He simply grinned hideously even as Megidramon and Magnadramon winged in circles around his monstrous form. "Holy Tornado!" cried Magnadramon as Megidramon launched his own attack. The flames began to char the bone. LordKabuterimon winced. "Hah!" Magnadramon grinned and arranged her claws to point at the insect. "Take that, you walking exoskeleton!" Mia blinked from underneath. Where did Magnadramon learn such a word...and that gesture? LordKabuterimon roared. This time, he used SupremeKabuterimon to launch an assault. Magnadramon tumbled to earth on such an unexpected attack. Mia ran to her dragon angrily. "This idiot doesn't fight fair." she growled. "Let's show this servant of darkness the light!" Magnadramon reverted back to Salamon. "Join the fight." she said. Mia's digivice glowed. A beam of light spiraled between the two, connecting their souls. Salamon biomerge to....Ophanimon! A blue and gold angel burst out of the light. She didn't exhibit the dragon's violent ferocity, but had her own wild beauty and strength to battle with. She sported an intricate javelin and a shield with a unicorn's daggerlike horn. It looked fantastic, but was a deadly weapon even if used for defense. Mia nodded. Another difference between Magnadramon and Ophanimon was that Ophanimon took things more calmly and was not pulled into complete savageness of battle. She was a competent strategist. "Gallantmon," the angel called. "Do you see the energy maintainance to the copy?" Gallantmon searched and spotted tiny bolts of lightning passing between LordKabuterimon and his copied slave. He growled and affirmative. "Suppose we attck at exactly when they pass..." began Ophanimon. "...we should disable the copy." finished Gallantmon. "Watch for it now." (Both attacks are sent at the point where the energy leaves LK. They hit just as there is some leaving, sending LK staggering back, as well as disrupting the energy flow. SK flickers for a second, then dissapears) It worked! Gallantmon: All right! Now we can focus on LK. LK: I'm through playing games! I don't need the copy to defeat you! I can do it myself quite easily. Gallantmon: Why don't you proove it? LK: With pleasure. Insectoid Destroyer! (LK glows breifly, and then a large number of energy blasts thak look like various insect Digimon emerge from him and strike Gallantmon and Ophanimon. "All this evolution is taking the hyperactivity outta me." "Good enough." said Mia and winked. Salamon digivolve to ...Mikemon. Mikemon matrix digivolve to....Bastemon. A beautiful catwomon stood in her place. She wore very seductive clothing to match her eyes. Her lower face was covered with a purple veil as her flaming hair shimmered down in a braid. Her spotted pants ballooned out and her tail clinked with two rings. "Yay..." giggled Bastemon in pleasure. "I'm sooo cute.." Mia shook her head as Guilmon stared at Bastemon. "We've been through this, Sal." she said. "No showing off...especially to anyone bigger than you!" "Perhaps I should teach her a lesson." growled LordKabuterimon as he crackled with power. "Oh shuttup, honey," scoffed Bastemon. "I can take you anywhere,anytime..." "It's a phase." explained Mia as David was trying to analyze Bastemon. "Uhh-huh." was all he said. As Omegadramon fought, she fell..... hard.... and she did not get up. Omegradramon digivolved back to Tigramon. This was the form that Saffire found her in, but when she let her digivovle, she liked being in the Champion form. But now, Tigramon was determined to stay in the Rookie stage. Saffire: Tigramon! That's it! *digivice glows* Biomerge to! Saffire was flown into the air as well as Tigramon. They became... OOC: I forgot about that.... Calicomon's, well, I mean Tigramon's biomerge is not Symphanimon, but it is............ i'll edit this.... i forgot what another word for star in japanese is...... (He fired a [i]huge[/i] electric blast at the biomerge-in-progress, cancelling it and sending Saffire and Tigramon to the ground. We need to stop the energy flow before we can take him out. And that means finding and destroying the Harpymon acting as a conduit, which should cut off the flow. But that safety was near Harpymon's "lair", but the kids didn't know that. David got out his laptop and started searching for another safe hideout. Or it would be, if not for a pretty large problem. Mia: Now what? David: The energy flow has made Harpymon much stronger than normal. While we could