Semjaza
There was a thread on this long ago that got only two replies, one of which was mine heh. Anyway, I don't really know what you need to know. The 3x3 Eyes tapes aren't exactly easy to find anymore. The only ones I was ever able to find consisted of only the first half of it all. It's been so long since I've seen it honestly, but it is one of my favorite anime. In simple terms (based on memories from 5 years ago) it's about a girl named Pai who is the last of her race, a Sanjiyan (they have 3 eyes, when the 3rd opens they become basically another person). A professor comes upon her in his search for that legendary race. Anyway, Pai winds up leaving when the professor passes away to find his son: Yakumo. A bunch of random stuff happens and Yakumo winds up dying, only to be brought back to life thanks to Pai's power. However, this also means he is more or less the slave of Pai and the Sanjiyan... He is immortal, and will not die unless Pai herself is killed. That's the basics of it. There is a second half of it, but it's done by a totally different animation company in a totally different style... and honestly it was very hard for me to get into it because of that. There is a DVD around, which I bought for $70. It has both parts o 3x3 Eye on it. I skipped right to the second half as I'd never seen it... of course it didn't work, so I returned it. I never bothered to get another.
Eve
thanx a lot! do u know where i can get a dvd on it?
Semjaza
Well, I got mine at Suncoast. I've never seen it anywhere else. Like I said, it cost $70 at the time... and even that was cheaper than the suggested price I saw elsewhere heh. It's a 2 DVD set, so I think the price is rather ridiculous... (I guess they didn't expect to sell tons, so they jacked up the price) but overall it is quite a few hours long from what I remember.

Jinzouningen17
You can save yourself a good bit of money and just watch it on Encore Action this coming Wednesday night(and it'll be airing a few other nights on that channel aswell.). ^_^ Just thought I'd inform ya about that. I may take a look at this anime aswell, since it'll be airing a few times on that channel this month, so I know I'll get to see it atleast once. shadowfire
Yeah dude, thats what I do. Action Channel has some pretty descent anime on it, thats's why i got it. Can't wait for The Anime Network. But yeah 3x3 Eyes, it's good but the second half is better. Better animation quality, much brighter, sharper, crisper style. Plot and even the voices are better. It's not the greatest title out there but it's a descent on.
