miracle/Lum berry, focus band Aeroblast(Silver and PKMN STDM)/psychic Earthquake/ ancient power (imagine if its effect works!) Safeguard/thunderbolt/surf/Shadowball. Recover Ho-oh Base Stats:680 Hit Points: 106 Attack: 130 Defense: 90 Speed: 90 Special A: 110 Special D: 154 Max stats 1458 Hit Points: 415 Attack: 358 Defense: 278 Speed: 217 Special A: 318 Special D: 406 Information: He created the dogs/cats after he saw some pokemon die in the fire and then reincarnated them. Ho-oh?s trademark move, Sacred Fire, is only accessible to those that have gold or can beat PKMN STDM Gym Leader Castle without using rentals. People prefer to use Moltries instead of him because of its higher special attack and less likely to be called cheap by using him. Strengths: Best stats in the game. His large movepool helps to get rid of his weaknesses. Another Sunny-Beamer that has only beneficial effects. His High attack power is overlooked. Weaknesses: Rocks Can usually get in one rockslide before they are destroyed. Electrics and Water can fight him pretty well. Sharkers for Ru/Sa: Ho-oh learns Sacred Fire at level 88. I would not suggest putting overheat on him being he can heal himself. My movesets: GSCRuSa @ Miracle/Lum berry, focus band Sacred Fire/Flamethrower Earthquake/ancient power/Solarbeam (with sunny day) sunny day/safeguard/thunderbolt/whirlwind recover I would like to thank www.pokemondungeon for providing me with the information about their base and max stats. Guest Crimson Spider
Now for the new ones. I?m not going to have a sharkers for Ru/Sa because you don?t need to shark to get these. I would also like to say that stats are calculate much differently so these only seem like Extremely high stats when If you sharked the spanish birds, for example, they would have high stats too. Regirock Base Stats:580 Hit Points: 80 Attack: 100 Defense: 200 Speed: 50 Special A: 50 Special D: 100 Max Stats Base Stats:2004 Hit Points: 364 Attack: 328 Defense: 548 Speed: 218 Special A: 218 Special D: 328 Information: The designers have poor taste in names with these guys. The Regi are known for having braille written around their caves, and on their faces. It?s pretty strange that his body came from different rocks in different places. To get this one. You must walk right two spaces, down two spaces, then use strength. Strengths: His defense is almost award winning. He has a high attack power too. He is a pure rock type, giving him unusual strengths and weaknesses for a pokemon. Weaknesses: His low special attack doesn?t let him counter his weaknesses, which are many. I would suggest a grass type the most, with water second. My movesets: Suggest a brave or adamant personality. @ Shell Bell, Chesto berry, Lum berry, Lieche Berry (the one on mirage island, if you can)/quick claw Curse/ Iron defense Ancient Power Earthquake Rest/Explosion (move tutor) Regice Base Stats:580 Hit Points: 80 Attack: 50 Defense: 100 Speed: 50 Special A: 100 Special D: 200 Max Stats: 2004 Hit points: 364 Attack: 218 Defense: 328 Speed: 218 Special A: 328 Special D: 548 Information: -328 degrees Fahrenheit Is absolute zero (when there is no heat at all), I think. To get Regice (Shouldn?t there be two I?s) You need to press A on the braille slate. After seeing the dots, press A to get rid of the text. Then wait for two minutes. Strengths: One of three pure ice types. He has more special ability than any other Regi. Take advantage of this one?s abilities. Weaknesses: Pokemon with a high special defense put up a pretty good fight. I would suggest A water type. Steel works well too. Another well-worker is fighting. My movesets: suggesting a Quiet or Modest personality @Same as other Regi Rest/Explosion Thunderbolt Icebeam Amnesia/curse Registeel Base Stats:580 Hit Points: 80 Attack: 75 Defense: 150 Speed: 50 Special A: 75 Special D: 150 Max Stats:2004 Hit Points: 364 Attack: 273 Defense: 438 Speed: 218 Special A: 273 Special D: 438 Information: A pokemon that might not be from this earth... strange. This is the Balance of the two. To get him. Stand in the middle of the first chamber and use fly. Strengths: One of the two pure steels (the other one is ruby only!). This pokemon is a little more versatile. Weaknesses: Fighting and Ground mainly. Fire suprisengly isn?t as good against him. My movesets: I would suggest a neutral personality @Same as Regirock. Explosion/Rest Earthquake Thunderbolt/Iron Defense/Amnesia/curse/metal claw. curese/metal clawIron Defense/Amnesia Latios: Base Stats:600 Hit Points: 80 Attack: 80 Defense: 90 Speed: 110 Special A: 110 Special D: 130 Max Stats:2048 Hit Points: 364 Attack: 284 Defense: 306 Speed: 350 Special A: 350 Special D: 394 Information: Yet another poke that I have almost no info about. I know that they are in both games, contrary to many beliefs. They are guardians or something. Their the Eon pokemon (eons are 10,000 years), so they are definitely old. Strengths: