Kent Posted May 28, 2003 Author Share Posted May 28, 2003 Well... the game is great. It boils down like this... Pick your side, federation or zeon. Play in 3 modes, arcade, .vs., and the great campaign mode. Campaign is the highlight of the game. Play over 100 missions with either side, each mission being different and both sides having different missions to play. I have beaten the campaign with the federation and it was totally worth it. The availible gundams are all from the original gundam show and 08th ms team. I wish there were more here who had tried this game. Extended play said that this was the one gundam game worthy of being an actual gundam game. They also said it was good enough for non-anime fans to get into. rawl28 Posted May 28, 2003 Share Posted May 28, 2003 I have the game because i am borrowing it from my friend. and i love it I am playing on zeon (they are sweet) because my brother andmy friend are both playing federation. on zeon you get a bunch of char costom mobile suits like the zaku II, and gelgoog. You should get the new gundam games [I]zeonic front[/I] and the other federation one (i forgot the name). Also what do you think of the new X-play. Personally i dont like it. Kent Posted June 5, 2003 Author Share Posted June 5, 2003 I just beat the game with the zeon, and now I have the extra mode. Its an advanced campaign where you start with an assortment of mobile suits from both sides. Its hard as hell, but it looks cool. btw, you have to beat the campaign with the federation and the zeon to unlock this mode. For the most part this will sum up the game for me. It was actually a cool game, only one thing dissappointed me... The series included in the game are only the original, 08th, and 0800. I would have really liked to have seen the 0083 stuff there. Unit 1 full vernium. It would have been great to get unit 1 and 2. Another thing was the exclusion of the vulcan arm weapon for the gauf as seen in the 08th ms team series. Oh well, cant have it all... but atleast we can have a good gundam game from time to time. This is one of them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
