Tatum-X
Have any of you had that feeling that something was wrong but you couldn't quite place what is was? One experince of mine is when school was ending, my friend came up to my locker and started talking to me.I started talking to him not paying attention to what I was doing,I shut my locker and started walking to the bus we ride. When we got on the bus I got that feeling that something was wrong. I asked my friend, he didn't know.Maybe I left something but later it didn't matter. Is that weird or maybe I am going paranoid. What do you think?

Everyone has those feelings at some point, it's just either paranoia, or premonition, depending on what you do with it/how it makes you act. Transtic Nerve
Tatum-X and WW2 Senseless bickering like that will not be tolerated here. Especially the level of immaturity you both possess. This is not some middle man place where you two can whine and fight like my 8 year old cousin over somethingone of you said. This is a forum for discussion. Do you know what DISCUSSION means? So if you would please get on with your little lives and put your dinky reasons for hating each other behind you, it would be much appreciated. And never do it again. This is your first and last warning. Anyway, back on subject. Everyone gets the feelings they had forgotten something, or something is gonna happen thats bad or this or that. It's all part of your brain and what it does. It doesn't nessisarily mean anything, although it can in many cases.

Kwai
I usually get that feeling right before I have to fight someone better than me in martial arts... then a few seconds later, I find myself sprawled on my back, aches throughout my body, and find the paranoia justified. I must be psychic -_-

Guest Crimson Spider
I almost walked out of a bathroom after showering without any pants on. Upon occasion, my perception of reality will alter itself so I feel like I'm in a different place than I'm actually at. That is when I usually almost do something stupid and embarrasing that you shouldn't do in public. The purpose of those two statements above is to tell you that I had that feeling so strong that something was wrong that I acutally didn't do it. I can tell when I have that feeling because it is like a powerful burning in my stomach and I get this nautious feelin right between my eyes that is extremely powerful. The thing is, there is countless times when I wouldn't have that feeling at all and I DO something stupid. That and I have experienced everything that you guys have said. The Harlequin
I get that feeling when I wake up in the morning, and I realise it's actually sometime a few hours after noon...Trust me, happens all the time. Actually, I only really get it when I get to school and there is this sudden silence... I don't trust that. The most recent time I got it was when I opened this thread, and saw LA's banner and avatar....Creepy.
Lady Macaiodh
Yes... but in my case, I do think I have become paranoid. Sometimes I can't close my eyes to sleep at night because I think something's going to happen, & I have to keep watch so nothing can take me by surprise. I have a hard time walking from room to room because I don't know what's in there. I don't even like going on my front porch or to my car after it gets dark. It's weird... it used to be hard to scare me, or give me a bad feeling. I'm not nearly so carefree anymore.

G.D. Ryoko
I get that feeling alot. I just had that feeling today when I was leaving my house. When I got to school though, I realised that I did not do my spring break homework and that I forgot the pictures for my science project and I did not do my math project. Man was I in trouble. Queen Asuka
For some reason, I have been feeling like I'm missing something. I feel so anxious and worked up, but I have no idea what about. It's a very strange feelings. Deborah, did you watch the Ring? I must be psychic
Yeah, I get that with fencing, and often end up battered and bleeding for it. Not always though. The trick is to always treat every opponent as someone slightly worse than you. Someone you can take risks with, but that you mustn't underestimate. But yeah. The most extreme example I've had was a really weird and REALLY strong sense that everything was going horribly wrong, and then about an hour later my best friend told me he was going out with my sister... IT didn't work out SO bad in the end though, compared to how it could have ended!
GinnyLyn
I constantly have that problem. Chalk it up, not to emotional fragility or paranoia, but trying to be unattainably perfect, heh. Though I have had that sense of forgetting something--I've saved my own butt on a few occasions with that. Most of the time, however, I'm just being ridiculous. Maybe I'm obsessive/complusive? Oo; Nah, I'm just really really weird.

Dan L
Since about last June (same time I converted to Christianity, funnily enough) I occasionally get the urge to put my rain-coat in my bag in the morning, when I go to uni.. It took me quite a while to realise that whenever I got that feeling, it always (without fail, EVER) rained later that day... so I guess I do sometimes get the feeling that something's "wrong".. ish.. but not always in a "something's wrong with someone" way..
Originally posted by GinnyLyn Though I have had that sense of forgetting something--I've saved my own butt on a few occasions with that. I think I'm just never too certain..
Wintermute
I get the forgotton feeling in annoying ways. For example - I'm wearing my coat to college. It turns out to be a hot day, after a morning that could go either way. I stuff my coat into my bag. All through the day, I feel I've forgotten something whenever I leave anywhere, because I was wearing a coat to college, and then suddenly. . . no coat! My subconscious refuses to acknowledge bags. Lady Macaiodh
Originally posted by Queen Asuka Deborah, did you watch the Ring? Heh, just kidding. ^_^
Hell no! One of my friends tried to get me to watch it & I almost threw it over the balcony. Then later on she called me all scared & tried to tell me about certain parts so I hung up on her. It sucks... I used to love movies like that. I just thought of this. Eeee, I 'm getting the creeps. I had a dream recently about the Mothman, from the movie. For those of you who haven't seen it, you see the Mothman before something terrible happens. He's not a nice-looking fellow. So I had this dream & I was positive it meant something was going to happen to the baby, seeing as how it's based on a true story & happened in Virginia!!! I couldn't drive at night for like 3 days after that. I'm so glad it's daytime right now. I'm going to go watch Judge Judy in utter defiance of the creeps this thread is giving me.
Darkness
Now that you mention it, I realize that I haven't had that feeling in a long time. Then again, nothing really bad has happened to me lately (except for my bad luck week, but that's another thread!). I think everyone gets it every now and then. Oh, the ring was the best scary movie to come out in along time.
