Solo Tremaine
Valkyrion pondered this for a while. "We only have one piece of Exodia. A dark soul on it's own shouldn't be enough to control all of him." He paced around, deep in thought. "Having all of the parts at the same time is only the key to unlocking his soul. The body is sealed by magic within the slabs themselves. It may be possible to release him by other means, but how is another question." Silistra rested on her staff. "Perhaps we should just unleash the Dark Hole." Everyone turned round to her, stunned. "The Dark Hole's ridiculously powerful. It could destroy the whole Light Realm!" Mared gaped. "But, theoretically, it could destroy the while Dark Realm, too." she protested. "The world can't exist without a balance. Even if we destroyed every last Dark monster on the planet the realm would still exist, and they would return. It's just too powerful." Faith explained, idly twirling her staff around. "We have to think of something to do." Neo folded his arms, watching Rydia fiddle with her bow. Mared flicked through some pages in the Registry book. "There is a powerful magic which may be able to help us- the Change of Heart. If we could use it properly, we may be able to change Dark Necrofear's alignment." "What would that achieve?" Chaos asked. "Dark Necrofear was summoned to take control of Exodia- when in Spirit form, she can possess any monster she wishes. At least if she were on our side she'd possess Exodia for us rather than them." "Are you sure that's how it works? Surely she'd still be an element of the Dark Realm?" Melody asked, holding Feyd and Kuriboh in her arms. "Well..." Mared wasn't too sure. It was an ancient spell, one that had not been practiced in centuries. "Wouldn't it just take control back of the monster which had been possessed?" Valkyrion suggested, pulling a Millennium Shield from the wall and admiring himself in the mirror with it. Mared shrugged. "I've no idea. Perhaps it would allow Exodia to let someone else inside him to do battle with Dark Necrofear." "How many people are there left who can practice the Change of Heart magic?" Valkyrion asked. "Only one." "And they are?" Silistra asked. Mared turned to Melody. Nexus_storm
From behind them, a murmering sounded. It was Nexcii. the spell had given him a few more hours to aid his friends, before the dark realm took him again. Although, his attitude towards every one had changed, he still had an awe of goodness flowing through him, it was slowly diminishing in him and he had one chance. He slwly moved to his feet, but shook, so put more weight on his staff. he shook his head trying to clear it briefly. He raised his hand up, and concentrated briefly, dark energy started to flow in to his hand, both healing himself enough to stand, but also he started chanting. it seemed that he had started using the dark hole. "but he cant use that spell" some one yelled from a little way away", Nexcii smirked, this was a gift from doma. he wanted me to destroy you, granting me the ability to do this once, and with my natural ability to use yami, this is going to be a lot more powerful then you can imagine" You have 1 hour to do what you have to do before this spell is ready. until then, i will see you later, and with that he sat down and dark energy started to flow in to a dome which was starting to consume the dark paladin, although he was still alive, the earth shook breifly and then the dome consumed him and 5 meters of land all around him. ShimmeringFeyd
Thought normally Feyd never let anyone hold him, he just wasn't there today. While the others around him spoke dilligently of ways to deal with Necrofear and to stop the dark realm, none of them noticed what was happening right in front of them. Feyd's eyes were once again closed, yet open in their own way. He no longer had to be next to the slab to look inside, and he was digging deeper than ever. The answer had eluded him for so long but now he understood. He had foolishly been trying to move towards the object at the end of the dark tunnel when all he had to do was stay still and will the object to move towards him. And move it was, very slowly and clumsily, but it was moving. Closer and closer the shadowy figure stalked. Apprehension and curiosity filled Feyd. He had no idea what would happen when it finally reached him, though he was most interested in finding out. Back in the real world though, outside of his eyes, Feyd stayed motionless in Melodie's arms. Yet his fur seemed to be swaying a bit too much in the wind. Solo Tremaine
