Umm... Not sure what to call it...

Well, it has been a little while since I put up a piece of graphic artwork here. This recent piece, that remains unnamed, is a little project I did for my art class at school for this art sale we have. So some poor sod might buy this, whereas you can have it for absolutley free (as long as proper credit is given ^_~). This was actually three days late, because I had no idea what to do. All together I would say it was about half and hour to forty-five minutes of work. I am rather happy with the way it turned out. I showed a prototype of it printed out on normal printer paper to my teacher today, he seemed to like it. So I took it on a disk to a some photo place where they printed it off on a glossy white paper. It looks neat. ^_^

Anyway, here you are. Feel free to name it whatever you like.

The Hand of God.... I love it! I love the work, not the name I just came up with... it's really... abstract yet not... it's so good... and the hand it sticks out so much, but surrounded by a moving design which takes your focus away from the hand just enough to appreciate the rest of the work. Very good

Wow. That's another masterpiece by the master Mr. Piroh. I name it...Effervescent Efference. I'm bad at names. Anywho, it's great. I can't say anymore or I'd explode. 9.1/10. Don't expect a ten; don't expect one ever. But I really like this.

Heh, that's really spiffy.

I don't rate artwork, in protest of ridiculous decimal ratings. *glances at Mitch*

But, yeah. That's really cool. I like the little repeated starfishy design, too.

Heh, I still remember that from that last thread. Well, due to the coercion of your grip, Sara, I have decided to change my rating of this particular anomaly of Piro's hands. $103434334322232.1000.%/#53423232312121212121.65653433232323232-+*

Heh. Reminds me of the thread. Hehe. Yeah, anyways, Piro, I really do love that. I stared at it for about ten minutes when I was in my Desktop Publishing class. I was bored, warranted, but still, I love it. All of your works are good, though. Now, if your ego is the size of Texas, or Canada for that matter, I'm on my way.

Some maps do not even show that country...
The Hand of God....
Oh my god! I am... GOD!

Heh, that is my hand. ^_~ I scanned it. Obviously it is scaled down a bit though...

Thanks for your comments.

That is awesome.

But what really freaks me out is that on the right, I swear I can see someone. And they look as if they have that hand extended out.

freaky..
You know? I noticed that exact same thing earlier today when I was looking at it. I found it pretty odd, lol. I can assure you that there is not person back there, though. ^_~

That's so kewl, Piro! The hand looks so kewl on that background.

How did you get the idea for it, anyway? It's just so-...so... creative. o.o

9.7/10. (:p)

Awsome. I absolutely love the colors that you used and the way you put it together; it just looks so...professional. I really admire abstract works such as this, and the hand makes it perfect. Possibly the only thing you could do is add a text in that shade of blue that you use with the hand. I'm not sure how it would look together, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

My rating: 9.5/10

I came up with the general idea for it when I saw this photo that a person I know at school had. It had a hand on it, and I liked the photo, so it was stuck in my head all day. So, that night, I decided to scan my hand and make something of it. That is what ended up as my product.

I want to try and scan my face next... but I know I am going to need a second person to do the clicking of the mouse. o_O
Originally posted by Syk3

The graphic is fairly abstract, and some text I believe would just throw off that feeling unless I horribly distorted it. So I decided to let people draw their own conclusions and messages.

I showed it to my journalism teacher today, because I registered to work on the newspaper staff next year, and I would like to do work with graphics and such in it. He first said, and I quote, "That's the balls!", lol. In other words, he thought it was really good. He mentioned that it would be neat to have a poem go along with it, or some kind of story about any kind of spiritual healing.
