As silly as it may sound, I often feel out of place here, at the boards. All too often I feel like people preach about how horrible and damning drinking, smoking, and sexual intercourse are. But they're really not that bad, and I do those things and I suppose that I really don't care what people here think :p

However, it DOES make me feel semi-awkward and out of place since such a small majority of us engage in those activities. Ah well ::sips at Corona:: time to finish up a good night of drinking :D
Heh, I don't think I could go without drinking or sexual intercourse. Drugs I don't do but everything else is good.

Now, as for being out of place. Everyday of my dead life. I don't belong with anyone, I'm convinced. Everytime I hang with people, some people don't want me there. Also, not even my friends make me want to be around them. The reason is because, I'm a guy, but I'm not like a tough guy. I'm real emotional like. [Like an emo kid really...] And they just piss me off all the time about it, its so annoying.
When I start high school next year, it's going to be different, new school, new people, new opporturnies. This time I'll start off good, I swear it!

Well, I'm personally opposed to that kind of lifestyle. Not that I could live it because it would be a wrong thing for me to do, but even if I had the choice and it wasn't "wrong" like it is, I wouldn't because I don't want to fry my brain on dope and booze like my cousin did, and I don't want to die an early death from AIDS.

Sadly, watching anime immediately places me in the 'weirdo' division of our grade :( They think that watching anime = immature and anime is full of violence and just fighting or its for marketing games or cards(I'm guessing they got this from DBZ and Yu Gi Oh) Also, practicing martial arts immediately placed me in the 'gangster' division. People assume that if you do martial arts, you are going to break them in half if they turn your back on u. Lol. So I'm a weirdo gangster :p

Have I ever felt out of place? Plenty of times. ^_^;

I felt that the most, when I lived in Galveston. Other students made alot of racial slurs at me and one of my friends, since we were the only Asians in school. Also, it felt awkward being in a school with not even 1% Asian. xx;

I don't feel out of place in San Francisco, since there's so many different types of people, considering appearance, religion, culture, etc,. I do feel very out of place in Seoul, though. I sound so dumb speaking Korean. xx;

Everyday of my life. I've lived all over the place, and embody the actions of both the North and the South...so I'm regarded as a bit strange.

As for my online relationships, I'm repeatedly informed that being as close as I am with people I've never seen in real life is insane and makes me a loser.

Stupid people -_-

I feel the exact same way.
It really freaks me out, cuz sometimes my friend drags me to church.
I remember this one time I went to her youth group and I showed up towards the end, and they were talking about Wiccans.
This one girl asked: "How do we know when someone is a Wiccan? And how do we proclaim the truth to them without freaking them out?"
Kinda pissed me off... But it just made me fell even weirder about being there. So I literally ran to the car yelling, "Run away from the Wiccan converting Christians!" and locked myself in the car til everyone was done.

I can act like a total spaz when I am in an uncomfortable situation... so I can laugh it off, I guess.

Myself, I feel out of place with preps/snobs (who doesn't?) You know, the feeling you get when you just know that they're looking down on you, picking you apart... that sorta thing? That kinda happens to me a LOT, considering that there's a lot of those type of people in my school. Luckily, I have the same amount of friends (some of which have saved my rep/ego more than once at the hands of preps), so I guess it all evens out in the end. ;)

Ooooo I know EXACTLY how u feel saiyan... so many kids in my school are from prep and not all, but some of them are soooo damn annoying/arrogant. Like if a teacher asks one student to answer the question, the prep just starts waving his hands around and making the other guy look bad. But then again... they get their *** handed to them in Physical Education :)

Hmmm, I feel out of place ever were. Just yesturday, I got a load of kids sayin that watching cartoons is for babys. I never get nice coments. Never. Not even here (well, sometimes on here.)! And in school, I have good grades, but when I get like a L;5 The teacher just ignores me and will prass the kids that are low and really bad. Some kids that start fights, thay get a prize! Thats what happens! So, if I want prass in school all I have to do is act bad and kick little kids around....

The more appropriate question to ask would be, 'Do you ever feel like you fit in?'

o_________O;

I don't.. Xx;

Not unless I'm with Olivia.. Even then only to a degree..

My life is one big mess of feeling estranged from the world..

I'm really quite curious, now. What exactly do you guys qualify as "prep"?
Good question.

I always feel our of place at my Korean school I have to go to on Saturdays. Most of the kids there were born in Korea and immagrated to the US, and they're always talking things I've never heard about. They basically ignore me since I listen to American music. O_o.

I tend to feel out of place at home and school. Mainly school cause i don't really associate with anyone in my year level and I pretty much don't agree with their veiws on life or what's socially acceptable that and I'm exteamly paranoid about them.
At home it's cause I'm the only one to like the things I do and do the things I do.

*sigh* But I've managed to cover up alot of these feelings so no one will notice... praise metaphorical masks...

Many people also call me immature for watching anime. They tell me tha I am 14 and that I should start watching boys than watching "stupid cartoons." I makes me feel sad when my friends say those things to me. There`s nothing wrong with boys but I keep trying to tell them I am not on that level yet. I pretty much stay away from my friends except S.S.Ryo-oki.(She doesn`t post much)

At school, people consider me weird ad crazy becaus I joke around saying stupid things and because I pass all my test without studying or doing homework. Right now, I tend to stay away from people so I won`t feel bad but then they wonder why I am quiet and isolated. Sometimes I feel like punching people right in there faces.