OOC: This is almost it- if you have any unfinished plotlines or story elements you want to put in, put them in now, please. I'll be starting the final battle after the next few posts. -------------------------------------------------------- The time was drawing nearer and nearer. Thousands of Dark creatures screamed over the rocky terrain, relishing the thought of ruling the world and tearing apart innocent flesh. In the distance, they could see their target. A bright light upon the horizon- The Temple of Light... Valkyrion surveyed the troops in front of him. Hundreds of Giltia and Gaia knights stood in front of him. Legions of spellcasters stood in front of him, looking nervous. This would be the first time they'd ever faced a battle like this. A figure came up behind him. "Long time no see, Valkyrion." St Joan said softly. Valkyrion would have smiled, were he able. His voice lifted slightly. "It has been a long time." "It's a pity we had to meet again under these conditions, though. The Light Realm's beautiful when it's not at war." she thought wistfully, looking out over the mountains, where a dark shadow was deepening in intensity. "What's our plan?" she asked. "We have no Exodia this time." Valkyrion cast his mind back to earlier that day... * * * Melody clutched her sceptre tightly. "I've never tried it before. It was something the Magician of Black Chaos taught me before he disappeared." Silistra took her by the shoulder. "Then we must practice. We haven't much time." * * * Valkyrion sat in the empty dining hall, desperately trying to think of a plan of action. The pieces were there, he just needed to put them together. There had to be a way to stop Exodia. If they could only get those four pieces back... But maybe he was thinking about it the wrong way round. They needed five Exodia pieces, but so did the Dark realm. And, more importantly than that, Exodia had to be summoned by a Light Spellcaster. Something clicked inside his mechanical brain. That was it. * * * "Any word from the other Realms yet?" Chaos called from behind them. "Mared is in contact with them now. I think the Earth Realm will be joining us, I'm not sure whether the rest still have the power to withstand the Dark forces." Valkyrion felt something drop onto his face. It was starting to rain. * * * Melody twirled her staff through the air and pointed it at Kuriboh. A bright spark shot from the end and landed on the fluffy fiend's foot. It gave her a worried look. "Anything?" Faith asked quietly. "No." Melody was growing despondent. "It takes time and patience. Keep going." Mared soothed from the other end of the room, his head in an orb while trying to contact the Wind realm. Seyairyu and Blue Eyes were watching form the window with interest. "Concentrate..." Silistra urged. Melody closed her eyes and focussed... she could feel Kuriboh in front of her (who had very bravely volunteered to be the guinea pig for the Change of Heart. He was urged that it wouldn't harm him at all), his thoughts and his fur, floating in the gentle breeze. Suddenly, she opened her eyes. Except they weren't her eyes. They were Kuriboh's. She looked around and saw herself in a trance-like state in front of her. It was a little scary. "Whoa, I did it!" she squeaked, watching her body say and exactly the same thing as she was in Kuriboh. She felt something next to her. She turned to see, but couldn't see anything there. Just books. "Is something there?" she asked Silistra. Silistra walked over to next to the Melody-Kuriboh and shook her head. "No. It's probably Kuriboh's mind you're feeling. That menas the spell is weakening. As his mind recovers from the 'sleep' you put him into when you cast the spell, he will slowly start to regain consciousness. This is where you have to be careful. If you remain in this state for too long you can fall unconscious forever and both of you will be lost. COme out now, Melody." Melody started to panic. "I'm not sure how!" "De-Spell!" Silistra shouted as a bolt of lightning shot from her finger to Kuriboh and Melody. Melody