easily take him right now, it's probable that the energy flow will be temporarily increased, meaning that Harpymon will be even stronger. Keade: So, what do we do? David: We disrupt the energy flow from Harpymon to LK. Problem is, Harpymon can reinforce the stream. So we need to distract Harpymon first. Leigh: So what's the plan? David: All the Digimon will engage Harpymon. While the battle is in progress, I'll work on disrupting the stream. Saffire: And how will you do that? David: Simple. This world is made of computer data. This means that I can basically hack in to the program for the energy stream and essentially deleate it. You'll just have to keep Harpymon busy while I do so. They simply battled with talon and claw. "It's easy as long as they didn't recieve more intelligence along with the power boost." said Bastemon. She stepped in front of the lair. "Hellooo..." Her call was answered by a volley of shrieks. Shuffling and scratching inside the cave were followed by red and white bird women. They had wicked looking talons and their eyes gleamed with eternal hunger. Bastemon raised an elegant eyebrow. "Come, my dears." she chuckled. "And face doom." She laughed insanely and quieted herself. Mia shook her head. "Well, do something." The Harpymon flew with blinding speed. "Wind Seeker!" one screamed. The winds arced into a cutting blade and spun forward. Bastemon flung a clawed hand to intercept it. The attack dissipated, but Bastemon winced as her hand leaked red data. "Man, they're beasts!" Get ready for the Big Bang! Mia: It's time Bastemon! Saffire/Mia: Warp Digivolve! Bastemon: *turns back into Salamon* Warp Digivolve to..... Magnadramon! Tigramon: Warp Digivolve to....... Omegadramon! The Harpymon were distracted by MBGarurumon and MetalGarurumon as the two digimon started to digivolve into their Mega forms. Mia and Saffire looked to their digimon. Omegadramon: Let's take down these bird-brains! Magnadramon: I'm with you! Watch out! A Harpymon used Wind Seeker towards Omegadramon and nearly caused her to be cut. Omegadramon: Lunar Tornado! Sakura/Chaos: Blade Ice Wolf Claw/Ice Wolf Claw! Saffire/Mia: Solar Flare/Solar Storm! My guess is that in order to better protect the stream from Harpymon to LK, security measures were transferres from the stream from Milleniummon to Harpymon. That stream should be simple to delete. True, there will be no more constant energy supply, but Harpymon will still be a lot stronger than it should be. We'll certainly be able to win, but we have to do it in five minutes or the connection will be reestablished. Chaos: That should be simple. Leigh: David, how strong will Harpymon be? David: I don't have an exact figure. All I know is that it will be somewhere between one and five times that of a standard Mega. But we'll have an advantage, too: numbers. Saffire: Omegadramon, we haven't tried out 3 attacks. Which one to start with? Omegadramon: Omega Flame is the only one I haven't done in this form. Saffire: Do it. Omegadramon flew high into the air, right near the sun and and absorbed a sliver of its energy and then started to crash towards Harpymon. Everyone stared. Omegadramon looked so bright. Keade: Are you sure? David: No, but I'm saying it's possible. (The smoke clears, and Harpymon is on the ground. It's hurd, but still able to fight) See? Always plan for the worst. Leigh: It looks hurt. It souldn't be too hard. David: Nope. (The Digimon all attack it again, and this time it dissipates into data) Now it's gone. All right. The digimon de-volved into their rookie or champion forms. Keade: My feet are killing me! Terriermon: Your feet? I'm the one that's draggin' these ears! Saffire: Hey David? Maybe we should stop. Everyone else: *throws words*Yeah. Let's stop. Man, I'm tired. Got any food? I'm hungry. We should stop. David: *turns* Alright. We can stop here. Hey there's a pond, or some type of water nearby. David: I just might know already. Leigh: Probably not. Let's hear what you think. David: Okay. Your parents were drug addicts who weren't married. Your mother was impregnated by mistake. She had twins, a boy and a girl. You and your brother were sent to an orphanage, and you were eventually adopted by two totally different families. The two of you never saw each other again. Am I right? Leigh: H... how did you know that? David: I just said that you and your brother never saw each other again. I now know that that's wrong.