Their unusual elemental mix doesn?t give many weaknesses. Her trademark move, Mist Ball, has a 50% chance of lowering the opponents special attack. Latias is more defensive. Her Levitate characteristic protects against the much used ground element. Weaknesses: A Dark type or Ice type should do it. Otherwise, her well-rounded stats don?t leave to many weaknesses. My movesets: A neutral personality is suggested. @ Shell Bell, focus band, Soul dew(for all you sharkers)/leftovers Wish/Recover/rest Psychic/Mist Ball Calm mind/safeguard/light screen Dragon Claw/Thunderbolt/icebeam/earthquake Latios: Base Stats:600 Hit Points: 80 Attack: 90 Defense: 80 Speed: 110 Special A: 130 Special D: 110 Max Stats:2048 Hit Points: 364 Attack: 306 Defense: 284 Speed: 350 Special A: 394 Special D: 350 Information: Both of them can see into a trainers mind and both of them can alter a person vision. In the movie, they first appear as people. Strengths: Latios is more offensive. Latioses move is luster purge, which lowers the special defense. Latios learns dragon dance as well Weaknesses: Same as Latias (their practically identical pokemon after all) My movesets: suggest a neutral personality @ Same as Latias Recover psychic/lusterpurge dragon claw/thunderbolt calm mind @chesto berry Rest Dragon dance Earthquake shadowball. Now for 2 pokes that are far more powerful than Mewtwo! Gruodon: Base Stats:670 Hit Points: 100 Attack: 150 Defense: 140 Speed: 90 Special A: 100 Special D: 90 Max Stats:2198 Hit Points: 404 Attack: 438 Defense: 416 Speed: 306 Special A: 328 Special D: 306 Information: Gruodon is only in ruby. His characteristic makes it sunny instantly. Gruodon created the mountains and valleys in a cataclysmic battle with Kyroge, which left them exhausted. Strengths: Second to highest attack in the game. Really high defense. His base stat total is second in the game! His large movepool and always sunny day give this pokemon no weaknesses! Weaknesses: Umm... A fast water type and a sunny beamer is all that can really fight him. Throw an Ice type at him too. In fact, throw everything! My movesets: Suggest a neutral personality @ Chesto berry/Lum berry/ Lieche berry (for mirage islanders) Earthquake rest solarbeam flamethrower/eruption suggesting a adament personality. @same Bulk up rest Earthquake ancient power/solar beam Kyogre Base Stats:670 Hit Points: 100 Attack: 100 Defense: 90 Speed: 90 Special A: 150 Special D: 140 Max Stats:2198 Hit Points: 404 Attack: 328 Defense: 306 Speed: 306 Special A: 438 Special D: 416 Information: Sapphire only Kyroge makes it rain when he enters battle. There are two orbs that would feed energy to these beasts and stop them from messing around with he worlds ecosystems. He too went into rest after their battle. Strengths: Second to highest special attack in the game. He?s pure water. His high special attack plus stab plus rain dance means he can pretty much OHKO or THKO any pokemon in the game. His large movepool also helps out Weaknesses: Thunder. A pikachu holing a light ball (they can be holding them in this game) could OHKO him with thunder, which will always hit. Otherwise your pretty much gonna throw everything you?ve got at him to take him down. If you are lucky to have Shedninja, 90% of the time he?ll do the job. A Lantern can also eat him up. My movesets: Suggest Modest, Calm, or Timid @ Chesto/Lum berry Surf/spout Icebeam/thunder calm mind rest Now for a poke that has the same stats as mewtwo, but would get his butt kicked by almost everything above. Rayquaza Base Stats:680 Hit Points: 105 Attack: 150 Defense: 90 Speed: 95 Special A: 150 Special D: 90 Max Stats:2298 Hit Points: 414 Attack: 438 Defense: 306 Speed: 317 Special A: 438 Special D: 306 Information: My guess is that this guy is the moderator of Groudon and Kyroge because his characteristic gets rid of weather effects. He live really high up. He is the mewtwo of the gem games. Strengths: This guy is pure offense. With the second to highest offenses in the game, any attack he throws at you is nasty. Weaknesses: Bad mix of elements makes one or two Ice attacks take him down. My movesets: Neutral personality suggested @Chesto/Lum berry Rest Dragon dance/ other move from list below Dragon claw/ Crunch/Surf/Flamethrower/Thunderbolt/Icebeam Earthquake/Extreamspeed/Return/Brick Break/Aerial ace I told you that there were more! I?ll add the sharkers legends later, after I take some pain pills for my fingers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Time for the last installment for my little guide. These are legends that (except for mew, and for japanese people, Celebi) can only be obtained through cheating. Mew Base stats: RBY 500 GSC 600 Hit Points: 100 Attack: 100 Defense: 100 Speed: 100 Special: 100 Special A: 100 Special D: 100 Max Stats:RBY 1519 GSC 1893 Hit Points: 403 Attack: 298 Defense: 298 Speed: 298 Special: 298 Special A: 298 Special D: 298 Information: Mew