Kapnronh Posted March 24, 2004 Share Posted March 24, 2004 I'm a coffee addict. Not cappuccinos, not lattes, just good ol' fashioned black coffee. I only drink alittle bit at work but, when I'm home, there's always a warm cup of coffee in my hand. I've never tried to go a day without it and I don't know what will happen to me if I do but, I'm going to keep drinking coffee. I've been experimenting with various kinds over the past 8 years, and have decided that chocolate is my favorite high. I cannot go for more then 3 hours without a fix. I wake up craving chocolate milk and can become very aggressive when friends try to talk me out of it. Pepsi will substitute, but nothing makes me feel on top of the world like chocolate. It has gotten to the point where I spend a good half of my paycheck on heresy?s syrup. I don't even cut most of the syrup with milk; I just pour it directly into my mouth. I can't go a day without two cans or a bottle and a glass of some form of caffeine, it is stupidly expensive especially if you run out and have to buy from the shop @ 1.80 per 600ml bottle on the spot. (Coffee doesn't last long here.) Though I doubt I will stop since I love the taste of the things that contain caffeine so much and I don't enjoy the first week or so after you stop. It doesn't keep me up, though, because as soon as I'm done sipping from a cup I'm out. So I have to drink pretty much non-stop, and I choose coffee because there's lots of it around. My addiction is primarily of Coca-cola classic, but also the cuppachinoes my friend hooked me on. I drink roughly 36 cokes a week, plus or minus 5 French vanilla or mocha coffee things. Help.... LOL! Yea, it is true I am a caffiene addict, but I drink other stuff like roange juice and milk alot as well, so I don't feel bad about it.