snapped back into her body and fell backwards onto a dusty chair, Kuriboh toppled over onto his back and wiggled his legs in the air, confused and delerious. "How was that?" Melody asked, breathing heavily." "Fantastic!" Faith beamed at her. Melody smiled back. * * * "Ma'am, we have reports of the Earth forces coming towards the South gate of the realm." Wingweaver (St Joan's second-in-command) called. "Let them in!" St Joan called back. * * * "You wanted to see me, Valkyrion?" Melody asked, a little nervously. "Yes, I did." The warrior said quietly. "Melody, what I'm about to ask you is going to put you at great risk, and you should only accept if you feel you want to. I'll understand if you don't want to go through with it." Melody gave him a look of determination. "I'm ready." * * * This was it. The plan had been decided, and the field was set. A feeling Valkyrion had not felt in a long time came over him. He was nervous. And not surprisingly, either. The Horns of Heaven had already sounded on the edges of the realm. The storm beckoned... Mina
Intense.^^ But wait, Melody's going to possess Necrofear and have him contain Exodia for the good guys? ---------------- Faith stood on the battlements with the King, the wind whipping furiously about them. "Rain symbolizes change." the King said. "But for whom?" Faith was stressed. This battle could go either way. Well, atleast their Exodia piece was safe. Podys and his warriors had volunteered to guard it with their lives. Drail and the other Mystics were in the Temple attempting to perfect the plan and com up with some back ups. Blue Eyes spiraled down to the marble wall. "They're not too far. By ground they'll take a few hours, but flight is a lot quicker." "Send out the first line of troops." St.Joan said softly. "The ones from the Wind Realm are requested to guard us from any possible air attacks." Immeadiately, a whole team of Harpies and their Pet Dragons moved into the air, the Rose Whips lashing against the wind. Likewise, warriors from the Earth and Light Realm moved forward. Melody was still with Silistra and Vylkarion. She was to go in after the battle was underway. "Melody!" Faith called. The Magician Girl turned in time to catch a glowing thing. It was the healing orb, Nexcii had presented to Faith. "In case you need it." Faith said. Melody smiled in gratitude. Faith then spoke to Vylkarion. "I still have the Hand Mirror. What should I do with it?" ------------ Uh..what does the Hand Mirror do?
Circ
"Valkyrion! I have good news!" A Wheezing Mared ran in. "Thanks to O'owin's message, we will receive some help from the fire realm. She did not tell me exactly what kind of help it would be, thouh." Valkyrion looked puzzled. "Well, Fire element possess quite a tremendous amount of strength, when you think about it. I'm expecting some sort of spells." Mared explained. "I was also able to locate someone with the Skill Drain hability, but it's impossible to travel between the realms by now." He added, sighing. "I'm not too sure about this, you know. I just hope I can give Doma a taste of his own medicine, if that is still possible." "Don't worry too much." Valkyrio reassured him. "I'm pretty sure he also wants to get back at you for interrupting his attempt on Silistra."

Nexus_storm
Nexcii's chanting got stronger and stronger, with a small increase in volume, then he floated a smaall way off the floor, and the dark energy surrounded him, and engulfed him, creating a sphere around him, then he straaightened out his legs and put his hands stright out to the sides and sent a charge of dark energy out in to the sphere. then in one hand his staff appeared, although it had now reverted to how it was an age ago. The staff was long and black with a point at the bottom, entwinded around the shaft were 2 snakes, criss crossing and at the top the snakes heads were looking at one another with their mouths open and fangs showing. Out stretching one hand, nexcii pulled the dark energy in to a smaller sphere compressing it in to a small globe, and placing it at the head of his staff between the 2 snake heads., Landing semi knealing, he looked at valkyron. its almost time, i have compressed it for now, but i pray you dont wait too long. You all need to be long gone before this is released.
