Shinobi
I was wondering, if anyone has went to see Cradle 2 The Grave, the newest action movie from Jet Li. The rapper DMX is one of the two main characters, Jet Li being the second. The director of Exit Wounds and Romeo Must Die was the director of this small number, and it was amazing. The action was superbe, the plot was good and I liked it how i tswitched from some peoples situation to other peoples. I won't say anymore becuase i don't even want to add spoiler in this first post...that's how good it was. The only critisism i have of this film was the final fight scene, the same old: Fire Jet Li one on one with enemy Rain That was a little annoying. This film is one of the best films i have seen latly, so anyone else seen it?
SaiyanPrincessX
I wanted to see it so bad, but I never got too. I heard it was good. Whee.. Martial arts! ^^
Transtic Nerve
I saw it. I didn't know DMX could act so good. I liked it and found the addition of Tom Arnold as realllly good even though I'm not a fan of his work. He provided the "white man's" touch to the film... and that big tank thing... yeah that probably helped. He was pretty funny too. Anyway, for once in a Jet Li movie, Jet Li wasn't the main character. I think both DMX and Jet had equal, if not DMX having a bit more, amount in the movie. They did Romeo Must Die before this, although the role of DMX in that movie was susquentially less. I enjoyed the movie, it's like any other Jet Li film... wait, I take that back... like any RECENT Jet Li film. The filming is good, his martial arts is good, but a little over exagerated, much like in Romeo Must Die and The One, although the one was still, apart from the computer animations, less exagerated than this and Romeo... Good movie, if you liek Jet Li, or any action flik, you'll like this one.
conpiracymonki
I've only seen the first disc *cough* ¬.¬ Seems pretty good so far. I have one suspicion though..
There's something more to the black diamonds right? There always is... -.-'
But yeah. DMX only got about 10 lines in 2 scenes in Romeo Must Die, lol.
Charles
My main problem with this film was that it was too typical. Why does it seem like every Jet Li movie ends with him fighting in a ring of fire while it's raining? How many times do we have to see someone's daughter get kidnapped in a Jet Li film? lol I thought the movie was pretty entertaining. The film's introduction and the ultimate fighting scene were probably the high points. The kart chase was fun, as well. It certainly wasn't a must-see, though. Shinobi
I agree it was too pradictable, but i still loved it and think it is a must see, although thats only my opinion, i do however think that any action or jet li movie fan would love this film. Oh, Ajeh...*nods*

Oh yeah, The One had sparks... heheh.... lol.
conpiracymonki
Once Upon a Time in China 2 didn't have fire or rain at the end =p Just the usual fight in a dark alleyway in the early hours of morning -.-' But anyway, this black diamond thing is annoying. What do they do? Could someone spoiler-add it in? *wonders what people could try doing instead of fire and rain...*
Semjaza
I'm still surprised this isn't a Steven Seagal movie.

I'm trying to remember)
The are compressed plutonium or some type of atomic material that when ionized or somethign with some weird lazer creates tons of power, more so than an atomic bomb or something.
Maybe thats really wrong... maybe I'm mizing stories... but I think thats it.
