RPG Digimon: Equinox

[Revelation]

Saffire looked around the lake. She walked around to a far end by herself. She got out mini flute and started playing. A Gabumon came up to her and sat down. Saffire looked at it. It looked so familiar. She then knew who it was.

Saffire: Long time no see.
Gabumon: Yes. You're father hasn't called Matt.
Saffire: Hmmm. He's dead. I live with my mom now.
Gabumon: I'm sorry to hear. Is that the flute that Matt gave you?
Saffire: Yeah. Can I be alone, Gabumon?

Gabumon nodded and left. Saffire stared down at the water and noticed that half of her face was gone. She closed her eyes then reopened them and saw that her other half was her little brother Michael. She missed him so much.

Leigh: But... you... what?!
David: It's true, Leigh. (A beeping noise is heard) Damn it! The proximity alert always happens when we're in the middle of something. (He takes out his laptop) Let's see what we're up against.
Keade: I think I know.
David: You're probably right. It's LK.
Keade: I knew it.
David: All right. Here's the plan. LK has probably learned from our last encounter. It's likely that he's found some way to hide the energy connection to his insect copies, so we probably won't be able to attack that. Instead, Guilmon and I will take on the copy while the rest of you attack LK. Now get ready. Let's do this.

[Revelation]

Saffire looked to Tigramon. Then they got up and ran over to David and the others. Mia looked at her. Saffire looked like she was going to die. Then suddenly a rumble came. Followed by a roar. And LK.

[Mina]

"This is getting kinda old.." sang Salamon as she rushed off.
LordKabuterimon stood still, growling deeply. His claws crackled with energy.
"Copy time!"
A dark shape loomed outward and took form. It was a beautiful woman at least till her lower torso. The rest of her body consisted of the shiny armor of a scorpion. Her arms were heavily clawed and glinting spines arched down her back. She opened her seductive green eyes and grinned maliciously.

"Now shall you deal with me." she crowed in a sonorus voice. "Behold, Selketmon, the Goddess!"
She snapped her pincers once, vibrating the very air.
"Goddess indeed!" scoffed Salamon, whose pride in all things pretty looked to outmatch all else. "I'll show you a Goddess. Mia!"
Mia sighed. "Fine...."
"Salamon biomerge to.....Ophanimon!"

Ophanimon stood before Selketmon in all her gold and blue glory. The insect queen twisted her beautiful face into a grimace.
"Beautify this! Sahara Storm!"
A golden whirlwind of sand erupted from the ground, making straight for Ophanimon.

David: This is [i]not[/i] good. All I know about this one is that it was once feared by even the strongest Digimon, until one day it was defeated.
Leigh: Who defeated it?
David: I'm not certain, but based on the data I have, I've got a pretty good guess.
Keade: Who?
David: You might just find out. What? (He watches as LK leaves) Huh. Must not think we stand a chance, so he's taking care of other business while we deal with this thing.
Chaos: And it might be right.
David: I think not. I hope this works. Biomerge activate!

Guilmon biomerge to: Gallantmon

(All of this had occurred while Selketmon and Salamon were having their exchange. When Selketmon attacked Ophanimon, Gallantmon jumped in the way of the attack. He took the hit, but it didn't seem to do much to the suddenly glowing Gallantmon)

Gallantmon mode-change to: Crimson Mode

Gallantmon Crimson Mode(GCM): Nice try, but not good enough. Now it's my turn. Let's do this.

[Revelation]

Saffire called for Tigramon. They stood together and waited. Selkhetmon attacked, GCM shieled himself. Ophanimon and GCM attacked the copy digimon.A fierce battle was giving way. Suddenly, Ophanimon was blasted backwards. Luckily, it didn't damage her too much. She got up and she fought back.

[Mina]

Ophanimon stood up in a second. Some obscure little bug princess wasn't going to best her at anything.
"Sefirot Rod!" the golden javelin streaked past GCM.
Selketmon countered with another Sahara Storm. The sand and the javelin seemed to grapple for a while, but soon Ophanimon's weapon came hurtling back.

The angel raised her decorated shield and her javelin fell harmlessly into her hand.
Selketmon laughed musically, turning her attention back to GCM.
"Moron..." Ophanimon gripped her javelin hard.
/Calm down./ Mia said to Salamon. /Try and find somekind of weakness./
/How?/
Mia didn't answer.
Ophanimon launched yet another attck. "Sefirot Crystal!"

A diamond colored flame rushed down and drove into Selketmon. The Goddess let loose a terrible cry. Her golden face twisted unpleasently and she hissed baring glinting fangs.

Selketmon: You'll pay for that!
(Ophanimon notices GCM behind Selketmon)
Ophanimon: You might want to watch your back.
Selketmon: Why?.
GCM: Here's why! Crimson Blast! (GCM holds out his weapon, and a large energy blast is fired from it. It hit's Selketmon in the back of the head, and the force of the blast knocks her over. GCM flies in close) Crimson Strike! (GCM's weapon begins to glow, and he strikes Selketmon in the head with it) And now to finish you off. Crimson Blazer! (GCM starts to glow. He spins around very rapidly, with his weapon held out. He spins right into Selketmon, who is knocked into a nearby tree, kicking up quite a lot of dust) Take that!
Chaos: I thought you said that that thing was feared by even the strongest Digimon.
Saffire: He has a point. That didn't look too hard.
GCM: That is strange.
(The dust settles, and Selketmon is seen standing there. She looks like she was never in a fight)
Selketmon: Although I [i]am[/i] incredibly powerful, that is not my true strength. My true strength comes from the ability to instantly heal all damage dealt by any Digimon that is not of either the Evil type or an Angel Digimon of the Virus type. Scinec none of the Digimon here are of that type, you can't destroy me.
(GCM seperates into David and Guilmon)
David: That's not quite true. Guilmon, do it.

Guilmon warp-digivolve to: Megidramon

David: Megidramon is classified as an Evil Dragon Digimon, and therfore is quite capable of harming you.
Saffire: Do you think he can handle it?
David: No, but he might not be alone.
Selketmon: Megidramon isn't even worth my time. Whatever you have planned better be good. I want to have some fun.
David: You'll get more than you can handle. Leigh, listen up.
Leigh: What? Is there something I can do?
David: I want you to focus on all the hate you have. It shouldn't matter what the hate is directed at, only that you focus on it.
Leigh: What good will that do?
David: It might be enough to change what Lopmon digivolves into. Lopmon has and alternate Mega form. Lopmon should be able to reach that form if you focus enough hate. That form is an Angel Virus.
Leigh: Okay, I'll try.
(After a few seconds, Lopmon begins to glow)
David: It's working.

Lopmon warp-digivolve to: Cherubimon

Selketmon: This will really be quite entertaining.