LastSheikah
Sorry I haven't posted here for a long time...I haven't been able to think of anything recently...(What does Hand Mirror do????????? I don't know...) ----------------- Melody watched the Harpies and their Pet Dragons rise into the air. She noticed one had a huge scar on its side. Melody couldn't help but giggle a little when she saw the Dragon with the scar. The same Harpies' Pet Dragon that nearly crushed her and her friends was now on their side. (Well, it always was on their side...It just wasn't trying to flatten them this time...) Melody placed the healing orb Faith had given her inside the satchel that had the stuff from her treehouse. She had totally forgotten about it with all of the craziness. The Magician Girl pulled out a boomerang. "Hey, Seiyaryu. Do you think we could use this?" "Who knows...But we had better keep it anyway. It is almost time," Seiyaryu replied nervously. "I just thought of something," Melody said climbing on Seiyaryu's back with Kuriboh holding on tightly to her hat. "If those Harpies had never chased us, we would still be in the forest thinking nothing's wrong, but I'm glad they did chase us." "We had better move out. As Seiyaryu said, it is almost time," Valkyrion said grimly. "Now or never," Faith said climbing on Seiyaryu's back behind Melody. "Now sounds good," Melody replied forcing a smile. Digital Monster
Rydia was running as fast as she could back through the labyrinth, avoiding anyone else along the way in case they were enemies. Her chest felt like it was gonna explode and her muscles were screaming in protest, but the need to keep going was all that was in her mind. A small Invigoration spell gave her an extra boost as she carreered out and through the jungle. After a long while, she eventually reached a clearing with several huts set up in it. Some were in the trees. Climbing up one, she reached the hut and burst inside, startling a number of women, all Amazons like herself, before nearly collapsing. "Vanda! Yougottacomequicktheresa-" "Slow down, Rydia, I can't understand a word! Why are you back now? We got your letter about 2 hours ago." "Summon all the Earth Leaders. Nexus_storm
hurry my friends, i dont know how long i can hold this off. be not in doubt, this is not going to be easy. as it is , my dark side powers are growing, even now, i can feel the darkness taking me over again.. And with that Nexcii dug his staff in to the ground and then turned his back on it, and walked away. His eyes now glowing a feirce red. Then with his own magick , he cast a sphere around himself to try and stop the dark energy flowing in to him. Once again he sat, cross legged, chanting but this time, it was for his very soul. LastSheikah
Okay, I have a question now. Which side has to summon Exodia? I've gone a little brain-dead on how that's supposed to work.
Solo Tremaine
OOC: I'm really sorry for the delay, anyone who's still reading this:- I'm confused myself as to what's going to happen- I think I made it too complicated >_< The general idea is that Valkyrion hopes to trick them into summoning Exodia so that they can attack them off-guard- since Exodia will only obey whoever's summoned it, he's asked Melody to take control of Dark Necrofear for long enough to stop Exodia from attacking them so Silistra can seal it back in the slabs. Nexcii then has Dark Hole waiting to seal the other Dark forces away forever (in theory). Silistra is at the top of the temple, ready to activate White Hole and save the people of the other realms. Everyone else is wherever you want them to be. I hope that's okay. I'm sorry if I've been to controlling with a few characters, but thank you so much everyone for signing up and helping it get to where it has. --------------------------------------- Valkyrion gripped his sword tightly. He could feel his wings quivering slightly as the Dark shadow in the distance drew closer. Suddenly, the ground began to shake. A huge fissure ripped through the ground and thundered towards the temple, sending soldiers falling into the blackness below. St Joan and Valkyrion leapt out of the way just in time. Jinzo's warning shot. This was it. "Advance!" he yelled. Hundreds of troops in front of him raced towards the walls of the city, where legions of Summoned Skulls were already beginning to break through the marbles archways. Flocks of Whiptail Crows dived down from the skies, attacking the troops standing down below. Blue Eyes launched straight into them, firing his White Lighting attack and forcing them to scatter in all directions. Jinzo watched on in disdain. They would have no chance of survival. The Red Eyes Black Dragon he stood upon growled hungrily as they drew closer to the gates of the city. Below them, Tri-Horned Dragons ripped down trees and walls to get ahead, eager to rip apart their enemies. Valkyrion sliced his sword down through a Skull Knight, splitting it in two. Soon enough, they would be surrounded and Jinzo would come for the Exodia piece. The more enemies they could destroy before Nexcii activated Dark Hole, the better. Soon they would have to withdraw back to the temple and they would have to relinquish the final Exodia slab to Jinzo. He ducked behind a pillar to avoid a Summoned Skull's lightning strike, hoping that this would be enough. ----------------------------------- OOC: Go nuts, heh. Mina