was classified in the earlier versions as the only real pokegod. Mew is unique in its ability to learn every tm and hm in every game. All the pokemon on the earth are said to have come from it because it has the DNA of all pokemon. Strengths: Largest movepool in the game. He is easily a match for his counterpart. All his stats are identical so you always can tell immediately what his DVs are. He?s pure psychic and can easily counter his weaknesses. Weaknesses: Dark, Bug, and Ghost can inflict super effective damage, but otherwise he really has no weaknesses. My movesets: Way too many!! Though I would suggest softboiled and psychic for each one. Celebi Base stats: 600 Hit Points: 100 Attack: 100 Defense: 100 Speed: 100 Special A: 100 Special D: 100 Max Stats:1893 Hit Points: 403 Attack: 298 Defense: 298 Speed: 298 Special A: 298 Special D: 298 Information: Guardian of Ilex forest, and probably made it. Having the ability to time travel is very serious and deadly if you don?t know what you?re doing. Celebi is only available in the Japanese Crystal version. Strengths: Has good stats. Learns a bunch of strange fun moves that mew would never learn (including recover). Weaknesses: His poor mix of elements leave him weak too: Fire, Ice, Flying, Poison, Bug, Dark, and Ghost, which is more than enough to take him down with relative ease. My movesets: @ leftovers/ Miracle berry or lum berry/focus band Recover/Leech seed (only with leftovers and gigadrain)/rest Psychic ancient power/gigadrain heal bell/gigadrain/solarbeam (if your brave)/toxic Jirachi (Didn?t bother to change the japanese name much, did they?) Base stats: 600 Hit Points: 100 Attack: 100 Defense: 100 Speed: 100 Special A: 100 Special D: 100 Max Stats:2044 Hit Points: 404 Attack: 328 Defense: 328 Speed: 328 Special A: 328 Special D: 328 Information: If I slept for a thousand years and had a sticky note with someone?s wishes on it, I sure as heck wouldn?t grant them! He appreciates good singing and that?s it! No more info! Strengths: Good stats. He learns yet even more unusual moves, including one of his own. It?s called Doom Desire. It?s like future sight except its a steel attack with 120 base power. His unusual mix of steel and psychic leaves him resilient to most attacks. Weaknesses: A fire or ground pokemon should be able to take care of him. My movesets: @Shell bell/ Chesto and Lum berry/leftovers/focus band Wish/rest cosmic power/calm mind/refresh psychic Desire destruction/thunderbolt Deoxys Base stats:600 Hit Points: 50 Attack: 150 Defense: 50 Speed: 150 Special A: 150 Special D: 50 Max Stats: 2044 Hit Points: 304 Attack: 438 Defense: 218 Speed: 438 Special A: 438 Special D: 218 Information: If all pokemon did come form mew, this one didn?t. He?s a giant virus out of a sci-fi movie. Strengths: He?s second in half of his stats, almost last in the others. He?s a strike pokemon, pure and simple. He also has his own move. It?s psycho boost. Exact same thing as overheat, except it?s psychic. Weaknesses: Even with recover, a non-super effective attack will devastate him! He is taken down in about two hits by anyone! My movesets: @Focus band/ Chesto/Lum/Lieche berry/kings rock Psychic Shadow ball Brick break recover/rest/psycho boost That?s all of them. No more! I?m done! Combined the double post. They're not in the game (they still have an excrept when you catch them.) I was blessed wih 15$ so I bought the magic shark. Update on 4/16/03: I just recieved information that Bright powder, leftovers, kings rock, and scope lense CAN be achieved in Ru/Sa through battle tower. You can get them by winning 6 (42) times in a row or by stealing them from and opponent by using thief or covet.
Hyper
Actually all the oldies will be in Ru/Sa. Nintendo has said that they will release E-cards to add in all the others. At leats that's what I've heard form an accurate source. Leftovers and Kings Rock can be found elsewhere too. Leftovers on the S.S. Tidal, and King's Rock in Mossdeep City from a guy outside Steven's house. You might have to have beaten Steven first.

Hyper
You have to go from Slateport to Lilycove, or Lilycove to Slateport. Only then can you explore the ship. Just head downstairs and examine the trash cans. The one in the upper left corner has Leftovers.

Hyper
No its not the wrecked ship. It is the S.S. Tidal. You can explore it. Mr. Briney is there, you get Snatch from someone in one of the cabins. Leftovers is in the bottom of the ship. But no, you explore the ship while voyaging. After your journey, you can just get back on the ship. And you can explore it as well. As long as its between Slateport and Lilycove. While voyaging take a nap to get halfway there. Then take another nap to arrive at your destination. Try it. Go to Slateport/Lilycove and take the ferry to Lilycove/Slateport. You can explore the S.S. Tidal. You cannot explore it while going to the Battle Tower. But trust me on this one.
