However, I wouldn't let your guard down if I were you. We don't know what's going to happen, and don't forget, this is no ordinary Digimon. Keade: What do you mean by that? David: This is a test of some sort, I believe. We're trying to gain entrance to an underground chamber that might contain information on something called Equinox. She knew what this journey home meant to Salamon and now she couldn't even take part in it! "Well, you could try.." began Mia. But Salamon already grinned. "Mikemon." she said. "Then i'll be small enough to handle Growlmon and trick SkullGreymon." Mia smiled. Her digivice glowed pink.... "Salamon digivolve to....Mikemon." A small lithe tiger cat stood in Salamon's place,ready for another battle. ******* Meanwhile..... It watched the tamer with interest. Its ever shifting eyes took in all that happened when they come to the Digital World. [I]A digimon as corruptable as that would make easy prey.[/I]It thought. David: Growlmon, distract him. (Growlmon runs towards SkullGreymon. when SkullGreymon tries to hit him, he begins to literally run circles around SkullGreymon) Amber: Clever. Mia: Prepare to attack. David: Not yet. Not yet... (Growlmon stops, and SkullGreymon turns to face him, leaving his back to the others) Aim for the thing on it's back! attack now! She ran up and did lightning speed attacks, kicks punches and different moves known in kung fu. She landed after hitting skullgreymon a huge amount. She then ran around him like growlmon did but she was much faster.. speed was her specialty. She speed up Leigh: Digi-Modify! Hydro-Speed Activate! (hyper speed card gets speed, Hydro speed is super speed with fluidity..she can move fluently like water) Turuie: Sweet! DustTunnel! (made up attack) She ran around liek a blur and crteated a small tornado around skullgrymon. it picked him up and spun him around a bit making him extreamly dizzy, then it dropped him. Turuie: Yeah heah! Turuie skidded to a stop next to leigh. Blade fired off shots at SkullGreymon.Blade dodged in and out of the other digimon trying to get closer to SkullGreymon.When he was close enough he fired a large Blade Blaster at it.It roared in fury.The others all took that chance to attack close up. "They want the Equinox information...power hungry little brats." Then he turned to the tamer of the desired Salamon. He hadn't seen her up close and now she was different than anyone else. He shook his head to get rid of the strange feeling. He continued to observe Mia. She was attached to Salamon and the creature knew it, but she would never accept him in her place. He leapt on to a nearby tree to mark the direction in which the group traveled. ******* Mia turned her head. The tree above her rustled softly. "Wind?" asked Salamon. "Could be." said Mia. David: I'm reading the information. It appears to be a manual of some kind. I think it's for Equinox. It has a lot of stuff we don't need, seeing as how we want to destroy Equinox. Wait. Here's something. Keade: What? David: Equinox is a mobile weapon. It's extreamly dangerous. However, it needs a specail power source. It's hidden with the Equinox device, but requires a seperate key to enter. that's good. It means that we have an advantage. We only need one key. The enemy needs both. (He takes out his laptop and calls up a map of the Digital world. He marks the sets of coordinates) Interesting. Mia: What? David: Watch this. (He pushes a few buttons, and the points become connected by lines. The lines form a symbol: A six-poined star with a circle set on it so that the circle intersects the star at every intersection of lines that is not a point of the star) The points form a symbol when connected. the same symbol on the floor and ceiling of this chamber. Lopmon and Salamon noticed a human form at the end of the chambers. It leaned on the right side of a wall. Both of them stopped about 13 feet from the form. Mia: What is it? Salamon: A human form about 10 feet from us. Can you see it? David: Yeah i see it. *shouts to the form* Who are you? ???: Come with me. If you go along this road you will see that a digimon is waiting to attack. Calicomon, let us meet these people. David's thoughts: That voice... it's so familiar... who could it be? The 6 trainers and 6 digimon looked to see a dark brown haired girl with light orangish-brown streaks. She was 5'3 with big sapphire eyes and was wearing a black hooded tee top that had the words Got Grr? on it and dark blue jeans. She stepped forward towards them. She knew that only 3 digimon knew how to do that... Renamon, Lunamon, and DarkRenamon. Calicomon: Who's there?!?! ???: You know me and you don't know me. I know your partner, but I don't know you. I am the one with the sun and moon. I am the one that protects all things in the digital world. Saffire: Let me guess, Lunamon and Renamon. Suddenly they hear an anime style fall from close by. Saffire turned to the sound from behind her. She saw two kitsune-like digimon. Saffire: Well, well, well. If it isn't my old partner, Renamon? and my very old friend Lunamon. Lunamon/Renamon: Good to see you too. Renamon: Saffire, I have news for you. It seems as though the digimon that attacks you are being controlled by Harpymon. She uses her Silent Symphony and along with a new power. I can't tell what it is. Lunamon: All we know is that it is dangerous. Be careful. *teleports to somewhere and comes back* Here. *hands Saffire a strange device* Use this. This will help you to take the power away from Harpymon. (He takes out his laptop and brings up the translated writings from the chamber they just left) Something I saw in the writeing I dismissed, because it didn't seem relevant. Mia: What? David: Oh, ****. Oh, ****. Keade: What? David: The symbol I showed you? In the middle of the open space enclose by the symbol is where Equinox is. The six points are where the keys to unlock it are. The intersections of the star and circle are where the keys to unlock the power source are. And halfway between each of those is a chamber with one peice of a different key. One that unlocks a very nasty Digimon. I think that Digimon is behind this. The Harpymon mentioned probably located the six pieces to unlock it, and was given this new power as a reward.