Seiyaryu winged over the first line of defenses. His wings beat like a whirlwind as he paused in the air, facing a lightning barage from the Summoned Skulls. Melody instantly disappeared under her Magical Hats and Faith blocked with Mirror Wall. Then she instantly oblitarated the weakened monsters with Raigeki. "What the heck are we supposed to do?" Melody reappeared from the Magical Hats looking very flustered. Faith ploughed another Raigeki into a Whiptail Crow. "We're supposed to find Dark Necrophia. Or whoever's summoning him. These guys are trying not to make it easy." "And they're succeeding." grumbled Seiyaryu. His jagged fangs clipped the wings of some monster, sending it plumetting down. "There." called Melody. "See that?" She pointed her spiral staff toward a blazing area behind the enemy lines. "It looks like a ritual." commented Faith. "Head straight. But I don't think they'll let us pass easily." And she was right. No more than a wingbeat later, more enemies closed in. Thousand Eyes Restricts levitated eeiriely, their myriad eyes still opening. "Stop them!" Seiyaryu muttered something R rated before shutting his eyes, which were getting heavier with each opened eye. "I won't fly once they paralyze me nor can I fly with my eyes closed." "How exactly?" wondered Faith. She felt the tugging winds of the Thousand Eyes' Absorption Force. "Melody!" she called. "Activate your Magical Hats." This was a huge gamble, but if luck was truly on their side, this would work. "You're going to put Sealing Swords of Light under ONE of them?" said Melody, louder than was needed. "What if those things absorb the wrong Hat?" "You have a better idea?" snapped Faith. "The important thing is for you to survive and perform the Change of Heart. If you don't, not much can be done to help. Yes, I can perform Monster Reborn, but it's a long process and you'll still wake up a baby." "Honestly, next I can possess the three gods themselves and fight the Dark side."
Masterdramon
Actually, my problem is that my character isn't being controlled at all. Mina
OK, according to your last post, Milleniuth is in the cave that leads from the Earth Realm to the Light Realm. Masterdramon
Oh yeah...Thanks! Milleniuth had heard them leave. He hoped he would be able to find them again, but he wasn't putting to much faith in this. However, he had more pressing matters to attend to... He started to feel around the maze. Suddenly, he remembered what his old friend Echo (a Fortress Whale) had tought him when he was 3 1/2 years old: Echolocation! He started to make high-piched sounds that bounced off the walls, giving him a sort a mental map of the labrynth. He knew that he would be able to get through the maze easily now, but defeating the Labrynth Tanks (L.T.'s) and the Gate Guardian (G.G.) was another story. It wasn't long before his voice bounced off of a L.T.. He shot out a gust of smoke and then shot forward with his Dragon Nails. This worked suprisingly well. He did it several times more, destroying more and more L.T.'s as he went along. About 1/3 into the maze, he encountered his first trap. As he stepped down, a web shot up and grabbed him. He shot one more sound out and confirmed his suspicions: a Jrai Gumo (J.G.) had caught him! He shot out blasts of smoke, but he couldn't finish him off because the web trapped his arms. Also Raigeki was useless, or was it? Even if the G.G. destroyed it, it might distract the J.G. long enough to use his head, literally. He shot the bolt of lightning down, which as he found out through echolocation, made the J.G. turn his head. Quickly, he bit the ugly spider and pumped smoke into the wound. Almost immediatly, the J.G. fell over, dead. Milleniuth grabbed the corpse with his teeth and cut himself free with the spider's claws. He then walked on. About 2/3 into the maze, he encountered another trap. He heard a trembling sound under his feet, and stepped back just in time. He heard a Labrynth Worm (L.W.) shoot up out of the ground. He shot out blasts of burning smoke, which thouroughly weakended the L.W.. He then remembered the rodeo he had attende at the age of 2, and his ambitions to become a cowboy. He quickly sliced off a long strand of his beard. He then through the hoop into the open mouth of the worm and jumped on. As he was a dragon, his hair was magically enforced, and Milleniuth was soon steering the L.W. through the Labrynth walls themselves. Off he soared, finally reaching the lair of the Gate Guardian. He jumped off at the last second, hurling the speeding worm toward the Gate Guardian, who obliderated it. The Gate Guardian started to speak "My name is Elegon, but you can call me Obelisk. You're probably thinking 'How in the world could I be Obelisk since he's dead?' and I'll answer..." "When we gods were attacked by Exodia, we decided to use our collected power to allow one of us to possess Elegon, who lived nearby. Since I had revenge to settle, I was chosen. I've waited for 995 years for this moment, the moment where you escape from prison, found this cave, and made it through the maze. Now to finish what I started so long ago!" Milleniuth braced himself. This was the final battle, the battle to avenge his parents. That was the longest post I ever did!
