I have this banner and avitar that I made on paint.....all art taken from www.Animewallpapers.com...well, first, is that wrong? As long as I give that credit to animewallpapers below my banner about the avitar and banner, is that okay? Also I know the deal with the pixels and all, but I don't know how to check it or change it, so can anyone let me know if those are okay by the rules? I don't want to copy work without giving any credit to where it came from so I just wanted to make sure so you know I was only asking before I did it so I won't get banned from here. The only way I can post these is by separately so when someone replies I will post the avitar. Also if it is wrong can someone please change them? I haven't ever done this before. Thanx

This banner is artwork originally done on www.animewallpapers.com

Will saying "The banner and the avitar are original artwork done by www.animewallpaper.com!" work if I put that exact saying under my banner?

Eh...I think that might be a no-no. Did you just cut that away from the rest of picture at that site? If so, then I don't think it's about giving them credit. It's pretty hard and time consuming to get cut-out characters just right. I'm probably wrong though. You're not claiming that those pics are yours at all so it might be okay. And don't worry, I don't think you'll get banned. X_^
EDIT: Almost forgot. To check the pixels and change them, just go to Image > Attributes and a little thing that looks like this should pop up. Just change the value to what you want and hit ok. (A WARNING: Once you change the size, the image will not shrink. You will end up with only the part of the image that could fit the new size.) I hope I helped. Bye-o-nara! X_^

Okay, yeah I will wait to see if a moderator gives me the okay before I use it. I was just worried I would get banned for that. I just don't know any other way to make one, but I guess I will have to figure out a way to! Thanx Geist

Your welcome, Kaola. I wasn't able to make them either at first, (I know how to know, but I'm still not too good at it yet.) Just try to get a better paint program, don't get frustrated, and keep at it! (MS Paint is really limited.) There are also some pretty good tutorials online, you just need to search for them. I hope you do well.

I don't see the big deal, especially considering the fact that the wallpaper you took the image from is obviously made up of images they took from somewhere else.

Still, if you're that worried about it you should probably just email them and see the response you get. If you get none, I'd just use it and leave the information in about where you got it from and link back to them.

Okay, I will do that then. Yeah I need to get a lot better of a program to use. I had paintshop pro but I borrowed it from a friend and my computer messed up so bad so I had to recover the whole thing back to the settings that were there when I bought it. It sucked majorly! But thanx for all you replies and keep 'em comin if anyone knows anything else.
