There are lots of things I make and do and act like... I play music, I draw, I take pictures (or try to), I make sites and such.

But I don't think I've ever done one thing where I looked back and was like "That's me" or "That captures my personality" or anything remotely like that.

...

If anyone even knows what I mean. I can't explain it much better than that without writing forever.

Finally, a new thread. Finally. Finally. Finally.

Yes, very obviously, I have major expression from my writing. It changes constantly with my mood, it moves and dances with me. Writing's like a good friend when there's no one else there for me.

Music. I don't sing it. But I certainly have some aspirations to be a song writer, if it's possible. Plus I listen to it whenever I write usually. Turn on something that conveys my mood. Music is just a whole different ground for me to express myself somehow.

I think my moods really express me. They do usually come through. If I'm mad, it comes through, seething. If I'm sad, alone, it usually comes through. Somehow.

Mainly just writing, though, as I said. All though it's my dark side I usually edge out when I write--that's where I like to go.

Writing, drawing and spoken word.

That is how I express myself.

However, I also use each of these in a very private way... except writing...

As I consider the writing I do on the boards an expression of myself and my opinions.

Also, I like to teach people... Like, not as in a tutor sorth of thing... More like.. I dunno..

For instance I had a long conversation wihth my ittle cousin and we just taught eachother things we had learned about l;ife.. Also, I've been helping teaching Tai Chi at the community senter...

It's like a natural high..

But it's not really expressing myself, I guess..

I do have some pictures that express me as a person. They're all pretty normal; one is of my old house, another is me wearing a blue dress holding an apple. There's a third one of me, and it's just me sitting in a tree. That's what makes me think, I'm me.

However, as for self-expression, I'd say partly through my writing, and also through acting like someone else.

My friends are another aspect of myself. I have these friends who are wierd, and slightly cooky. Then there are the friends who are considered 'losers'. There are the really confident ones, the ones who write, the ones who aren't confident, and ones who just fade into the background, and I can see parts of myself in them.

Umm... I express myself through alot of things, like writing, painting, dancing, acting, and taking pictures. ^_^

I usually paint or write when I'm in a certain mood. Painting and writing really let me express my mood, and I love doing both of them. I also express myself through dance routines. Depending on my mood, I choose different songs for my dances. Acting is basically the same deal. Depending on my mood, I choose a certain type of play, or movie, and act out the scenes.

My pictures are all pretty different. I usually take pictures of buildings and scenaries, which I really, really love doing. Each of my pictures show my mood during the time, even if it's just a picture of a building.

I've been wanting to post a few of the ones of the Hoste Castle, but my comp's been acting weird at home. x.x;

I express myself through writing, clothing, drawing, and humor.

Writing is cool because I'm able to commit to paper what I couldn't ordinarily say. It's nice being able to use paper as a blank canvas, and basically paint it with my feelings, if you can understand that.

Drawing and painting hold the same advantages. You can tell how someone's feeling just by looking at the styles of their art sometimes. And, you can read deeper into certain aspects of a work and learn where people stand on certain issues. It's pretty cool just looking at someone's work and gaining a deeper understanding of the person behind it.

Humor is just something I do sometimes. By not taking myself too seriously all the time, it's easy for me to relieve stress. As for clothing, well, although there are trends and styles, it's still possible to learn stuff about people based on how they dress. So, I can't help but to express myself with clothing.

That about does it for me.

Well much like Charleh, i try and express myself with humor. I always try and make people laugh, telling jokes, impresstions or just plain old acting stupid. Mainly offline that happens however, becuase it i mostly my action and facial expressions that make people laugh, however i try my best. Charles on the other hand...he's just funny all round *jabs him* Damn you and your funny-ness. I also bring it out myself with anger...kinda, if i'm piseed off, then i am pissed off. I sometimes even start punching walls and shiz o_O. Most of the time though i try and make light of most things, have a laugh. I write and draw, but somehow it doesn't really express me. My band however is another way...being the drummer, i play much better in certain songs, like if i am chilled i play our mellow tunes much better. I remeber i closed my eyes and just played away and when i opened my eyes at the end of the song everyone just looked at me and said:
"F*ckin' 'ell! It was amazing...close your eyes more often!"
Lol. So i do it through music too yeah. Also dress, i'm a MOD so i dress in that kinda gear, Indie style haircut and so on...BLAW!

The End

Well, I like to make up small demos of songs, that I hope to turn into real songs. I do this when I'm bored, or when I have a problem I really want to get out of my system, without upsetting people.
I do a lot of art too, most it having some type of strange link to what I'm feeling at the time. I also make stupid, random banners too, I find it helps!

I try to express myself through writing. I've got plenty of stories handwritten here, stuff that I just begin to write when I get the slightest hint of an idea. I've always been pretty good at writing stories, and I think I'm getting better. It's just something that allows me to let my imagination run wild.

I like music, too. I love singing (when family and friends aren't around, or else I turn into a nervous wreck), learning to play the piano and guitar; even though I haven't practised with either in a long time, I still like to sing.

Being crazy lets me express myself too. No, not locked inside a padded room crazy, but "hey, you should jump off that" kind of crazy, where I will actually do it. :p