JJ
Nico was running. He had been released from the grasp of the Masked Beast and he now desperately ran from the comming dark forces. He knew that his time was up but he had so much information for Valkryion and the others. As he satrted to get deeper into thought he stopped watching where he was going and what was going on around him. The last thing he ever saw was a giant lightening bolt Nico was now a ghost. A silent drifting shell of his former self. He had used the mystical space typhoon to reenter the world in order to save his friends. Solo Tremaine
Valkyrion's heavy sword sliced through a troop of Skull Servants with sickening ease, as hundreds more started piling over the walls, their hideous moans and cackles piercing his audio sensors. Suddenly, something slammed into his chest, sending him crashing to the floor. The massive Tri-Horned Dragon loomed over him, growling menacingly and dripping saliva from its hungry jaws. Just as it lunged forwards to strike, a blue streak of lightning shot from the sky and burnt it to a crisp, along with several monsters nearby. Valkyrion looked to the source of the power- Chaos' Torrential Tribute attack had worked well. Leaping through the air, he attacked the monsters below while they lay seige to the Light realm's main city. They were near defenceless hanging on the walls, so picking them off was more than easy. He swung his curved blade through the air, ripping apart monsters on all sides of him. Valkyrion took to the air again and brought down his Swords of Revealing Light onto a crowd of monsters who had broken down a hole in the marble wall. "Valkyrion!" He whirled round at the sound of the metallic voice. Jinzo's purple eyes shone threateningly. "Jinzo!" he growled, brandishing his sword at him. The machine let out a hollow laugh. "Your attempts to protect yourself are futile. You will never win." "Your evil will never succeed, Jinzo! We will always stand against you, and Light will always penetrate the darkness." Jinzo waved his hand and a crowd of Giltia disappeared, screaming in terror. "The stronger the light, the blacker the darkness. We already have four Exodia pieces, why bother trying to resist?" "Because you have no right to live." "It is not a question of right, impudent fool!" Jinzo roared. "It is a question of power, and right now I have more than you ever will!" He held out his hand and clenched his fist. Immediately, a dark shadow began spreading over Valkyrion's body. The Viral Crush was quick to act, and deadly. He could feel his joints rusting over one by one as the shadow crawled over his entire body. He began to feel weak, and his body fell down to the ground... Suddenly, a yellow circle of light appeared beneath him and wisps of dark smoke rose from the ground, eliminating the rust as it passed over his limbs. "Magic Jammer!" St Joan caught the metal warrior as he hit the ground. From above them, Jinzo cursed and gave the forces the signal to advance further into the city. Mina
Faith waited desperately under the Magical Hats. She knew three of the four hats were occupied with herself, Melody,Kuriboh and Seiyaryu. The fourth one contained the very effective Swords of Revealing Light. If only the Thousand Eyes absorbed the right Hat, things would turn out well. A buzzing hum echoed from the outside. All the eyes must have opened for greenish light was enveloping the area. Faith couldn't move and she was sure, neither could Melody nor Seiyaryu. This was it, the Absorption Force was beginning. Faith closed her eyes. "PleasePleasePlease...." A bright flash exploded outside and arced straight down. They did it, they attacked the Swords! The Magical Hats vanished and the group was free. The Thousand Eyes' Restricts and a significant number of Summoned Skulls were caught in the barricade. "Told ya." Faith said to Melody, a lot more confidently than she actually felt. "You were lucky!" said Melody as Seiyaryu took flight. "If that hadn't worked, I would not only have to do my bit, but also rescue you from those things!" "Me?" Faith asked. "You were the one they would have gone after." "Ladies..." Seiyaryu sighed. "Please face forward and take a look." More enemies were on their way. Red Eyes, Relinquished and Summoned Skulls were the least bit of problems. "Why do they have to make it so hard?" muttered Faith. "It's not fair all of them have wings." "Well, you can't fight them on my wings alone." said Seiyaryu. "Block Attack!" Faith pointed her staff toward the approaching enemies. They froze behind a steel X and crouched into a defensive stance. "That should hold 'em off." "Not for long." said Melody. "How 'bout we get out of here and start on the next batch." Solo Tremaine
