Night_Shade
i have this friend... he used to go with this girl that we both know. they broke up about 3 or so months ago and he's just finding out that not only did she lead him on for like 4 or so months but also that she never loved him and that she's still in love with the girl that she went out with a year or so ago. do any of you have any suggestions? :bawl:
Sara
Come to terms with it. Sorry, but that's all ya can do. Relationships are like that. Listen if he feels like talking, although I doubt he will. Keep him from blowing up her house or anything...those type of things tend to be frowned upon...
GinnyLyn
*snorts with laughter at that last line* Indeed, Sara's right. I'm going through a similar situation at the moment, 'cept I'm the [sarcasm]lucky[/sarcasm] brokeƩ. Hearts break, but hearts also heal. Chalk it up to experience in the school of Life and, yes, move on. Find ways to move on. Dwelling on it is not only not pretty, but a surefire way to kill one's self esteem. Corey
Hmmm... For some strange and self-destructing reason, my ability to get over things very fast is also frowned upon... Sad. The people that grieve for days on end must have some kind of inability to cope with the many curveballs that life throws. I aparently have a pitch attracting mit on my head. My advice to your friend, buy a puppy.

Transtic Nerve
As my mum once put it: Welcome to the world of relationships.
BlueGender
My advice to your friend is to try and get his mind off of it. He should spend time with friends and if he's into gaming or anime he should get immersed into a series or a game. It wont make him forget but it will get his mind on other thing it will help him realise there are other things out there. If he really loves her he'll let her do her own thing. Give him his space but not to much, dont force him to talk about it but if he wants to talk listen he needs his friends now more then ever.
