He was on his computer, which is where he always was when he didn't have anything he needed to do) Guilmon: What are you doing? David: You know that writeing we found? I'm trying to translate it. I think I'm making progress here. I've compiled what I think is a translation algorithm, and I'm ready to try it. Running program now. (He activates the algorithm, and the meaningless characters on the screed turn into English writeing. David reads it) Oh, ****. This is [i]not[/i] good. Guilmon: What? David: I'll explain later. I've got to contact the others. (He logs on to the Internet and writes an E-Mail. He sats the contents out loud as he writes, because it helps him concentrate) To: All people in address book. Subject: Urgent. New mission. Extremly Important. Body of message: I've uncovered information that allowed me to learn of something that could destroy theentire digital world. We need to meet. Come to my house as soon as you get the message. This looks like a long one, so come prepared. From: David. Send message. (He sends it) There. His room is painted with a mixture of blue and grey and has four posters on the wall: Avril Lavigne, Linkin Park, No Doubt, and Mark Mgrath. He goes to his computer and moves the mouse. A box comes up asking for his password. He types it in and his desktop is seen. The wallpaper is of Holly Marie Combs (Piper Halliwell). He connects to the internet.] Patamon: We gonna go to the Digital World or what? Josh: Hold on, lemme check my email. Patamon: Oki-Day. [He opens a window and his inbox appears. There is a message entitiled: Extremely Important. From David. He opens it and reads the body] Josh: Oh god...damn it! Patamon: What?! [Patamon jumped at the outburst] Josh: I'll explain on the way. We need to get to David's house! [He stands up, packs a back-pack full of supplies, says goodbye to his Frat brothers, and locks his door. She went to her email and opened it. It was from David. It was titled Very Important! Amber:Come on Blade(Her nickname for Blade Gabumon)we gotta go to David's house. Blade:Great let's get going!! Amber:Wait a minute Blade!I gotta get some stuff first! [she got her blue backpack out of the cupboard and started to pack what she thought was important.Then she quickly had a change of clothes and ran out the door.] Amber:Mum,Dad!I'm going out.I might not be home for a few days!! Mum & Dad:Okay Amber!Take care of her Blade!! Blade:Of course! Then Amber and Blade ran out of the door and started running. David: I don't know much, but I give you what I've got. i managed to translate that writing we found on our previous mission. It concerns something called "Equinox". I don't know exactly what Equinox is, but it's deadly. Whatever it is, it has the capability to destroy the digital world. Chaos: We've faced that problem before. David: But not like this. Equinox is a device. A machine of some kind. And I'm willing to bet that the missing wall peices were taken and translated by someone. there are probably others after Equinox. We need to destroy it, but I don't even know where it is. Our first goal is more information. Then, we need to find and destroy Equinox before anyone else gets their hands on it. "I donno." said Salamon. "Smells funny though." Mia looked around the area. Nothing much but grass and trees. "What does it smell like?" asked Mia. "And don't tell me it's...." "FOOD!" Salamon giggled and rushed off in the direction of a clump of trees. ".....food." Mia finished. She shook her head and went after her best friend. David: There are ancient writings all over, but they're all in an underground tunnel network of some kind. The entrance is locked electronacly. The correct code has to be sent for it to open. Blade:Blade Gabumon Digivolved tooooo.......Blade Garurumon!!! Amber got on Blade's back and they rode off to where Mia and Salamon were headed.Soon they found them sitting down eating fruit.They picked some fruit and put it in Amber's backpack for later. They all climbed up onto Blade's back and rode back to the others. Josh and Pegasusmon were back and they were talking to David. Amber:They're back!! Josh and David looked up to see Amber,Mia and Salamon all riding on Blade's back.As soon as everyone got off Blade de-digivolved to Blade Gabumon.Then they all huddled around to see what Josh and Pegasus had seen. Amber:Hey.What's happening? Chaos:Oh nothing much.My life's pretty boring.You? Amber:Same as usual. They both watched their digimon talking. Chaos:Blade's a very interesting digimon.Don't you think? Amber:Yes,actually he is.The digiegg I found him in had the same horn on his head poking out of the top.And when I saw it,it was glowing.Almost as if asking me to pick it... "We're in the Digital World." "Sure." said Mia. "As soon as we figure out what's wrong with it." Salamon gave up. "There were two more tamers." Josh said to David who nodded. "Mmm-Hmm." David made his final adjustments to his program. "I think we're ready to go in." "Great." said Mia. "Sooner we save this world, the better." We don't even know who the enemy is yet, only what they're probably after. And we don't know crap about what they're after, either. We only know that it's dangerous. We need more information, and that's why we're here. (A loud beeping noise is heard) Uh-oh. That's the proximity alarm. It goes off when a Digimon at the champion level or higher that isn't one of ours is in the area. Mia: Does that mean what I think it means? David: Yep. We've got trouble. Josh: Oh, great.