Valkyrion and St Joan fell back to the castle gates, looking on at the battle with grave expressions. "Are you sure this will work?" she asked. Valkyrion looked up at the top of the castle, where Silistra was waiting, ready to perform her White Hole spell to save them from being trapped in the abyss. "I hope so. I didn't have enough time to fully plan it out. All we can do is fight with hope. We can't afford to lose." * * * Jinzo smiled as the remaining Light soldiers started to fall back. Soon they would be upon the greatest source of power in the entire universe- Exodia. A wisp of smoke appeared next to him, signifying the appearance of Dark Necrofear and Doma at his side. They looked at him with looks of equal darkness as the thought of dismembering those who had defied them for so long swept into their minds. Just as the Red Eyes landed by the broken gates of the city, a large Beast of Talwar crashed down to the ground. He'd been hit by something coming from behind them. Immediately, he looked back to the forest to see what it was...
LastSheikah
"Melody," Faith said. "Once the Swords wear off there will be too many enemies to defeat." "Well, we have to try..." "She's gone mad..." "Be quiet Seiyaryu! If we can get them to look away for just a second..." Melody looked at Kuriboh who was making way more noise than it should have been. "Kuriboh? What are you doing?" Kuriboh was playing around the boomerang Melody had found. "Melody, I think I have an idea," Faith said. "What?" Melody looked at the Kuriboh who had just thrown the boomerang with amazing accurancy for a little furball. Melody caught the boomerang "I think I know what you're thinking." A little while later as the Swords were slowly fading away, Kuriboh, with the boomerang in paw, flew up right above the monsters and threw the boomerang right in front of them. The Thousand-Eyes Restricts and the rest of the enemies turned around curiously as the boomerang flew back to Kuriboh. Kuriboh quickly multipied, since all Kuribohs can multiply, of course, and the boomerang hit Kuriboh causing it to explode. Since Kuriboh was so close to the thousand-eyes monster, the explosion made it mad and it swiftly paralyzed all of the Kuriboh. "Here it comes," Melody told Seiyaryu who had no idea about what Faith and Melody's plan was. All of the fiends watched the Kuribohs bewilderedly. As the monster started to suck the Kuribohs back Seiyaryu realized what they were planning. As soon as the Thousand-Eyes absorbed all of the fuzzballs they would all explode causing many of the Dark monsters to be injured and the Thousand-Eyes would be blinded. "Three, two, one..." Explosions that made the entire ground shake uncontollably happened. The blinded Thousand-Eyes Restrict attacked everything it couldn't see as Seiyaryu, Faith, and Melody watched the paniking monster absorb a Summoned Skull and attack all of the creatures on its own side. When the mad Thousand-Eyes Restrict had wiped out a good number of monsters, Faith , Melody, and Seiyaryu decided they had let it go long enough and attacked. Kuriboh, covered in ash from the explosion, reappeared unharmed. "Okay then, round three!" Seiyaryu said enthusiastically. ---------------- Kuriboh to the rescue! :D
Digital Monster
A huge dark-coloured mass had gathered on the edge of the forest, which was now pouring down towards the battlefield. Some of the mass took to the air and swiftly advanced towards the fray. Valkyrion groaned. "Come on, more monsters?! Is there any limit to the Dark Realm's capabiliites?" "I'm not sure those are Dark monsters, Valkyrion." St.Joan looked a little closer. "A lot of those flying monsters are Insects." "You sure?" He looked again. Sure enough, there were Great Moths and all sorts of flying insects in the oncoming swarm. He looked at the monsters on the ground and saw Buster Bladers, Crawling Dragons, Flower Wolves- Earth monsters of all types and capabilities. Even the supposedly weaker monsters were being put to good use- Millenium Shields were ramming Dark creatures out of the way, and Cocoons of Evolution were being used like bowling balls to similar effect. His eyes drifted over to a group of female warriors, Beautiful Head Huntresses, Warriors of Tradition, Amazons and the like, in the front line. It was then he spotted Rydia, sitting on a massive Garnecia Elefantis, showing everyone the way to the battle. "Come on everyone, CHARGE! Divide and conquer!" Her voice could barely be heard over the din, but the troops were in earnest. The huge gathering of creatures entered the ranks of the enemy and charged right through them, neatly split them into two groups, hacking every Dark monster in their way. One of Rydia's arrows happened to hit Jinzo in the eye. "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" WHERE'D THAT COME FROM!?!?!?!?! He turned round and saw the advancing teenager. He tried to attack, but the Garnecia Elefantis was equal to his strength and deflected it. She dismounted quite near Valkyrion. "I hope that this will turn the battle in our favour, sir."
Mina
Faith waved her staff, clearing what Seiyaryu's wings couldn't of the dust. The odds were somewhat in their favor now, giving hope to the tired warriors. "How far till we find Dark Necrophia?" Seiyaryu pushed forward, pressing on the Dark forces. "You go the wrong way." came a voice. Faith turned to see her attendent, the Holy Shine Soul, behind her. "What?" "Dark Necrophia and Doma are now in near the city's gates." "Say what?!" Faith pushed her hair back and strode up to the fairy. "Then what are we doing here...and Doma is back there too?" "I'm afraid so." said the Soul. "We are receiving some tremondous help from the Earth Realm, they'll keep a clear path for you to get back." The fairy flew off, clearing that path. "Well, backwards." said Melody. Seiyaryu turned back. It was much easier flying back to the broken palace. The walls and battlements bore deep fissures and scars. Faith could see Podys' army along with St.Joans. Quite a lot happened in such a short time. "So we're back." Faith said as she dismounted Seiyaryu. "This will be the last bit of flying I do in some time." "Where's our welcoming party?" called Melody. She looked at Faith, but the Magician was looking back at the crumbling archway to the palace. Vaylkarion stood with Rydia facing the two dreaded creatures. Doma's eyes caught Faith's as she was scanning the group. Both stared for a brief moment in hate and vengence. Both blaming eachother for everything wrong. Faith grasped her staff as a small shiver passed through her. She was going to war....
Nexus_storm
Nexcii struggled to his feet, and pulled his staff out of the ground from next to him. His eyes flashing different colours, first red, then black then they turned gold. He then suddenly disappeared and reaperated in between the approaching monsters and the light forces. Nexcii stuck his staff in to the ground and walked foward to meet the dark forces head on. Pushing the light forces out of the way so he could get to the commander. Nexcii bowed slightly. I can not let you pass this point, call back your troops or they will be destroyed. The commander of the forces whom was a large barral dragon ignored nexciis warning and then blasted him with his cannon, muttering the word Traitor and then commanded his troops foward. Nexcii rasied his hand and his staff came to him at high speed, gripping it, he yelled RAIGEKI and rasied his hand to the air and flew slightly. Thge dark clouds above sprung forth lightning bolts hitting the ground destroying quite a few of the troops and creating a feild of electricity which they dared not pass. For now the ground troops had been slowed but not stopped. Nexcii appeared on the floor infront of the city gates on his knees. His internal energy almost gone. It was nearing the time where he would have to use the dark hole.
